I ordered an iced coffee, and the staff only told me after making it that they were out of ice — the one ingredient that makes it iced. It’s shocking that an ice cream shop wouldn’t have ice on hand, and worse that they didn’t mention it before taking my order. The staff clearly didn’t know how to prepare items on their own menu. Poorly managed and disappointing.

This place offer the best Italian Geleto ice-cream in town in all flavours! Nice muffins and ice-cream cakes

What beats friendly staff offering excellent service on a cool day? Clean environment, great customer service, and creamy 😋 icecreams of course. I largely recommend it...Theresa served me, she’s so friendly I could have spent the whole day 😊

Coffee shop and quick snacks plus ice cream. Take aways and inhouse services but only for small groups. Not cash only payments. Located in a shopping mall with adequate parking and security. Outside sitting arrangement

A really unique centre! Absolutely love that the building is completely green! There are several recycling bins around the establishment, they collect water for use in bathrooms, lights are setup to only turn on when needed - every centre should be run this way! Plenty of greenery in and around the centre with lovely open spaces to sit and enjoy a coffee. Wide variety of stores to meet all your needs. Security was also great - the security guard came and checked in on us because we had a broken car window from an earlier incident - so he wanted to ensure that everything was alright with us. Was really blown away!
