Glacier Homestead

We stayed three nights in the Barn Apartment. It was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and serving meals. Kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, stove, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are also included along with laundry soap options. There was one bedroom with a queen memory foam bed. And, one bunk bed in the open concept living/dining/kitchen space. Very roomy. There are indoor stairs at the point of entry leading up to the apartment. I recommend spacing out baths and showers, as we ran low on hot water trying to complete two consecutive showers. The only downside was that we could hear trains rolling through, blasting their horns every night. Even with the noise, we’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the bunk room for 1 night. It was beautiful and quaint. It smelled amazing when we entered. I loved the farmhouse feel. I was sad that we only had booked 1 night. We got there late, and left early the next morning. The owners had thought of everything that you might need. The bed was extremely comfortable. 10 out of 10. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a rental close to the west gate of Glacier National Park. Thank you.

My family and I stayed in Trapper's cabin for 5 nights while visiting Glacier National Park. Very close to good coffee and also great access to the park. The property is beautiful! The cabin was extremely clean and cozy. We met one of the owners, Tony, who was very pleasant and offered great suggestions for getting the most out of the park and the surrounding area. Very quiet at night and extremely well maintained. We'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Hostel Room #1 w/ a shared bathroom. Enough space for 2 people on a few days trip to Glacier NP. Comfortable bed, clean, ample indoor lighting, sensible accommodation. I’m usually not keen on a shared bathroom situation but wasn’t an issue at all w/ whoever we were sharing it during our stay. The bathroom is VERY clean (I feel like they clean it throughout the day), well lit, great shower pressure and temperature control. Plenty of counter-space in there as well. Proximity to the park entrance is definitely a key reason to stay here. Outside you might see the horses and donkeys they have on property. Saw some turkeys as well. Very quiet, serene around morning/dusk. They offer other amenities such as dining tables, grills, microwave, extra utensils, etc. just around the corner of the bldg. The limited interaction we had w/ staff after booking online was primarily informative. We called in on our way there to inquire renting their bear spray and the young gal we spoke to was very courteous and made sure the item was in our room before arrival. Essentially we didn’t really see or interact w/ any other personnel after self-checking in. If you’re looking for something practical for your visit to Glacier NP - this is a good location to stay at.

We stayed at the bunkhouse for 1 night. Really comfortable beds, first night coffee was free, and they had all the basic necessities for a camping stay. We did have some trouble finding it, make sure you use the directions that get texted to you. We called the listed number and were quickly and easily put back on the right path to get there. Was sad to only stay one night!

Stayed in the 3-bed hostel room with shared bathrooms. Everything was immaculate. Hostels are split into multiple buildings. Each building has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom was scarily clean - looked almost unused each time we used it. The staff does a great job keeping them clean. Beautiful location, and convenient too. 15-min away from the park entrance. You can rent bear sprays at the hostel for $25 (for the entire stay). Only con - I wish they had body wash in the bathrooms (they only had shampoo and conditioner). Highly recommended!

We recently stayed in the Trapper’s Cabin at Glacier Homestead. We were a group of 6 adults and the cabin was perfect for us. The cabin was perfectly decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. And, the setting was gorgeous. Conveniently located to Glacier’s west gate as well as being close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The owners and staff were available and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and I will recommend to anyone planning a visit to Glacier NP.

Great location! Very close to the west glacier entrance! We got a shared bathroom room. The bathroom was good and always has a lot of hot water. Nice BBQ facilities outside! A very valuable choice!

I am surprised to see it is not even on yelp. The place is adorable. It is cheaper during off season. Spectacularly clean. Has shared bathroom, can fit 3 people in a room, there is bbq grill and kitchen to use. Pets are allowed. The best thing is only 7 miles away from west entrance to NP. You can see their horses too. 100% recommended
