Gift Card Granny

Had to order twice, because the 1st card never came in. They made me wait 10 days before I had to cancel then reorder. I was so worried I wouldn't receive the 2nd card, or it won't be here in time. I received it the day before I had to leave for a baby shower out of town! The idea I had for the gift card just turned out just as I had pictured in my head!

I placed two orders for e-gift cards with this company, both times the orders just said ‘processing’. I successfully cancelled the orders on the website, however they forgot to ‘unprocess’ my payment after a week. They have a chat system that’s totally useless. WITH NO WAY TO CALL AND COMMUNICATE WITH A REAL PERSON, I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I’ll dispute the charges with my credit card company as I have screenshots of my cancelled orders, but the hassle this has created leaves me with a real bitter taste in my mouth. 👎 FOLLOW UP: My credit card company found GCG responsible for the charges and I was fully refunded my money. ALSO: When a company reaches out to me ONLY AFTER the damage has been done and the negative review has been posted, I will not remove my review.

System didn't take my payment. Customer service responded fast, but basically told me that they don't want me as customer. I asked questions to clarify and never heard back. There was more than enough money on the account to cover the purchase and my credit/records of any kind are very good. This is why customers chose to buy from Amazon. We simply don't have the patience for this. A gift card purchase needs to be fast and simple.

They also offer business accounts for bulk ordering. Ordering is easy and they have excellent customer service. If they don't answer your first call, just leave a message and they ALWAYS get back to you. Love these guys.

I've ordered lots of gift cards over the years; Some personalized, some with greeting cards, and some for my (and my family's) favorite stores. I've always been super happy with the end product. I'll continuing to order my gift cards through Gift Card Granny, especially as long as I can put my dog's face on them and they get printed and shipped the same day.

I ordered a personalized Visa card for my sister's birthday, two weeks early. It was not processed for many days. Her birthday came and went without a gift. I felt like garbage. The biz was kind enough to refund me. Noe: It did arrive, precisely A MONTH after I ordered it. Inexcusable.

I have had a horrible experience with a different company with hard cards and will never go back to that. I will continue to use GCG anytime I need to purchase a gift card.

My visa gift card did not arrive on time. In fact, it has not arrived yet. I am leaving this city so I do not know what the fate of my gift card will be. Tbh, I am not even sure it has been mailed. I sent emails and submitted inquiries but nobody got back to me. Basically, they stole $300 plus fees from me from what I can see. I do not know if this service is a scam or not but beware.
