I was planning to buy a bike from the flagship store in Xitun but no assistant helped me. I found it quite strange, because I was the only customer in the store and was there for over 30 minutes. Absolutely shocking that no-one even acknowledged my presence. So I went to a smaller, local store the next day and bought from there and continue to have a great relationship with that store. If you are a foreigner who can't speak Chinese, then I would definitely avoid visiting this flagship store and head to a local store with attentive staff and get a great service.

Must visit if you are a fan of Giant bikes and accessories. A big showroom of many bike models, and even a dedicated area for bike customisation and tests. Unfortunately we came at a wrong time as many of the items were either sold out or not in size, so we left empty handed.

Quite some bikes in the store, which was nice. But next to that the store was quite messy, and the staff didn't even look at us. Just skip this, this has nothing to do with a 'flagship store' experience. There are a lot of stores in Taichung that are much more worth visiting

Do not bother spending over the price for service. Better to buy spare parts on Shopee and do it yourself. Brake pads, NTD 80 on Shoppe and 280 at this so-called Giant flagship store. A complete ripoff and cashier had attitude to boot. Note that they only have black outer cables. Change of the cable was done before I was even advised of their black only stock. While the technician was pleasant and helpful, it totally ruined the look of my classic Halfway bicycle. Rather than apologise for any high pricing or bad attitude of service the owner of this Google page is on the defensive. If you.are from out of country, do not bother wasting your time going bere

I have been there with my wife, who is from Taiwan. Due to my language barrier she asked them to test a bike for a test ride. They denied this and so I could not ride a bike. How am I suppose to know if the bike fits me or not? Very bad service in my opinion.

Within a month of purchase, the carbon frame of my bicycle broke, which poses a serious safety concern. I immediately contacted the store, and the warranty process was initiated. However, since then, I have experienced a significant delay in resolving this issue. I understand that setbacks can occur, but the lack of clear communication and the delay in providing a satisfactory solution are unacceptable. As a consumer, I expected efficient warranty service and a prompt response from your company. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. Outstanding bike shop! Very professional and always willing to assist you with any problems with your bike. I have been to the HQ many times and I’m very impressed with how helpful and understanding they are. English skills are very good too. I highly recommend this Giant shop.
