We had breakfast here. The food was excellent, and the drink I ordered was absolutely amazing — as was the sandwich in the photo. I asked twice for hot oat milk on the side of my espresso, but only on the third time did it finally arrive hot — by then, my coffee was already cold. We asked for a small change in one of the dishes, and they weren’t willing to accommodate, although they were flexible with the second dish. Overall, the place is cute. I recommend sitting inside if you don't want the "street atmosphere" (like garbage trucks and such). The interior design is stunning, everything is very aesthetic, and the food was truly delicious. The only downside: the prices are quite high for a breakfast.

The city cafe to be. Stop for breakfast coffee and early drinks. The crowd is business and lounge. The music is chill vibes and the service as sweet as the deserts. The mid shopping break when you ares downtown.

I had a wonderful experience at Ginger Concept. The atmosphere is both elegant and sophisticated, welcoming vibe. The service is attentive and genuinely friendly, making you feel well taken care of from start to finish. The food is excellent, beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with great care. What I especially loved was the music: it’s curated in such a way that it enhances the overall mood, creating a relaxed yet vibrant setting, while still allowing you to fully enjoy your meal and conversations. Ginger Concept is a place where everything comes together seamlessly, atmosphere, service, food, and music, making it an absolute pleasure to visit. Highly recommended! We have been twice for brunch!

Lovely spot in Chania’s Old Town with a cozy, bohemian vibe. Creative Mediterranean-fusion menu, great coffee, and friendly service. Perfect for a relaxed breakfast, brunch, or evening drink.

We ate here and I had a food poisoning. I had the tuna tartare and it was obviously not fresh at all. 20mn into eating I had big red patches all over my arms and legs, my face was swollen and red, and my heartbeat went up drastically (I had a watch to see it). We asked the waiters if it was fresh and they said yes and that I had an allergy to the bell peppers. Obviously not, I’ve eaten bell peppers all my life and never had any problem. I’ve also never had any allergic reaction to any food before, including tuna tartares. So the problem was here. The staff also clearly didn’t care at all, saying it wasn’t their fault. If you care about your health I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

It is a very stylish place and stands out in our provincial city. If you want to see and be seen this is absolutely the place (like its predecessor). Service is exceptionally friendly and quite efficient. The menu is very attractive but the food does not taste as good as it reads (also like its predecessor)... actually on the bland side... so maybe breakfast, with its stronger flavours, would be a better bet.

We went there for breakfast and it was great choice. The coffee shop is located in small charming street of Chania. They have seats outside and inside. The food was very godly and delivered quickly. Great place to have a meal.

Been there the first open day in march with a group of 4. Sadly everybody was disappointed with the food. It all looked very good, but the taste was really flavorless. The drinks were really good, service as well. Update: been there again for brunch and was very satisfied (not taking prices into account)! So I changed the review to 4 stars
