So, I went to Gino's pizza because I saw a post on IG. This is my experience, I will let my experience speak for itself. When I walked in, I said to the lady that I had 2 people for dinner, but my wife was outside talking on the phone. The lady asked me 2 times where my wife was, I saw the rule in the stairwell, but I found the intonation of the worker to be very rude. When I told her that my wife would be upstairs soon, she let me sit down. Then, the worker directed me to the menu, but it was my first time and I didn't have the NPC setting on my.phone enabled..I tried to access the menu o n the table many times, I even asked the male worker for help, and he just threw the menu directions as me, expecting me to understand the Korean directions, even though I walked in and spoke English. Reminder, the IG ad was in English, so I thought it would he ok to speak English in the restaurant, but when I spoke English, the workers responded very inconsiderate. I did not feel welcome or feel that they appreciated my business, but I guess if they have a lot of business then they do not need go care about in-person customers. Perhaps it is their policy to only get customers in and out quickly for profit, but that might just be my speculation. I want everyone to know that this is my experience, perhaps theybwere just having a bad day, but I will never eat here again, but probably, they don't care because they might not care about their customers because their pizza is tastes good.
