Gino's/Ron, WTH. First, 3 times ago I found out Manager Brad (the BEST customer service I've received on the central coast) was canned. Then last visit, 2 weeks ago, the pizza was thicker dough than normal and the bathroom was dirtier than I'd ever seen it before. Then this time, the regular guy upfront and regular guy making the pizza's weren't there. The pizza went right back to when they first opened the SLO restaurant a decade ago, way too much dough (bread pizza) that it felt like one continuous crust. No more snap on the bottom, but replaced by floppy/rubber. The top part of the dough was undercooked (due to thickness). There was less sauce than how it's been, plus the sauce that was there was watered down, with blasts of oregano. The cheese was less also. It seemed as a shell of what it was, just a few months ago. The water cups were slightly larger than a Dixie bathroom cup, old plastic clear ones??? My wife said the bathroom was filthy, with no toilet seat covers. The fans weren't on and no doors were open. Only half of the lights were on. Felt like we were in a Finnish Sauna, eating bread.
*Talk about a 180. Let's see....everything was great and now, a guy sits at a computer next to the registers, at a booth and tells you, "Tell me when you're ready." Brads inverse in every way (operations, service, food quality). Welp, stick a fork in this one*
