GINORI 1735 Milan Flagship

I was a happy client. Ginori is no longer professional at all. I was at Milano during my birthday and purchased some items on June 16, 2025 The sales person was great and had a nice chat with me I asked her to ship (DHL) my items on June 23 and was noted since I was flying back to NYC on 6/22/25. I also requested to receive the tracking number as usual. I sent emails to customer service on June 30 since my items were not shipped and no information was sent to me. They were unable to help me since the purchase was made in the store (really?) I called the store and they said that the problem was changing the courier to FedEx ( no sense) They finally informed, that my items were shipped on June 30. No tracking number was provided and it was requested. My items are showing up as still in Italy as per FedEx tracking number and will not be arriving up to, maybe; next week. They just sell objects and do not follow up to assure that you receive your items. These are luxury items no need to say that Ginori customer service did not exist. I decided to do not shop this brand in the future.

Awful customer service! You do not see what they put you in the box, so when you open it at home you will be surprised! What a shame for the cup for 250 euros!!!

Absolutely stunning pieces and stunning service as always it’s always a must to pass by Ginori even if I’m not purchasing anything I always like to pass by to be inspired by the latest creations and the wonderful craft campaigns they do.

My wife wants to buy a whole set for 20 people for a new apartment. We had vacation on Garda Lake and found out that the Milano flagship store is the closest. We checked opening hours on the homepage and off we went. unfortunately, the shop was closed. There was a paper hanging on the door that they are o vacation. Very very sorry that they did not publish that on the homepage. However, they said that in Rinascente Milano we can find their products. In Rinascente Milano 2 salespeople were having a chat not interested in greeting us. After a couple of minutes, we could ask a question but we had a feeling that their chat is more important than consulting us. We are very disappointed in our experience with the brand Ginori

Awful customer service. My wife bought some overpriced plates here before our trip home to NY. She let them know she’s be traveling and asked if they could be packaged safely. They were taken to the back and boxed up for us. My wife took such care of then during the flight going as far to carry the box separately rather than put it in her luggage and carefully putting it under her seat. We opened the box when we arrived home to find broken plates and no packaging in the box to keep it safe - loose plates! We contacted the store who asked for pics of the plates and packaging whoch we sent - never to hear from them again after multiple attempts. Big shout outs to VIVIANA A for not helping us at all. *Update - after all the back and forth they offered us 15% off.... trash

Showroom in zona Brera a Milano. Richerd Ginori un Brand delle ceramiche, che ha scritto la storia. Cura negli aredi: mobili per esporre le ceramiche tavoli , il tutto con gusto e ricercatezza. Commessa gentilissima, ingrediente essenziale per creare un 'ambiente incantevole . Abbiamo accettato l’idea di avere il catalogo spedito mezzo posta elettronica. Il negozio offre una vasta gamma di servizi da tavola davvero belli e raffinati, con collezioni che spaziano tra diversi gusti e stili. La qualità e il design sono indubbiamente di alto livello, ideali per chi cerca qualcosa di elegante e ricercato. Tuttavia, a mio avviso, i prezzi sono un po’ elevati. Capisco che il brand, il design e l’immagine del prodotto abbiano un loro valore, ma credo che i prezzi potrebbero essere rivisti, magari riducendoli di un 20-30%, soprattutto se si tratta di articoli che non sono pezzi unici o antichi, ma prodotti sempre disponibili. Nonostante ciò, mangiare in piatti così belli è un’esperienza che aggiunge un tocco speciale ai pasti e, per alcuni, potrebbe valerne la pena. Se amate i dettagli e l’arte della tavola, e il budget non è un problema, allora vale la pena concedersi questi articoli!
