We wanted a specific item and the associate tried every key to a cabinet to make sure we got what we wanted. They are amazing!

Great place to get what you need with a taste of Santa Monica and excellent service and music.

They sold us a shirt with a huge baseball sized hole in the back (probably selling reject shirts) and we were not allowed to exchange it for the same shirt design that wasn't damaged.

Customer service speaks why they are the best.

Just an amazing shop of all time!

Amazing people, amazing service, with the right prices. I would've died without a hat in this heat but walked out with one reasonable priced and the owner gave me water out of the goodness of their heart. ♥️

Around 7pm 06/28/2020 The employee refused service to us, we were about to spend our money here and the guy employee treated us so rude and told us that he is not going to sell anything to us when we did not do anything to him! Avoid this store or change your employees!

Has the best prices in Santa Monica.. I stopped by on the way home after the beach and picked up souvenirs for my friends. They loved them

Typical souvenir store. It took care of all my needs but at least I didn't have to shell out a pretty penny like most gift stores. Would definitely come back if I came back to the area.

Trash, poor quality product. Plus the shitty rude sales guy, who was super rude! I would highly recommend another location for souvenirs in Santa Monica.

Good pricing, had a variety of California shirts I was looking for. Also grabbed some sunscreen on my way down to the beach.
