I highly recommend this bed and breakfast, it’s close to shops, Piazza San Marco, vaporetto stop and gondola ride. |Our room is the Junior Suite, it was elegant, bright and clean, we love seeing the gondolas passing by from the balcony. |Our host Alessandro was very warm and patient even for first timers. We were treated like family and we had to leave very early on our last day. Alessandro prepared and brought our breakfast the night before so we can leave full and ready for the new day and even arrange a water taxi for us.

Gio & Gio was a meticulously clean and beautifully maintained bed and breakfast in the best location of Venice. We stayed in the junior suite with a small balcony with a fantastic view over a canal. Alessandro was a most welcoming and kind host. We felt like an honored guest in his home. We highly recommend his establishment!

Alessandro’s place was absolutely wonderful. We felt very welcomed. He was waiting for us when we arrived, gave us a map & pointed out tips and answered our questions. The next morning, we woke to an amazing breakfast spread! I mean, wow. I loved the location. Easy to get everywhere. He was very gracious and helped us with our luggage. It is easily accessible to main sites without feeling like you are in the thick of Rialto & St Marks Square. Would highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay.

After 2.5 weeks in Italy, Alessandro’s accommodation is one of our favorites 😍 We had the most wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend!
Rather than staying in a big/mainstream hotel, it was so nice to have a smaller, more personalised experience. So much thought and care put into this bed & breakfast 🥰
The room was comfy and the whole place was gorgeous with beautiful details throughout. Great location as well.
The breakfast was the best we had in all our stays in Italy! Still dreaming of it 😍
Grazie Alessandro for making our stay so wonderful and memorable! Hope to be back one day. Ciao for now, Nicole & Tom

It is a very warm, kind, and fun-loving atmosphere. Great location to S. Marco' Sq., and lots of good energy in the area. The restaurants near serve up wonderful cuisine with local favorites and other fusion plates .|Our host, Allesandro, was all that and more. Beautifully done, our new friends.

I would give 4.5 to 5 Stars. Person in charge is awesomely nice and helpful on reminding us regarding transportation options etc. If you stay at the original BnB side, it would be excellent. Most importantly no bridges needed to reach the location. If staying at the other new location, you will need to cross a bridge. That new location can easily fits 5 to 6 pax. value for money yes. very easy to assess from the airport with alilaguna boat service. don't need to worry on luggage at all.

Incredible lodging experience in majestic Venice. This bed and breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. I knew our suite overlooked a canal but I had no idea the fun and entertainment we would experience watching the sleek gondolas glide by under the blooming gardenias on our balcony! This experience was much more interesting and personal than a larger “hotel” experience. Thoughtfully and artistically created by owner operator Alessandro, this B&B, in a 1700’s historical building, sits in the heart of Venezia. With a family history in hotel & hospitality, every detail is executed perfectly. Comfortable bed ensemble, old world furnishings mixed with modern convenience. The wall art! Original oils of the villa’s family! Lots of light enter through windows and balcony doors but can be completely shuttered for an afternoon nap. Delightful full breakfast and well appointed clean rooms. Short walks to the Musica a Palazza Opera House, St Marks Square with cafe orchestras, Doge & Basilica, fine dining, patisseries, & shopping. I loved entering this historic home just steps from one of 400 bridges in Venice. You will LOVE it! All the pictures are inside the B&B, at the front door, and from our balcony! Magnifico! Ciao for now!
