A fun and unique stop in Nairobi! The Giraffe Centre lets you get up close with endangered Rothschild giraffes—feed them, learn about conservation, and even get a giraffe kiss if you're brave. Great for families and animal lovers. Educational, interactive, and unforgettable! They are now my favourite animals. Entry ticket is included in Giraffe Manor stay.

We had a great time at the Giraffe Center! It was fast and efficient which is appreciated as well - get in, feed giraffe, take photos, get out. It would've been nice to be able to buy more feed though!

If you want to experience one of the most unique experiences of life of feeding giraffe, then this place is the one. For foreign nationals, ticket price is 1500 KES, but that's worth spending for the experience. You get free giraffe food, that you can feed them and get photo clicked. I visited this place on Sunday and it was not that crowded.

Very exciting place for children and adults who have never seen a live giraffe so close near. The centre provides you food with the entrance which is free of cost you enter, and as you get your turn, you can feed live your food given to you and to the giraffes.. It’s and amazing lifetime experience. If you are visiting Kenya and you have love for the animals or if you have kids, who would be amazed to interact with this handsome animal, a must visit place at Kenya giraffe Centre.. If you are going with a tourist opera or via a guide, ensure the prices are written there match the prices so that you don’t have a waiting for the tickets and it is transparent. There is a small room where there are photographs of how this Centre got started. It was Jack and Betty who started in the late 1990s who save these giraffes from extension and that’s where this Centre stand tall today. All thanks to them wherever they are. may God bless them. .

What a lovely place to see giraffes up close. Great programme of breeding and releasing back into the National nature reserves, increasing the population of Giraffes that were close to extinction. Started by rescuing abandoned Giraffes (older ones still there) that were reared and cannot be released back into the wild. Feeding the giraffes is an experience you wouldn't normally get, but please note it's not their natural food and is like candy to them otherwise they wouldn't come, however this is doing them no harm at all. All the giraffes look extremely well cared for and their enclosure is extremely large if they didn't want the candy or be seen by visitors they have plenty of space to avoid you. You can see Giraffe Manor through the trees without the $$$$ 🤑 needed to stay there and you still get the exposure to the giraffes to feed them as you would if you stayed. The staff are brilliant really friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Listen to the staff when you visit this is usually for your safety as another visitor found out as the giraffe went in for a love head butt 🤣🤣. Would recommend a visit to the giraffe centre, especially if you have a limited stay or stop over in Nairobi. Booked through trip advisor - picked up on time from hotel and they do offer pick up and drop off to airport if you are really short of time. With travel to and return from the centre about 3 - 4 hrs recommended time frame to give yourself.

Located in Karen Nairobi, the Giraffe center is an ideal spot in the city to get a glance of majestic giraffes and even get the opportunity to feed them!! The center also hosts warthogs and you'll also find lots of resourceful information about giraffes. Definitely worth the visit 😉

Excellent place to watch, feed and touch Giraffes 🦒 Very well organized place, neatly kept and a superb ramp to stand on as you feed the Giraffes and occasionally touch them too! Super cool experience! A must see place while in Nairobi.
