Me and my wife both had the carbonrara pasta and both absolutely loved it! Absolutely delicious! Finally able to have a very low lactose creamy traditional carbonara with eggs and without dairy! 😋😋

I loved everything about this place: the food, the service and the atmosphere! Carbonara is so good, I had to come back to eat it again. Supli was just amazing. We tried both wines produced by restaurant, they were very good 👌 we also tried lamb rib, pasta with trippa, zucchini flowers and the set of ham and cheese, loved everything!!!

If you would like a taste of Rome, this is the perfect place. Amazing Carbonara, tasty lamb ribs, and wonderful Wines (try wine of the house). Staff is super friendly and always ready to help with your requests. Inside the atmosphere makes you fill on a classic warm Osteria.

Lovely little trattoria with a warm and cozy vibe. The pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked — I tried the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and it was delicious. The staff were welcoming and helpful with suggestions, and the house wine was surprisingly good. Prices are fair considering the quality. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!

We were the first time in this restaurant. The service was ok, even though they could do better. For example, the waitress might suggest pepper and parnesan with a pasta dish. The restaurant is well furnished and looks very nice. The terrace on the street was well frequented. But that's the end of the good sides. The most important thing, the food, was really disappointing. We had ordered a pasta dish and also broccoli. The pasta was tasteless and the broccoli was cold when it came out of the kitchen. I will definitely not go here again.

Google
In my opinion it is one of the best restaurants in Milano. Very cozy, amazing food, the servers are extremely friendly and overall it has a lovely atmosphere. Truly authentic, great dishes, I’ve come here a million times, and will continue to come.

Google
Looks can be deceiving. In the case of this restaurant, the promising sizes and sights of the dishes provide a, I’ll clarify since I opened for dramatic effect, somewhat, deceiving dinner. When we entered the establishment, we we’re curiously led to a different building into a different dining room, an experience shared by other patrons throughout the night. While we had great company, my friends and I enjoyed our time together, the food was par, neither great nor poor. Additionally, the service was mediocre. An added warning, they do charge for EACH bottle of water and a cover charge (which is normal but as tourists we weren’t aware of these practices).

Yelp
Ordered a bottle of Chianti. Thought it was odd the waiter didn't bring the cork. Tasted like vinegar. Squid was not fresh and smelled like it was a week old. I've never had a bad meal in Italy so this was a first. Sadly I would not recommend.

Yelp
Make a reservation! We got lucky on our 3rd night and it was a great meal. About $50 for 2 apps,2 pasta, water and wine. Very nice service.

Yelp
One of my favourites... The food is great and the prices are good. The mixed antipasti are fab (4 people minimum but if you're three they sometimes make an exception)... Nice informal atmosphere.. Make sure to reserve in advance as it's always packed!

Yelp
This was our first restaurant in Milan, fortunately it only went uphill after that. The food was a disaster and we decided, as a group, to give 2 stars because the waiter was friendly and the bread very yummy! Everything else was a disaster. We got the business lunch, relatively cheap (12 euros), but well too expensive for the quality of the food. The pastas were either undercooked or cold, and the sauce not really good anyway. The secondi, sausages with green beans, was obviously straight out of a can. So my advise, skip this restaurant or order directly a-la-carte, maybe you will be luckier...

Yelp
This place was lukewarm for me. Great and friendly staff, and VERY cheap wine (€6 for half a liter), but my spaghetti with red sauce was reminiscent of Chef Boyardee... I think this is because they put cream in tomato sauce in Milan but don't quote me on that. That being said my bf loved his pasta with sausage, and we also got the meatballs for starters. They had the same red sauce as my spaghetti. Idk. I think I just expected better.

Yelp
Parola d'ordine: prenotare! Se non si prenota è difficilissimo trovare posto se si è in più di due. Già questo basterebbe come recensione! ;) Locale sempre pieno, cucina ottima e buon servizio. A Milano funziona così. Ricapitolando: cibo ottimo, personale simpatico, locale molto carino!

Yelp
Very good menu, and nice romantic dark ambience. Bread is good, wide selection of foods, and many wines available. Good option for low key dinner in Milan in a quiet area.

Yelp
It's absolutely delicious! This restaurant has reasonable price and good service, it's been selected to Michelin guide in recently five years. Four grilled lamb ribs cost just 15euros. The decoration is old fashion. This Romantic resto is worthy to visit. See you next time!

Yelp
This is one of the best restaurantes I've eaten at in All of Italy. The food is great ... Very simple , and very rustic in all the original flavours they are meant to be savoured ... You won't regret it ... Reasonably at €10 ... I can't recommend it highly enough ... Come bring your friends, everything is good.

Yelp
We were feeling the exhaustion of jetlag and so comfort food was in order. Pasta immediately came to mind because it simply is my ultimate comfort food so we found ourselves here on our last night in Milan. I had the Cacio e Pepe and while it did have that toothsome, firm bite to the pasta the flavors was quite basic to me. Perhaps I expected better because I was in Italy. I think perhaps it was drier than I would have liked as it had a smidge too much grated cheese on top (as you would when dusting grated Parmesan cheese on top of your spaghetti) where i prefer this dish to be more of the slightly buttery, melted Pecorino Romano distributed evenly throughout the pasta with a whole lot of pepper. My husband's beef cheeks bucatini won in all aspects though between his dish and my cacio. It had that slightly tangy in flavor sauce, thick Bucatini noodles, a good portion of meat; he hailed it as the best bucatini dish he's ever had. I mean we are in Italy, I wanted the pasta dishes here to be superior to the versions in the States as cliche as that is. Service was good. Our server spoke a little English which was great since we don't speak a lick of a Italian besides the basic greetings and salutations. I loved that this restaurant didn't seem touristy as we seemed to be the only non-locals there (at least the night we were there). This made for a lot of curious looks in our direction. But we were in our own world stuffing our face with our plate full of pasta, warm bread and a bottle of wine. I'd recommend.

Yelp
Although we got there 10 minutes before the kitchen close, we were welcomed warmly but the only pasta shape we could order was short pasta (rigatoni) according to the server. Maybe it was because of kitchen closing soon. Had a pasta with bacon, onion, butter and cheese, and sauteed sliced port belly (porchetta) with potatoes. The glass of red wine I had was really really good. I have to visit this place again to try some more dishes.

Yelp
Great service and amazing food! I really liked our server, the guy that speaks 4 plus languages!

Yelp
The real name is Giulio pane e ojo, actually. And, the category would be most appropriately Roman restaurant, as it has a very good menu with specialities from Roma. Not the best restaurant in Milan, (need to add a few more to Qype) but a good one, a little heavy, but tasty. Do not go in large groups, otherwise the menu will be limited, and Saturdays, when is packed.

Yelp
I haven't checked them in a year, they might be good again... they used to be great several years back, ownership changed, the quality went down.. especially the meat.

Yelp
Good restaurant in Milano! They have a main area, where the kitchen and the counter are, then across a courtyard there's a door to a separate room with a large wooden table. We stayed at this big table, and if it wasn't for the waiter coming to check and bring dishes, it was like having dinner at home. Service was good, food quality and quantity satisfying, and prices in the average for a city like Milano. A place I would recommend and visit again.

Yelp
Great trattoria. Loved the atmosphere and the food.

Yelp
Really enjoyed dinner here on out last night in Milan. My date and I went all out and got both a pasta course and a meat course. She got the spaghetti bolognese and the veal saltimbocca which were both good. I got the tonnarelli salsiccia and the tagliata alla cipolla dolce di Tropea. Pastas were fresh, meats were tasty (especially mine that was cooked perfectly). Our waiter was the best we had while in milan and he informed us the family who owns this restaurant recently opened a similar joint in NYC (Abbottega) which I am excited to go and try out.

Yelp
This was the best restaurant we ate at while in Milan -- good enough that we returned a second night. We had *wonderful* rabbit and a first-class pasta with bits of bacon, onion and cheese. The house red was nice.

Yelp
Fantastico!

Yelp
Lovely atmosphere, wonderful fresh pasta!! And easy shared-table Roman spot that had plenty of room at 9 PM when we arrived. The owner, however, told us if we didn't have a reservation we should eat at McDonalds. I guess it's that funny-rude thing many people enjoy, but we weren't up for it. The Satimbocca and Porchetta were average. But it was still a lovely evening, and the female waitress was nice. No pressure for us to leave.
