Giza Necropolis

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Pyramid! From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and enjoyable. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and turned out to be truly unforgettable. The camel ride to the pyramids was an absolute must! It made the whole visit feel authentic and special, and the views were incredible. Riding through the desert with the pyramids in the background is something I’ll never forget. I also did a horse ride through the city, which was such a unique and exciting way to explore the area. It added so much fun and adventure to the trip. Overall, everything was well worth it. I’m so glad I chose this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Definitely something I would do again!

Very cool. This is a bucket list item checked off. Super high intensity selling but we expected that. Everyone “willing to help” but a tip is required. The timeless beauty is unmatched and iconic. Unbelievable construction built around 4,000-5,000years ago but so worth the task of getting here. Super cool. Scammers everywhere. Nothing is “free”. Beware but expected. Giza is very depressing and filthy. This place is not. Beautifully maintained.

Visiting Cairo in late February was the perfect choice. The weather was mild and pleasant, which allowed us to truly enjoy the Pyramids without the exhausting heat. We went on a Saturday with a small group and a guide from our hotel. The Pyramids: Entry was smooth and without delays, though the site was very crowded. A quick warning: the line for the women’s restroom at the entrance was eternal! However, once you move further toward the monuments, it gets much better.

Finally we came to visit the only remaining ancient wonder of the the world 😍 very long trip from Hurghada, but still worth it.. just sad to see so many animals being exploited, don't agree with it,even lots of stray dogs!not sure how they survive here. Pyramids are amazing just as expected and scary to see how close Cairo is getting to them.

Pyramid, Sphinx, Giza - these are not just words, these are ideas, these are concepts that have moved travelers since millennia. As a wanderer, I have dreamt about these ever since I was a child. Finally, I managed to physically visit ‘Giza Necropolis’ (also known as the ‘Giza Pyramid Complex’) on December 16, 2025 (Tuesday) along with my partner. The feeling was that of disbelief and astonishment. May be, words are not enough to express certain emotional states and this was one of such states. We saw all of ‘Khufu’s Pyramid’ (‘Cheops Pyramid’), also known as ‘The Great Pyramid of Giza,’ ‘Khafre’s Pyramid,’ and the ‘Menkaure’s Pyramid.’ We also made it a point to see some of the smaller pyramids in and around the three main pyramids. Finally, we also saw the ‘Great Sphinx of Giza,’ believed to represent King Khafre. The experience was obviously surreal. It was late in the afternoon in the ancient city of Giza on the outskirts of Cairo. Located in the Western Desert (an area of the Sahara Desert on the West Bank of River Nile), the afternoon was chilly. However, we managed to have an unforgettable time - something that we would never probably forget!

It is one of the most fascinating places on our planet. Egyptian civilization is extraordinary and truly unparalleled. This is our third time visiting this remarkable place, and we sincerely hope it will not be the last.

Amazing! A definite must see. However, a few important things to note: you can’t drive inside the park. You buy a ticket, pass through a security scanner and bag check, then either walk around the pyramids or catch a hop-on/off bus, unless you’re part of a tour. The park closes at 16:00 so don’t expect to get amazing sunset photos.

One of the places someone has to visit!! The majestic pyramids and sphinx. Better to.have a guide to exolain some things. Also if u can pay extra to enter the pyramids!(its narrow and short)!!
