The food was either acceptable or not edible: salmon tartare was full of brown tick fatty skin and tasteless. The fries were fine and the salmon in foil was fine too (but side veggies were blah). The poke bowl was basic and not very tasty. The cocktail was fine. To be fair when I mentioned about the issue, they offered the 2 drinks we had and said I should have reported the issue earlier. That being said, I go to restaurants a lot and this is not, based on our experience, a 4-star range restaurant.

Excellent experience sitting outside in their covered area (no reservations). My shrimp risotto was simply the best I’ve had. My wife’s fish soup was a little off, or would be five stars. Help was amazing.

Excellent food and helpful, talented, and casual friendly servers. Didn’t have a lot of options to accommodate my vegan diet, but got the pokebowl with the salmon excluded and extra vegetables, and it was great. My wife had the salmon in foil and said it was great. The vibe of the outdoor seating in the terraced square on a balmy September night was perfect.

We were there for lunch during summer. It was the only terrasse with system to cool down the temperature.

Nive indoor space, very well presented and the outdoor sitting is my favorite since it's summer but only past 8pm because it tends to be very hot outside. Great atmosphere, quick and cared service. Beautiful ambiance since there's a lot of other restaurants right next to it. Great for a date or family outtings.

Repeatable. We had the hamburgers. Although they say 125g (~4oz) they were much bigger. Nice salad and fries too. Inside dining was comfortable. Wait staff friendly—they indulged my beginner French.

We visited on a Sunday night. We had high expectations as it’s a very pretty and aesthetic spot. Service staff were lovely and accommodating however the food was expensive and inedible. The rigatoni was served stone cold, and the truffle gnocchi (not hand made) was actually served raw - we had to send both back to the kitchen, a first for us in Aix! I hope this place can turn things around (note, the sous chef is inexperienced and not able to run a kitchen solo) however for us we will not be back. I would advise people to choose a different restaurant for dinner, but for Apéro, it will work nicely.

Service abysmal, we were the first in the terrace at lunch at 12pm, with a baby in 35 degrees heat, we were last to get our food, we had to ask several times where it was. 1 hour wait for a chicken salad and ceviche. Food was very average, bland and they offered the ceviche because it was very chewy and inedible. Terrace looks nice but it’s a trap, cannot recommend. *edit for restaurants response: we did not order a coke or Evian, they were brought to our table in error as you had mixed the order of another table and we did not accept them so they were not free? I accept that after asking for 3rd time where our food was my husband was choice with his words, but certainly did not gesture anyone to leave. It was not 40 degrees but 35 and I do not blame you for the heat but the fact it took 1 hour for our food while others around were all receiving theirs. The 37 minute wait was after we asked the first time where our food was and the waitress told us “oh I’ll launch it now”, as despite having told her that the panisses we ordered were for our baby she assumed they were a starter, and even after she had delivered them to our table, she hadn’t launched the command for the main. And we are not the first to say the food in particular the ceviche are bad. Also another table got up and left because they were sick of waiting. Regards
