"This informal, busy little restaurant and wine bar near the river has outdoor seating that’s perfect for those balmy nights. Don’t be distracted by the risqué black-and-white pictures from the 1930s; focus on the hundreds of Italian vintages (many bottles line the wood-panelled walls) and traditional Roman fare, especially the house cacio e pepe prepared with tonnarelli pasta – there’s also a tasty version with truffles. Pair it with a well-balanced red wine from Lazio."

Great food in a really quite área in the center of the city. The pasta is amazing, that have Roman classics but also some alternatives that gave you a great sense of what they are capable of. If you had the chance try some of the daily menu as you will be able to found great stuff.

Amazing food and people! I had dinner last night, and it was so lovely. I was so lucky to find this place, very friendly and helpful staff. Food & drink top! Amazing pasta, and best tiramisu. I really do recommend booking a table earlier. When I'm next time in Rome, I will definitely come back! Hope to see you soon!

Finally not a tourist trap! Great food, friendly service in a cute street. Many seats outside. I extremely enjoyed the entree baked courgette flowers with cheese and anchovies and main course noodles with pepper and truffle. We came back. Still great. Definitely a recommendation! ❤️

Everything was perfect. My wife and I were recommended by my brother who said this is his favorite restaurant in the world and we hold his opinion of food highly. Our server, Tommaso, was the most awesome server ever. He was patient with us while we asked questions in English, suggested great dishes and picked our wine after we asked what bottle we should get with our meal. He was extremely nice to my wife and because the meal almost made her cry he gave her our bottle’s cork in a key chain. Punk music playing, good vibes all around from the servers and bar tender. One of our favorite dining experiences ever.

Stumbled on this cute little spot down a quiet side street—looked cozy and lively, so we gave it a shot. Turned out to be a great choice! We had the cheese and meat platter to start, carbonara and amatriciana for our mains, and a couple glasses of wine recommended by the waiter—spot on. Finished with a classic tiramisu. Friendly service, great vibe, and the bill was very reasonable. If you’re after something authentic, definitely stop by Giulio, Passami L’olio.

One of the best meals in italy that I ate! Amazing!!! I can't wait to go back! My pasta was the simple tomato and basil and the appetizers were the flowers which were amazing and brushetta! Quaint charming place! I kinda want to keep it a secret it's so good!

One if the best pasta’s ive ever tried. Yummy, tasty, and flavor-full. Very nice, attentive, and friendly servers, would 1000% dine in again. You can sit on street after and have espresso after your meal!

Amazing place that felt much more local than the places on the main drag. We walked by earlier in the day and only saw what appeared to be local hipster Romans so knew we had to come back and see if we could get in for dinner in an area that is crawling with mediocre tourist places. The host graciously got us in without a reservation so long as we could get out before there next reservation in an hour and a half. We ordered almost exclusively from the specials board which included a lardo and truffle bruschetta and a rabbit ragu with fresh pappardelle. One of those wonderful discoveries that don't show up on any of those best of lists.
