Gilmer Apartment Hotel Wellington

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. I was a solo traveler but it would be great for a couple as well. The bed was super comfortable, the staff was fantastic, and the location was easy to find and within walking distance of most destinations. The electric kettle and coffee supplies were perfect. I would skip paying for the breakfast vouchers.. much better options available nearby. Overall, great stay!

Comfortable, perfect for multi night stay. Very clean and very convenient location both for walking and driving (right near the motorway so you don't need to drive through town. It's so quiet for such a good location.) Parking was a good price and convenient compared to other hotels options.

Clean, convenient and cost effective! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and well-resourced (including filter coffee and milk at no extra charge). Highly recommend and we'll be definitely staying here again!

We really enjoyed our visit. The room was clean, warm, and had everything we needed. Most places were within walking distance, which was very convenient. Lastly, the secure car park was a great bonus.

Centre of the city but access is a bit limited if you are on foot, sneaking through car parks or other businesses to find lifts to Lambton Quay - not insurmountable but something to be aware of Twin room was what we expected and easy to live in. Facilities were fine. Only issue was the beds are packed into the rooms so difficult to manoeuvre around them Shower incredibly small, with shower head dribbling a lot so wasting water that could be in the spray.

This place had good reviews when I booked it, and it deserves them. Quiet, very centrally and conveniently situated, comfy bed, everything we needed, including a well set up kitchenette that we cooked in a couple of times. Our room and the public spaces had nice decorating touches, overall it was much more upmarket looking than the incredibly good prices suggested. Friendly, happy seeming staff which is always a good sign. We will definitely be back.

Great location within walking distance to everything we wanted. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. We had 2 rooms for our family and it worked well for our short stay. Would recommend booking their parking as it is on site rather than in a seperate building. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great little hotel, conveniently located near Downtown Wellington. Comfortable bed and all amenities provided. Highly recommended for short stays - I would stay here again.
