Gilgit Serena Hotel

The air here is fresh. Highly recommend the buffet dinner. Breakfast with such a view is also amazing. As for stay, room is OK. The size is a bit small. I wouldn't worth it at 60k a night. 40k max. Shops have beautiful stones. Recommend a look.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed in and the main reason is the staff! Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Food was good. Gardens are extensive and fun for kids. Meeting arrangements were good. Excellent breakfast. A great experience.

We were on a two week trip through the north east and this came as a wonderful surprise. The bedroom is a large size and the bathroom has some of the best fixtures I've seen in any hotel in Asia; the owners have spent a lot of money on this. The bed is very comfortable. We ate dinner at their barbecue area and the garden setting is lovely. The selection of food on the buffet is extensive and of a high standard. Breakfast upstairs was good with some wonderful views of the mountains. An extremely comfortable hotel.

It’s a little delayed review but I stayed here with my husband for one night and we both loved our stay. The room was cleaning and everything was just perfect. The service was friendly and the location was unbeatable! I am looking forward to staying at Gilgit Serena again!

Our room is not very big, it was very small. The hotel is busy so sometimes services are late. But they try.. Ambiance is good, food is not bad.. live music was awesome.. view is good from the hotel.

The hotel is generally tired, however, given the lack of hotels of similar standard, and the nature of what one can find, I must say that the staff do their utmost best in looking after you. I have had very minor issues. TV in my room didn't work, it would have been resolved, (if I had complained) however, I didn't bother, I didn't have time to watch TV and mostly spent the time visiting places or resting reading a book!

A good hotel. Nice room, well appointed, clean and comfortable bed. The occasional seats in the window were in great need of cleaning, with stained and grimy upholstery. Good food good staff

The room is very clean and comfortable. snacks are provided inside the room. Security bags check are required before enter hotel lobby. Feel safe when stay in this hotel.
