Giant Eagle Supermarket

The pharmacy staff go above and beyond for you and work with your Dr so you can get the right medicine you may need. They always greet you with a smile and they know us by name and that's what you want in a pharmacy staff bc you know they're looking out for you. The grocery store itself is always lean and well stocked . This is by far the nicest giant eagle I've been to.

8 mins to ring out one gallon of vinegar. Keep the store open later or bring it back to 24 hours or shut it down. Smashing everyone in there during these store hours are getting ridiculous and even your own staff can't handle it and this is proof. Go look at the time stamp on this and rewind about 5 minutes on your camera. You can see that nothing is a lie I'm telling. I've lived in this neighborhood my whole life and this store has gone down so much.

Went to the Bakery. The lady was very helpful and nice. A good variety of foods, hot and cold. The cashier was nice and disnt take long to check us out.

SHANNON HAS THE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER. SHE HAS A SMART MOUTH. I HOPE CORPORATE READ THIS. I HAVE COMPLAINED BEFORE N SHE her attutuide and peoples skill is horrible. Next time shannon say hi i can help you over here instead of saying im not ringing on that register im only ringing on this register giant Eagle do better.every time Shannon give me rudeness i will always put a review i will also be submitting a survey.

My go to Giant Eagle Store is on Bidoulph Road. It was Sunday the 1st of Nov about 8:30 am needed Beef Stew Meat. Most of the Meats were not out yet. So I ask the cashier about what time are the meats put out so I could come back. She called the meat dept. they told her it will out when it gets out!! I cannot believe they would tell a customer that !!! Of course I went to another store and it wasn’t Giant Eagle!!!

Normally decent although overpriced. Lately they are getting shady with deals on certain items. Went up to pickup a few items including a "buy 2 get 1 free" on 12 packs of Coke products. Normal stores would apply this to ANY coke 12 packs, Right? WRONG! Apparently now they "separate" coke products into separate deals to mislead you with signs so you pick up 3 coke products and end up paying $10 a pack if you dont buy the exact same types of coke products. I wasted time and money on a technicality on their over priced scammy coupon deals. I try to call and speak with customer service shortly after driving home when i realized my discount never came off, and they say "well its a coke product but not the right one so it doesnt count toward the sale". LOL yikes, I'll shop elsewhere now.

What happened to the rotisserie & fried chicken? The rotisserie chicken used to come in a bag with juices you could add to gravy and now the fried chicken new recipe is part crunchy, part rubbery. I'm not going get started on the bread. Don't change the stuff we love GE.

Went in to get some sushi and the two ladies behind the counter were so respectful and polite. It felt like I was actually at a restaurant being taken care of.
