I placed two orders for e-gift cards with this company, both times the orders just said ‘processing’. I successfully cancelled the orders on the website, however they forgot to ‘unprocess’ my payment after a week. They have a chat system that’s totally useless.
WITH NO WAY TO CALL AND COMMUNICATE WITH A REAL PERSON, I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
I’ll dispute the charges with my credit card company as I have screenshots of my cancelled orders, but the hassle this has created leaves me with a real bitter taste in my mouth. 👎
FOLLOW UP: My credit card company found GCG responsible for the charges and I was fully refunded my money.
ALSO: When a company reaches out to me ONLY AFTER the damage has been done and the negative review has been posted, I will not remove my review.
