terrible experience with gift portals in one utama, cant believe i still have to key in my own 1card number to their KOS, isnt that their job? and the attitude was bad. date : 29/12/2025 (monday) time : 4pm

Terrible. It’s a gift shop but has no gift wrapping service, the staff told me to wrap myself at the bench. The items in the shop is already expensive, I would recommend viewers to go other places with better services. No need waste your money, time and energy to shop there.

When I ask question very friendly to the girl, she ignore me straight. After that I ask second time, more friendly, Thn she just keeps doing her thing.

Just bought this cute plushie. They have many plushies and gifts. Some items are pricey and it’s understandable because of the brand. If you’re under budget, they have cheaper plushies around RM10-30 in baskets.
