I am so delayed in this review. I took my family here in July because getting my 2 girls charm bracelets was on the top of my list in Florence. Our experience was absolutely precious. We got there right before they closed for the afternoon and they generously allowed us in and took so much time with my girls. I highly recommend and hope we are able to visit again to add more charms for my girls. The sweetest couple!!

Love it sooo much! It is a must to visit the store when in Florence. Giuliano and his wife were super friendly and nice. So many pretty bracelet/necklace charms and other jewellery pieces to choose from. They were patient when we took quite a while to choose our charms. I love that we can customise the charms on the bracelet/necklace. I adore the atmosphere of the store as it is hidden inside the houses with no signs or storefront. The prices are also reasonable given the quality of the charms that are all handcasted by Giuliano. It is also a plus point that we were able to get a personalised jewellery by Giuliano who has worked with big brands such as Gucci and served for the Head of State. I highly recommend visiting this place and will definitely come back again.

I am SO glad I came here. I got a charm bracelet with charms such as a little Duomo, David, and Medici symbol that were handmade by Giuliano himself! Maria helped me choose the charms and put together my bracelet with care. They are the sweetest people and I’m so grateful to have this Florentine keepsake. What a special experience. (By the way, bring cash!)

What an incredible shop and team! We visited on a weekday, and Giuliano took the time to show us all around his workshop when we arrived, giving us a full tour of the space, and his process. Afterwards we were able to browse around, and buy the most gorgeous charm necklace which the team helped assemble. Highly reccomend visiting!

Cutest little jewelry store — Giuliano and his wife were so friendly and so happy to have them in their shop. They let my wife look through all their charms and bracelets, and even showed us how they make their pieces. Such beautiful work and great people, and great prices.

We’re in Italy for our honeymoon and this shop was a major stop for us while we were in Florence! I cannot recommend it enough. I got a charm bracelet and it’s the perfect keepsake. Each thing is handmade and they had so many charms to pick from. There were so many beautiful little details in their jewelry. Maria was amazing and she helped me make the bracelet and really took her time with it ,ensuring I liked it. I LOVE IT. I adore her too, she was the absolute sweetest and such a pleasure to meet her! If we’re ever back, this shop will be on our list again to look at the other products they offered. They had the cutest other pieces if you didn’t want a charm bracelet or necklace! Grazie mille!

Lovely spot a must visit in Firenze especially if you want to surprise your partner with a significant and meaningful souvenir from Firenze, you will be welcomed by a really well known artisan who will greet you in the door number 12 and will show you around his atelier where you will find all his handmade pieces which he created in the spot. The experience might change depending his mood which is 100% understandable because he does the same thing over and over for years. Inside you will find pieces of jewelry handmade by the don himself Mr. Ricchi, overall it will be worth the stop.
