Gilmer Apartment Hotel Wellington

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Glimer Apartment Hotel. Very nice room, had everything we needed and the king size bed was amazingly comfortable. Although situated on a hilly area, it was very easy to get to Courtenay place by elevator and escalators. I would recommend.

Great location & stay in Wellington. The room was cozy and had all the facilities we needed. Check-in instructions were clear as we needed after-hours check in. The room seemed very warm but there was a table fan provided which we used.

The room was nice but not fancy. It met needs and wasn't unclean etc. It had kitchen facilities in a sitting room, a separate bedroom, separate bathroom etc. Good at the price. Room service (cleaning, towels etc) was good and staff were pleasant. Outside of the rented room, the whole space felt somewhat surreal and "backrooms"-ish as it felt like a converted office space (which it may well have been?)... not glamourous and slightly bizarre on first experience but I don't take myself so seriously that I wouldn't go back again. For the price, what they offer, and their location it was good!

Loved my stay at Gilmer Apartments. Our room was perfect! High level of cleanliness, furniture in good condition with no sign of wear and tear, good facilities like washing machine n dryer. Close to town yet very quiet, with plenty of parking options.

The Gilmer Apartments were a great, affordable place to stay in the city. Reception were helpful for check in and if we needed anything. The rooms were on the large size with an equipped kitchen, shower room and a very handy washing machine. Our only issue was finding the place. You need to get the directions for the lift if going by public transport as there are many stairs when following maps.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. I was a solo traveler but it would be great for a couple as well. The bed was super comfortable, the staff was fantastic, and the location was easy to find and within walking distance of most destinations. The electric kettle and coffee supplies were perfect. I would skip paying for the breakfast vouchers.. much better options available nearby. Overall, great stay!

In a great part of town, easy access to everything we needed to do and pretty quiet. The mattress was very soft and ruined my back though. I had to go buy a massage gun at KMart to get my back going each morning. Great having the kitchenette.

It was perfect, right from the reception which was welcoming and informative. The room was fantastic and the bed so comfy. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. I stayed for 2 days of quiet concentrated work and I achieved that. Thank you.
