Glam Habitat Hotel Kamala Beach (SHA Extra+)

Our stay at Glam Habitat in Kamala was truly exceptional. The hotel has a perfect location – just a short walk from the beach, in a peaceful area but still close to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, modern, and very well equipped, and the private pool was a huge bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The staff deserve special mention – always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Housekeeping was done regularly and very thoroughly, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. This place combines comfort, luxury, and a warm atmosphere. I would gladly come back and can highly recommend Glam Habitat to anyone looking for a special hotel in Kamala.

Frustrating Experience – Customer Service Needs Serious Improvement Our stay at this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. The location is inconvenient, right next to a busy expressway that you have to walk along to reach the beach. Upon arrival, our room had no hot water—a serious issue for a family with three children. We had to insist on changing rooms, which was already frustrating. We asked the staff to make a commercial gesture to compensate for the inconvenience, but they were completely inflexible. The only thing they offered was one extra hour for late check-out. When I asked if they genuinely believed that one hour was a fair compensation for a family without hot water on the first day, they said yes. That response alone speaks volumes. The rooms are extremely dark, with windows facing a wall. If you’re on the ground floor, it’s even worse—there are no windows at all, making the space feel like a cave. It’s clear that the hotel is more focused on making money than on providing a decent experience for its guests. There’s no concern for comfort, flexibility, or basic hospitality. Would not recommend.

Great location, great service, delicious food, loved the personal plunge pool, beds comfy. Easy walk the beach, shops and night markets. Green hotel - recycling bottles, choice if you want new towels & sheets each day. Laundry service on site ($$$ but they take it and return it - no fuss for you)

Very nice aparthotel. Our 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious, located on 2nd floor with a sea view. Comfortable beds. Clean. Hotel pool not very crowded. Free ice-cream and fruits everyday from 2pm to 4pm. 5min walk to the beach. 7min walk to night market. Very kind and friendly staff. The queen of the hotel is a very friendly cat.

I had a fantastic stay at Glam Habitat in Phuket!. I especially appreciated the private pool. The location is good especially for families, just a short walk from Kamala Beach and close to shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and great local recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was stylish yet laid-back.

This boutique hotel is the best!! Location is ideal just across from Kamala Beach and in the other direction is a daily street market. Everything you could want is nearby: Massages, souvenir stores, pharmacy, restaurants, beaches, laundry..etc..Our room was a large One Bedroom Apartment with our own swim out pool on the 3rd floor. Very clean, nice, modern rooms! Quiet location. We stayed in room 2304. This place made our stay in Phuket very memorable. The staff was awesome, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large selection of cuisine. We would give this place 10 stars if we could! We stayed early May 2025.

From when you walk in, it’s awesome. |The staff are friendly and accommodating, the location is great - easy access to the beach, cafes and night markets, the food on site is delicious (if a bit expensive for Thai), the room large and accommodating, the pool & plunge pool, and don’t forget happy hour - free icecream cones and fruit!!. I was disappointed with my stay. The toilet had a persistent unpleasant smell that affected the comfort of the room and became very hot if door close. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged for the laundry bag, which is usually complimentary in most hotels. These small details made the experience less enjoyable than expected.
