Ginger Thai Kitchen

This place is so welcoming and the food was so hot and delicious! Thank you Pricilla and Jose you two make an Awesome team you both made our lunch even more enjoyable!!

My daughter and I went to get a Thai iced tea, 1/27/26 evening, and the staff was amazing and welcoming. Excellent customer service just for my drink to go. Truly appreciated it. We'll be coming back to dine in. The food looked wonderful.

Unfortunately, this was my second time giving this place a chance, and once again, I was disappointed. I'm not usually one to complain, but when you order fried spring rolls and they arrive cold, there's an opportunity to fix the issue and improve the customer’s experience. Instead, they simply microwaved them with the greens and all—which left everything soggy and ruined the crunch they’re supposed to have. For my main dish, I clearly requested a simple fried rice with chicken. What I received instead included seafood—which I’m allergic to. When they served it once again, it was not thai fried rice , as you will see in the photo below . I really wanted to leave a better review, but sadly, my experience just didn’t allow for

The best Phanaeng curry in Salinas!!! The Staff is ALWAYS super nice!!! Called in a Togo order today. Even though I was late (due to unexpected traffic on 68) 5 min past closing 2:30( lunch) they still allowed me to order and had it ready. Thank you you guys are great!!!

The server got us wrong foods than what we ordered, serve very chatty but didn’t pay attention to detail with our order unfortunately. Fortunately, the “wrong” food was actually delicious as well but it turned out more expensive than the one we ordered. 🤷‍♂️

Food was Ok, server didn't ask how spicy until i realize and told her. When delivered, it was not spicy at all. I had Tom Yum (Ok, a little salty), Pineapple Curry (made with canned pineapple, it was ok), spicy fish ( delicious but not spicy at all) Service was ok, the server was friendly but, as mentioned, she didn't ask how spicy, i went to get the sauces myself. I noticed that another tablr also asked for the sauces. Atmosphere was cozy.

First time there, went for lunch service on a Wednesday. Restaurant was incredible clean. Staff were friendly & attentive. The food, delicious, we had spicy level medium for all of our dishes (Pad thai, Pad See Ew, Panang curry) and it was perfect. Spicy enough where you can still taste the food and get a good kick. We’ll definitely return! Thank you Ginger Thai Kitchen! Keep doing what you do!
