A unique and delightful experience! Bachir ice cream offers a truly special experience with its organic Lebanese-style flavor. Covered entirely with crushed pistachios, every bite delivers freshness and authenticity. It’s rare to find such an authentic taste in Paris! Of course, the unique texture of Turkish Kahramanmaraş ice cream, made with goat’s milk and flavored with salep, offers a completely different taste its stretchy, chewy consistency is legendary! It’s hard to compare the two, but both leave an unforgettable impression. If you’re in Paris, this is a treat you absolutely must try!

Fun way to enjoy a dessert. We got lucky and walked right up, a friendly person greeted us with 4 samples before we asked for anything. They also explained the process, which was great. You pay for the ice cream outside and than go inside to select flavors. I had vanilla, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate with pistachios and thought it was really good. I would get the exact thing again. I tried ordering a large but was advised it was really big and went medium. It was all I could eat. Thanks for the advice

Always has long queue but there are many staffs who came to take order and very helpful, friendly and polite. Don’t worry about the queue because you will get your ice cream in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the small size, with pistacho coating outside and it was HUGE….enough to share between two people. The ice cream looked very cute and the taste was very flavourful and very nice. I really liked Bachir!

I had an amazing ice cream at Glace Bachir in Paris, and I highly recommend trying their special ice cream. The fresh milk flavor really stands out, and they top it with a generous amount of pistachios, which makes it even better. I ordered the small size, and it was enough to share between two people. There’s usually a queue, but don’t worry, they’re quick, and you’ll get your ice cream in under 10 minutes.

Was eating across the street when I noticed adult men grinning from ear to ear holding their desserts. Then I saw a chain of people who looked so happy holding theirs too. So I HAD to try lol. No regrets at all! Staff members were so kind in explaining on how to order them as it was cooks be served in so many ways. The queue was long and so worth the wait. Needless to say, I myself was grinning from ear to ear when I had mine served hehe. Such a memorable place to come by🥰

The special ice cream with pistachio is amazing. The portions are generous too. I got a small, but it was the size of large at other places. I would skip the whip cream since it doesn’t go very well with the ice cream’s flavor. Definitely worth the hype. It’s a must try if you’re walking by.

Got the one coated with pistachio, but I mixed too many flavours - milk, blackberry, almond, pistachio and dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is intense. Would recommend to have two flavors max so you can taste and enjoy the pure flavours - blackberry is good, also tasted cafe - good too.

such an amazing place, i went on a monday so barely any people. i had no clue what to order but the person on the front was so attentive and helpful, you get given a free sample and from there you decide wether to choose the special or normal, i chose the small special which was sooo big tbh but im not complaining, w pistacio on the outside. the ashta is very unique, similar to yogurt but with a different more flexible texture. i loved it!
