I can't say enough good things about Girl Tribe Co! We wanted matching "Lavender Haze" shirts for a mother-daughter trip to see the Eras Tour in London this past August, and they made sure we got them in time. My daughter was thrilled with the unique, high quality stickers, and we both loved wearing our shirts to the show, AND our Taylor Swift-themed tea party bus tour. They’re cute & comfy- the quality is amazing, and the customer service was truly top-notch! Additionally we happened to be visiting Charlotte this past weekend and I couldn’t leave without stopping by the shop. It’s so cute, and we just love the female pop-star & holiday themed goodies! My daughter couldn’t leave without a couple Sabrina Carpenter themed gems 💖 Thank you, Girl Tribe Co., for making our trip & my daughter’s passion for music extra special! 🙏🏽

I had a sweatshirt saved in my cart from this store for weeks and I’m SO HAPPY I finally pulled the trigger to purchase it! It’s the best quality - and it was embroidered rather than screen printed which was the best surprise! I will definitely be shopping here again!

Terrible experience. Bought a few shirts from here, my wife wore hers and we washed in cold water. ALL OF THE LETTERING/IMAGERY started breaking away immediately. These shirts do not last and especially at the price you pay. Not to mention- I’ve never been treated so bad by customer service before. They were aware of what happened, promised back and forth that they would make it right. After continuously reaching out and continuously being told “I’ll have someone reach out to you asap” and nothing being changed, I’m taking the loss. Absolutely terrible. Please do not buy your stuff here, take their designs and go to Etsy.

The most adorable and charming store! I saw it as I was walking in South End and had to make a detour to explore inside. The interior is so pretty and well-curated: from the mirrors to tiles to displays. Loved all of their themed merchandise—got a great gift here. Employees are also very sweet and helpful.

I’ve ordered so many shirts from their website. Shipping takes forever. The decals on the shirts are falling off after washing. Very disappointed since these T-shirts are not cheap.

I ordered online and received my crewneck and cup within 5 days! I was surprised to see it so quickly, but very happy of course. Love the quality and can’t wait to show of my “nurse” crewneck. Highly recommend. Plus I got a pretty good deal on Cyber Monday!

I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review but... I ordered a custom varsity sweatshirt. I had it for a few days and wore it twice without washing it. The letters started peeing off and one came off completely. I emailed the company telling them about the issue and said I wanted my money back or a new one. They said they were going to get a new one out to me and apologized that they are still working out the kinks. Well its been over two weeks, no update or emails. No sweatshirt. And they wont be responding to my email for 5 days because they are doing a pop up. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but this one just isn't good about keeping customers updated nor satisfied (per reading other reviews) at this point I don't even want the replacement.

Cute store with a lot of unique girly items! Worth checking out for souvenirs, gifts or just to waste time looking at all they have. Funny stickers and funny shirts. Overall prices seemed reasonable. Hard to tell who worked there and who was a customer but everyone seemed fairly friendly!

Ordered a sweatshirt from them over a month ago and it apparently "got lost in mail" they said they would send another order out and I have yet to even see a shipment notice on the new sweatshirt. Very disappointing.

really cute designs, really poor execution- they last ONE wear/wash before the design splits everywhere (washed on cold, inside out, hang to dry). Super disappointing as I bought 4 shirts and they weren't cheap.

Ive been needing some new dresses and shoes. I saw so much i liked but finally settled on this dress and black heels.

I ordered a sweater from GirlTribe and was super surprised when i woke up the next day to an email saying i cancelled my order and was refunded When i reached out to customer service for a remedy and explanation i was told their "inventory was off" As a small business, you would think first impressions on first time customers would be integral to building your business into a brand that people recognize for their awesome products and even better quality control for the consumer. My suggestion - triple check your inventory before you go live with a product. Enough reviews like mine could have a lasting impact on your business.

Placed my order a month ago. 3 weeks later I get an email saying one of the item is out of stock due to the manufacturer. No big deal, I ask for a T-shirt instead. They then send me an order confirmation for all my tank tops switched to tshirts and in the wrong size. The amount of emails that had to go back and forth of me telling them same order over and over was insane. I have full receipts of the conversation too if needed. Ended up canceling my order. Really sad, I would have loved those items. Worst communication ever.

Visited this cute and eclectic store during my stay in Charlotte for the Thanksgiving holiday. They have some very unique finds even in plus size. Picked up these two items. Will be ordering more online :)

Adorably little boutique shop with a great selection. There's everything from cute sweaters, tops, and blazers to Cher prayer candles. If you're into fun stickers or looking for some fun feminine CLT gear this is your spot. They've also got a few fun dinners that lines filled with sweaters with quotes and stickers; like Bravo, angel numbers, Taylor swift etc depending on what you're looking for.

Zero customer service. In store for 15-20 minutes and was never acknowledged. The lady at the desk made eye contact and everything... ‍ And still said NADA!!

This store is run by a fabulous group of women who know what is up. They have accessories, casual clothing and products from other local small businesses like beauty products. During the holiday season they have gift boxes, and definitely check out their Panthers collection and supporting small business collection during this COVID-19 pandemic. They have flash sales on instagram so be sure to follow them!

My mother and I are African American and were blatantly discriminated against in this store today. With it now being 2023 this behavior is extremely hideous and tone death to our society. While entering the store there was zero acknowledgment but when others entered in that were white they were greeted warmly and in a welcoming manner. As my mother tried on clothes she received zero assistance or acknowledgment but instead stares as if we had no reason for being in the store. This review needed to be written today to make it known that black people clearly are not welcomed in this establishment!

Wow. My friend and I went here for the first time intending to spend a significant amount of money to update our spring and summer wardrobes. We were barely greeted and the two women acted like we were a bother to them. I asked about a sale item and one asked "isn't there a tag on it?" I said there was a regular price tag but it's on the sale rack. She responded: "30 percent off". My friend already had left due to the rudeness. I proceeded to leave.There was no goodbye or thank you. Just rude silence. I will never return to this store. What a disappointing experience as a newcomer to Charlotte and a visitor with me. Not the small business Charlotte I want people to see or expect.

They claim to be girl empowering but steal designs from other girls. A current design was stolen from Spencer Barbosa who designed and distributed it over 1 yr ago. Disgusting

The clothes are really cute but the young women working there are not nice whatsoever. I walked in just to look around and wasn't greeted at the door. I'm pretty sure I got a look of disgust from both girls who were working today 6/2/22. I very much got the feeling that I wasn't welcome there at all. If this is supposed to be a Girl Tribe and an uplifting company for other women someone needs to do some serious training with their employees in the store fronts.

I purchased a dreamy sweater online and of course right after purchasing I found out we were going to have some large family financial burdens. Girl Tribe Co. cancelled and refunded my order within a day no questions asked. I really appreciate this and appreciate the customer service. Thank you!!

i try to support small businesses but this is the perfect example of why I don't. I ordered a shirt and sweatshirt from Girl Tribe Co. and it never showed up. I emailed them to inquire about this and rather than offer any real assistance, they just said, "oh no, sorry. try talking to usps". Needless to say, it's been three weeks and I have neither merchandise nor a credit. I know big businesses are not great for the soul, but at least they take care of their customers.

Stopped in yesterday as I was taking a stroll around the block (it looked so cute from the street) Customer service - non existent. There were at least 4 shop girls present. None of them greeted me or the other guests in the store. It was so odd. I noticed the other patrons just browsed and left. The employees just stood there loudly talking each other and giggling. I was put off. Merchandise in the store - very cute and unique. I will visit again when I'm in the area to see if the customer service was a one off. But for now - 3 stars

Love stopping by this shop when I'm uptown. They always have cute CLT based clothing and accessories and other items you won't find anywhere else. Love shopping local and supporting my fellow #GirlTribers. Keep up the great work and fun finds!

Horrible Customer Service! If I could leave no stars I would. If you have any problem whatsoever you are out of luck. A technical problem on their website became my issue, no communication, any resolve will now be at my personal expense. Shame on you!

Previously was a fan of girl tribe. Went in today and was ignored by the only two teenage (seemingly) employees in the empty store. They were busy talking about how one used to do modeling. We stayed five minutes waiting to be said hello to or asked if we needed help. Nothing. We walked out after five minutes without so much as a "bye" from them. Won't be back anytime soon.

This boutique is super cute and will catch any girly girl's eye! I was headed to visit the candle bar and parked right in front of this store. I couldn't help myself and decided to go in. This store carries a lot of unique and cute items. I will definitely visit again and spend more time when I'm not in a rush. I purchased a fashionable black fuzzy coat. It was very stylish, unique and warm. I cannot wait to wear it this weekend in DC.

My family and I went into this store a couple of weeks ago as it was our first time. The first red flag was that we were not greeted at the door and the employees working were too damn worried about their dinner plans after work to realize that they had customers. My sister found a necklace that she wanted and my mom told her to add it to the items that we were purchasing. After we purchased all the items we realized that the total was much higher than expected. We looked at the receipt and noticed that the necklace she had picked up was 52 dollars for a simple letter necklace. We then asked if we could return it since we thought it was a different price and did not think it was worth the 52 dollars. The employees proceeded to tell us, while we are still at the cash register, that we cannot return items as they apparently only do exchanges. WE HAD NOT LEFT THE STORE and yet they would not let us return the necklace and give us our money back. They said that they could call their boss but that it would take days, however anyone that works in retail should know that all you need to do is cancel the transaction and that customer service should be the employees number one priority, but these 2 employees could not have cared less. One of the employees told us that if she gave us our money back she could get fired, which is total BS. That was not the only red flag either. Another customer walked into the store and one girl with short hair proceeded to say "hey by the way we close in 10 minutes" and the women left. Like how rude could you be and who in the world trained you. Neither of them should we working in retail. My family and I will never ever go back here nor will we ever recommend the store.

Very cute store in Southend area of Charlotte that sells all kinds of things from woman-owned businesses. They have some really artistically unique greeting cards and jewelry that I noticed on this visit. There is also a good stock of apparel and decor for the home. This is definitely a place to visit if you want a to get a special, unique gift for someone .

Cool spot, girlee and over the top and I love it. Unique gifts and overall positive vibe.
