This hotel charges over $300 per night, and unfortunately it did not represent good value for money. While there were some positives, the overall experience felt significantly overpriced for what was offered.||Pros:|The apartment-style suite was large and spacious, which was appreciated. Room service did an excellent job keeping the room very clean throughout the stay. The hotel is also very close to the beach, which is convenient, and the staff were consistently friendly and polite.||Cons:|The hotel is located on a very busy main road, and a significant amount of road noise could be heard inside the hotel. When leaving the property, you are forced to walk along the edge of the road as there are no footpaths, which feels unsafe.|Although the rooms are filled with modern, high-tech equipment, much of it did not work properly. Some issues were resolved by staff, but others could not be fixed during our stay, which was disappointing given the price point.|We were on a room-only basis but tried breakfast one morning. It was mediocre at best — bland, lukewarm, and poor value for money, especially when far better and cheaper breakfast options are available nearby.|At check-in, a 3,000 THB deposit was required in cash only. This was inconvenient and unnecessary, especially as most hotels accept card deposits without issue.|Finally, the corridors and hallways are extremely dark. There are curtains covering emergency exit stairwells, which are unclear and cluttered with obstructions. This raised some safety concerns.|Summary:|Overall, this is a reasonable hotel, but it is approximately 30% overpriced for what it offers. At the current price point, I would not consider staying here again.
