I am writing to you regarding my experience as an owner of a Giant bicycle, and I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of your company's warranty. Due to the issues I have faced and the lack of timely response, I regret to inform you that I cannot recommend the purchase of Giant bicycles to other consumers.
On February 3, 2023, I purchased a Giant bicycle from an authorized store with the expectation of receiving a quality product and the support of your renowned brand. However, my trust has been severely undermined due to the situation I have experienced with the warranty service.
Within a month of purchase, the carbon frame of my bicycle broke, which poses a serious safety concern. I immediately contacted the store, and the warranty process was initiated. However, since then, I have experienced a significant delay in resolving this issue.
I understand that setbacks can occur, but the lack of clear communication and the delay in providing a satisfactory solution are unacceptable. As a consumer, I expected efficient warranty service and a prompt response from your company. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.
As a result of this negative experience, I cannot recommend the purchase of Giant bicycles to other consumers. The lack of proper attention to warranty issues and the delay in resolving them are critical aspects that need to be addressed in order to maintain customer trust.
I sincerely hope that you will review and improve your warranty processes, expediting response times and the replacement of necessary parts. As a leading company in the bicycle industry, it is crucial to meet consumer expectations and provide reliable and efficient warranty service.
