Delivers what it promises - a mid budget hotel for business travellers and tourists who are looking for clean, hygienic rooms with basic amenities. The location is in a prominent area and major places are easily accessible from here. Must appreciate the excellent shower. The food is expensive given that it is not a premier hotel but the quality was acceptable. Unless you are looking for a luxurious experience, this hotel is ideal for most other purposes.

The hotel is located in the best and most happening area of Patna and is very close to the railway station, just a 5 min rickshaw / cab ride away.||The amenities are as marketed and the rooms are clean, well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous (especially Raj Kiran and Vikram).||The food at the restaurant is also very delicious, reasonably priced, and they'll happily customise it as per your preference.||Overall, had a very pleasant stay here. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Hotel location is ok, but overall it’s a very average hotel with bare minimum services, cleanliness is appalling due to worn out furniture in lobby area etc. Room internet is great as well as cable network TV.Shower has little control on warm or cold water. Electricity abruptly comes and goes.Front line staff very good. Attentive and ready to help.Restaurant is average and doesn’t even offer the local cuisines of state.

Service was excellent, very courteous staff.Rooms were spacious and well maintained.Well curated breakfast spread and gentle service.Foremost, the ambience of the property is very calm and quiet. I loved the small details they’ve maintained to keep this place peaceful for example, The rooms don’t have a calling bell to avoid noise. Loved it!

It may not be your typical 5-star hotel, but in terms of service, it truly stands out. Whether it was the food, housekeeping, or handling any unexpected situation, the experience exceeded all expectations during my 6-week stay. The team was incredibly supportive, flexible, and attentive to every request we had. It turned out to be one of the most comfortable and memorable stays I’ve ever had. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Avnish (GM – Hotel Operations) for his constant support, and to the restaurant (staff Sunny, Vikram) and room service teams—especially Mrs. Sudha—for making our stay so warm and pleasant.

Overall a good experience, bathroom fixtures need more care.||Great location, very convenient,very close to the railway station and right in the city, you can go to any place from here.

This is very poor hotel , there are very small rooms and toilet is not good during the bathing water is acumumat on serphase, after 2 pm also rooms are not available, properly is not up to the mark the fair is rs 6000/- per day but it is not a worth of rs 2000/- , there are many technical problem in fulsing toilet wc also
