Very nice 4+ star hotel in Ginza and close to everything, shopping, restaurants, bars and metro.|Immaculate as you would expect of a 4+ star Tokyo hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. |We had a 9th floor corner suite which was quiet and well appointed. Block out blinds work really well as did the privacy sheer curtains. Beds are firmer than we like but we still sleep well. One of the best rainfall showers we have had in a hotel. Good street views but would probably stay a lot higher if we came back.|A gym is available but outside the hotel. No pool.|Nice little bar and restaurant.|Good place to stay so recommended.

First the awesome: the location is really good, a fun and pleasantly vibrant (maybe gritty) corner of Ginza, with Shimbashi station very nearby and just around the corner from all the shops and sights of the district. There is a convenience store downstairs and, unusually, a stock of bathroom amenities in the reception so you can just help yourself. The staff were really helpful, professional and discreet. As for the rooms, bathrooms and the condition of the building, they’re fine - not the most luxurious or up-to-date, but our rate was set accordingly so we knew what to expect. If you’re after a decent and comfortable but not swanky hotel in a perfect area to explore Tokyo, and not too bothered by having a smart TV or a modern bathroom, this is a good option.

Ginza Hotel was okay. Everything that was written in the description, everything was fulfilled. Room is very small, but the location is great. Hotel is pretty old, you can notice that in the room: carpet, doors, furniture... But it was clean. The toilet is actually normal - normal size and clean too. The stuff from the hotel was nice, they speak English and they offer you a lot of “assets” on the reception table. You can take extra free cremes, teas, and some other stuff. There is a Family Mart in the hotel building that works 24h.

The hotel location is amazing, just at the intersection near Shimbashi station. The room size is average but very clean. The service is nice, they always have some Japanese activity at the reception. Would come back again.

The staffs are very helpful. Everyone can speak English fluently and the place is only 300 m to Shimbashi station and also near Ginza where people usually go. There is also Donki near the place, only around 200 m. I recommend this place to stay

Booking this hotel was easy through Trip.Pros: location is amazing. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.Cons: the hotel is quite dated and could use with a major facelift on the inside. I didn't realise I had booked a smoking room (my fault) so the smell of the entire floor was unpleasant. The elevator makes a mandatory stop at reception on the 2nd floor no matter up or down which was a pain. The view (for those that care) is non existent. You are staring at metal structural supports to the building.Overall would book again given the location now that I know what to expect.

Hotel is in such a great spot that is so close to the Shimbashi Metro Train Station, literally 1-2 minute walk away. If anyone did the research, the Shimbashi/Ginza station is the BEST station to connect directly to Hibiya Line, M line, JE JRline(Disneyland) which will bring you to all the main must do tourist attraction area such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Tsukiji, Ueno, Akihabara, Toyosu. Rooms were smaller but I definitely think the perk is on an easier ride wherever I go. There is a FamilyMart & Seven11 convenience store just right downstairs and opposite of the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend as I think for this price range, most rooms in all the hotel are still around the same size. (The only downside is that if you are vigilant enough to pay attention to your surroundings, only have to beware of the nightlife solicitations around the area as they have Pim* standing around at intersections at traffic lights to guard. To the hotel, you have to take care of your Level 1 Lobby as those ladies do walk into the hotel lobby which I think it’s not a great image for the hotel.)

Let's start with the good parts. The location is great. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Super friendly and helpful. The food is tasty. There is a convenience store and ATM on site and it is open 24 hours. The lounge is a great place to relax with free drinks! The bad? The beds are super uncomfortable. Imagine sleeping on a picnic table, and you've got a good idea. Everything else is amazing.

Yelp
This hotel is useful. Almost all staff speak English, and Concierge 's Marcello can speak Italian, Spanish, French as well as English. Many hotels in this area are expensive. However, this hotel is relatively reasonable and the staff are always smiling. There are Chinese restaurants, convenience stores, cosmetics shop and so on at the hotel. You can go for a walk from the hotel to Hibiya Park. Ten minutes by taxi to the Imperial Palace. The hotel is located in the south of the Ginza area where many luxury shops are located. I stayed for 2 nights, the room is not wide , but I would like to stay at this hotel again. 新橋駅近くの、コストパフォーマンスの高いホテル。 スタッフは全員とても礼儀正しく、マッサージの栗田さん、コンシェルジュのマルチェロさん、クリーニングスタッフも皆感じが良い。

Yelp
Clean, within Ginza district, small: two twin beds allowed for a single chair and a small, 16 inch by 16 inch low table. But reasonable for the price, and when we asked for extra pillows they came within five minutes. Good water pressure in the shower, and close to a major metro station. Decent value for price and the location.
