Giuseppe Pizzeria & Sicilian Roast Bohol

We keep coming back to Giuseppe’s because it’s consistently good. The food and service are always reliable, and the portions are generous, great for sharing. The pizza is made in a wood fired oven and is definitely worth trying. Overall the best Italian food we’ve had in the Philippines. We had the antipasto di Giuseppe, diavola pizza and the osso buco with risotto.

We got the squid ink pasta and a half tartufo half gregorio pizza. Both were delicious! And they didnt scrimp on the ingredients! The squid ink pasta was yummy and the squid was crunchy. We asked for lemon and added a squeeze and it made the dish even better! The tartufo pizza was yummy too! You could really taste the truffle and the cream cheese! Same with the gregorio pizza, it had lots of meat on top and was really good.

Giuseppe has excellent pizzas and pastas. The wood-burning oven lends to the authenticity of their preparation. Prices are what you’d find in Manila. The only thing I wasn’t enamored with was the cucumber lime drink, which was like green-tinted calamansi juice with cucumber slices.

The food here was great and yummy! The black ink pasta was not fishy. It was very fun and addicting to eat with a lot of flavor. The squid was quite crunchy so you know it is fresh. The pizza was delicious also. The crust itself had good flavor already. The toppings were great with the sausage and meat. Would recommend trying this restaurant.

The pizzas taste just like the real thing in Italy. The service is also very good, and the attendants are courteous and responsive. It’s a great casual dining spot, and I will definitely come back.

Had lunch here and loved it! The Diavola pizza was amazing and the Spaghetti Marinara was just as good. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and it’s totally worth it. Marlyn, our server, was so lovely and always had a smile on her face. Definitely a go-to if you’re craving the real Italian deal.

Best Italian restaurant! We wanted something light for lunch so we got the salad and an angus beef carpaccio. Food is always amazing here and service is great!

Stunning vegetarian pizza. The dough was a delight, pillowy soft with a brilliant taste too! Their house made chilli sauce was a brilliant addition to dip the crusts in! The pineapple juice also tasted so fresh! The staff were so lovely and attentive

Awesome Pizza with very affordable prices! In the middle of Panglao island, great atmosphere and delicious Italian food. Alcohol and dishes are on the cheaper side. The place is a bit distant from the crowded Alona beach, which makes it quiet yet convenient to reach.
