Google
A beautiful and peaceful Renaissance garden with great views over Verona. Very well maintained and perfect for a quiet walk away from the crowds. Entry was easy with the online ticket, smooth and well organized. Definitely worth a visit.

Google
Lovely garden with easy and intuitive paths and stunning views of Verona. There’s toilets inside and you can get snacks and drinks from machines. The ticket also includes the 19th century apartment visit that is so gorgeous and very well preserved, you can see all the colorful furniture, wall paintings and more. I also like that they keep all windows open and there was many plants inside which makes pleasant to walk there.

A gem that luckily is slowly being restored. Definitely worth the visit and the tour guide's passion made a wonderful addition. Not sure about wheelchair accessibility, call!

Google
Beautiful Italian style garden with mainly evergreen trees and plants. Great little maze for a bit of fun. Children would love it. Great terrace at the back. With a climb up a small tower to reach the top terrace. Fantastic views of the east bank of the river and Verona. Not great for wheelchair users or someone with walking difficulties. There is some renovation works happening at present but don't be put off.

This was one of my favourite places in Verona! Such beautiful gardens, and the view from up at the top is absolutely stunning - you can see the whole city! Such great value for money, and a nice central location as well - a must-see place

Woohoo, Verona! The geometry of this Renaissance garden renders with absolute mathematical precision. I stood at the base of the Cypress Avenue and watched the light filter through the needles. Each photon seemed to calculate its own path to the ground. The bark on the ancient trees displays a displacement map of infinite complexity. I climbed to the belvedere terrace. The view of Verona from this height is a masterpiece of rendering. Every terracotta roof tile in the city creates a perfect grid of burnt orange. The resolution extends all the way to the distant hills. I focused on a marble statue near the hedge. The weathering on the stone reveals centuries of erosion in high definition. My eyes tracked a single beetle moving across the limestone path. Its shell reflected the surrounding greenery with ray-traced accuracy. This location utilizes every pixel of my vision. ◡̈

Google
Beautiful place with interesting house and contents, plus manicured gardens backing up to a cliff, with a viewing gallery up a long flight of stairs. Great View over the city.

Google
Not big area but goes vertical a bit so need to be able to climb stairs and hills for better views of city panorama

Yelp
On our last full day in Verona, one of the last attractions we visited was Giardino Giusti. Listed as one of the top attractions in Verona on TripAdvisor, it's not to be missed! There is an entry fee or you can get a discount (if you visit enough spots) by purchasing a Verona card ahead of time. Giardino Giusti is a nice botanical garden. Like other botanical gardens I've visited, it's really all about taking in the beauty of nature. This will include well-manicured trees, plants, and maybe some animals. Giusti has a lot to see including statues and picturesque views of the city. There's also a labyrinth. I'm personally not a fan of them but it's one of the activities you can enjoy. There's even a ballet school for kids that has classes inside. Talk about a picturesque location for some ballet lessons! They give you a nice map with your entrance fee. Either follow it or wander around to check out all of the sights.

Yelp
Totally worth the visit. You have access to the garden and grand upstairs rooms. My fav was the Horseshoe Room, all the furniture had horseshoe elements. Thank you Giusti family for showing off your high ceiling rooms, furniture, artwork, frescos, and extensive collections. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Arena, across the scenic river.

Yelp
The Italians do great formal gardens. The Giardino Giusti is a nice example. The Gardens are on the other side of the river Adige from the main part of Verona but the walk isn't far and you get to see a part of the city you probably would not see other wise. When we got to the location of the Gardens as indicated on Google Maps we could not find them. They are there but are accessed by a small inconspicuous entrance so be prepared to look a bit - the map is correct. The Gardens themselves were not at all crowded so we wandered around unhindered for about an hour or so there are benches so you can sit and read, daydream, knit or whatever. The Gardens are not spectacular but are a nice quiet place to retreat to for a while. I would highly recommend the Giardino Giusti for a relaxing few hours.

Yelp
The Giusti Gardens are absolutely doable if you are doing a walking tour through the city of Verona. It just requires leaving the typical path and crossing a bridge. The gardens were a great escape from the crowd surrounding Juliet's house. There was probably not more than 20 people at the garden when we went. The gardens are lush and green with fountains, statues, and tall Italian Cypress trees. You are free to roam the grounds. Most people make the climb up to the other garden where you can sunbathe or sit on one of the benches to admire the view of Verona. The climb is dusty and full of stairs (big surprise). The view of the city is nice but I was hoping to get a better view of the garden below. It's difficult to admire the knot garden and labyrinth when you can't see it from above. I was only able to view it properly on the climb down through an opening between a few trees. I can see how some would come to this garden for a little peace and tranquility but for me, the fun factor in this garden was just okay.

Yelp
The gardens are very well kept and the view of the city from the top part are spectacular. The whole place is not very big so it can be traversed in around 30 minutes. Entrance fee is 7 EUR which might be a bit on the high side, but it is worth it
