To feel the 5,000-year-old history, this is a must-visit place. I highly recommend going with a guide. Around the area, you will find many people offering horse and camel rides or letting you take photos while sitting on a camel. Be cautious and always negotiate the price.

Walking amongst the pyramids is truly an unforgettable experience. The overall areas is vast, while each pyramid has a unique charm with the sheer scale being mind-blowing from afar and up close. Allocate around 3 hours to explore the area, pack sunscreen, a hat and a windbreaker. Tip: Hire a licensed guide to avoid unsolicited “guides” and camel riders also.

A truly unforgettable experience to see the only remaining wonder of the ancient world. You can easily visit without a tour guide to go at your own pace although you will be hassled almost non stop to buy overpriced junk. The easiest way to deal with the sellers is to just ignore them and they will get the message after trying multiple languages with you. You can pay to enter the pyramids although the interiors are small and underwhelming compared to the exterior, but still definitely worth doing. It is significantly cheaper to go inside the smaller pyramids and they are all similar.

Loved coming here. The atmosphere was really good, especially with a private tour guide, the experience was even better. Without, you’re likely to be bombarded by people asking you for a camel ride, to take pictures or to buy souvenirs. Coming here with a driver even better! He took us to the top and farther where it’s less crowded for cool pictures. Coming here is January was perfect in terms of weather. The sun can be warm, but there’s a nice wind so it’s even chilly at times. Wear sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and water and it’s a perfect activity for your visit to Giza.

An incredible landmark, quite surprising how large the area is. We got to see some lovely camels at sunrise and walk the whole area with our tour guide. Bring boots, the climb into the pyramid is quite small so be ready to walk on your ankles and bring lots of water. Highly recommend.

Visiting the Giza Pyramids was an unforgettable experience. These pyramids are one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and they are truly an amazing sight to behold. I was amazed by the size of the pyramids and how they were built so many thousands of years ago. I also enjoyed seeing the Sphinx, which is a huge statue of a man's head and a lion's body. It is truly one of the most impressive sculptures I have ever seen. I highly recommend visiting the Giza Pyramids if you are ever in Cairo. It is an experience you will never forget. Here are some things to keep in mind when visiting the Giza Pyramids: * Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. * Bring sunscreen and water. * Make sure you have enough money for tickets, drinks, and food. * You can get to the Giza Pyramids by taxi or bus.

We have taken a local guy and carriage/horse. It costs 25 $ per person but is much better and easier experience. Students pay just half of the price. They are not asking for any documents. You can/must negotiate for everything - taking photos and rids on camels , suvenirs...

Had an awesome time. Most memorable to be next to this gigantic pyramids and touch the stones that are thousands of years old. The camel ride was a highlight of the Tour. It wouldn't have been the same without it.
