Giorgi's Blue Apartments

This place was one of our favourite places we stayed in the whole of Greece. It ticked all the boxes for us. The apartment was nicely renovated with a modern look. Plenty of space with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets magnificent!! Very romantic. Swimming pool awesome and a lovely little private ocean inlet with sun beds. Breakfasts beautiful. Our host Annelies was just amazing and made us feel right at home! Highly recommend this place.

If you love the sea and want to do some snorkelling it is a perfect place. The pool is big and the food is good. Moreover, the apartments are very quiet during the night. In the morning you can watch fighter jets: F-15, F-16 and probably more in the sky. In one word: awesome 😄

We visited Giorgi’s Blue Apartments 12 years after our first stay in August 2013. I had always wanted to go back and it was as great as the last time! We had a beautiful 2 bedroom flat and made the most of the large swimming pool AND of the private cove. Il was a great pleasure starting the day with a swim in the sea, a few steps away from our rooms. The beds are also very comfortable, we even had memory foam pillows. We were also grateful for the blinds, which allowed us great nights with no light to wake us up early. See you soon Giorgi and Angeliki!

A Truly Authentic and Unforgettable Greek Island Stay|Giorgi’s Blue Apartments was everything we hoped for and more — a truly relaxing and authentic Greek island experience. We arrived late in the evening after a long ferry ride into Heraklion followed by a two-hour drive, feeling tired but excited. From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made us feel right at home. They personally helped us settle into our room and even arranged dinner for us — a small gesture that made a big impact after a long travel day.|We want to especially thank Annalise, who was exceptional from the moment we booked. She answered every question with warmth and professionalism, and her help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. That said, every single staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, helpful, and committed to making our stay perfect.|Some reviews mention the breakfast being “basic,” but we found it exactly as described — a lovely continental spread with a Greek touch. Fresh vegetables, ingredients to make your own salad, fresh bread, and a few hot options made for a delicious and satisfying start to the day.|The pool is an absolute highlight — serene, spotless, and perfectly positioned to soak up the sun. And the private cove? Pure magic. With loungers and umbrellas set up right by the crystal-clear water, it was the perfect place to relax, swim, and take in the incredible views.|We honestly couldn’t recommend Giorgi’s Blue Apartments more highly. It’s a true gem and we’re so grateful for the experience. Thank you to the entire team — we can’t wait to come back!

We have absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful spot… how I wish we could have stayed longer! We already want to rebook for next year! The setting is idyllic - so calm and secluded. The pool is stunning and to also be able to sea dip using their private cove access is incredible! The property is very picturesque and the apartments, pool and grounds are very well maintained. There is a little pool bar when you can purchase very well priced food and light snacks. The breakfast offers you the traditional continental fare and you can sit and enjoy it around the pool in glorious morning sunshine. Whilst staying here you simply have to go the cove and watch the sunset at least once -it’s sublime. All in all, it’s been simply perfect here and I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone considering visiting.

This place is a little gem we have found on Crete. It was our second visit and the reason why we came back was that it has ticked all boxes for us. The whole place is very clean including high quality bedding and towels, wonderful and friendly staff, the kitchenette is well equipped, mosquito nets in windows, quiet and well working air conditioning, fast and reliable wifi that allows for remote working, super clean and nice swimming pool of a standard that is very rare to find, pretty grounds of the villa where you will love to spend your time any time of the day and then especially watching the sunset with a stunning view of the bay, access to a beautiful cove for a dip in the sea and it is just a 20min drive by car to Chania (also bus stop is nearby). We hope to go back again next season.

We had a beautiful stay here in May. Great room, lovely breakfast, stunning view and the private cove somehow looks even better in real life.|Super helpful team (shoutout to Katerina!). For those without a car like us - it’s an easy walk to the shops, it’s a bit of a walk (but doable for fit people) to other restaurants. We had no issues getting reasonably priced taxis when we needed and got some delicious Greek food delivered one night and ate it from the balcony as the sun went down. Heaven.

2nd time visiting having had a week in 2023. 10 days this time with a car. Could happily stay for 3 months! Setting is very quiet, apartments & grounds kept pristine. All the staff are wonderful, helpful, friendly and love their guests. Multi cultural guests from UK, US, Scandinavia, Balkans, France, Germany makes for really interesting new friends. We rarely go back to places but we will go back as it ticks all our boxes.
