I’ve been a client here for several years and their lash extension skills are amazing. Ever since I started coming here, I’ve never gone anywhere else for my lashes. The results are always beautiful and long-lasting. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great lash extensions!

They are rude. my eyes twitch unknowingly and the lady kept sighing the entire time and rudely saying to stop, as if I can control it. Guess what her behavior made me tense up and made it worse. I lay there tense the entire time. Anyways when it was time to pay she had an attitude again about the tip. I said “thank you!” when leaving and no response. They didn’t have any other customers come the entire time I was there maybe this is the reason. The outer lashes are already looking like they’re about to fall and it’s been less than a day.

I’ve been a loyal client here for years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the lash quality is top-notch. They take their time to ensure every set is perfect — never rushed, never uneven. My lashes always look beautiful and natural, and I get compliments constantly. If you’re looking for a lash place you can truly rely on, this is it!

Love how accommodating they are every single time. I do the mink lashes, they are soft and the price is amazing compared to the nearby lash places. The place itself is very clean and the lash tech is very gentle and always gives me the more natural results I am looking for.

I came across this establishment through Groupon. I bought their Mink eyelash extension (90 pcs per eye) deal but I decided to pay an extra $20 for their soft texture lashes once I was there. The lashes covered by the Groupon were hard for my preference. The service and experience overall was okay. The place is indeed clean and has available free parking. However as my first time getting eyelash extensions ( I did mention this to the staff before the " lash consultation ") I wish the staff would have explained the process and actually consult with the client what type of lash look/ style the client as in mind. I felt rushed during their consultation with minimal answers to my questions. So if it's your first time and you want to come here. First do a thorough research on your own before coming. The process was painless, the lady that took care of me was gental. Another thing I wish I would have been adviced during the consultation phase about getting long lashes is if you wear glasses; the lashes might get in the way, as they are in my case. Little things like this makes a difference in the type of service and experience a business provides.

I absolutely love this spot!! I got it done around mid May right before vacation, and they’re still attached!! Of course lots of them have fallen out but it’s been 1.5 months and they still look pretty presentable in person. I don’t need to wear falsies to cover up any wonky/patchy parts after brushing through it. I originally went with the Groupon deal for ~90 pieces and upgraded for $20 for the softer lashes. I already booked an appt for the 3D lash set and I’m so excited for it. I forgot the technicians name but she was so so gentle I barely felt anything, and my eyes are pretty sensitive/watery too. Only thing was it was hard to open my eyes after (bc of my sensitivity). The place is also spacious and extremely clean as well. My orig lash tech was an at home tech and she was amazing but her prices are getting a bit much. Ill update my review with the 3D set after my appt, but this may be my go to spot from now on!

First off let me say the facility was extremely clean and beautiful. The service was top notch! The young lady that did my lashes was so sweet, kind and gentle. I came in with some awful and itchy lashes. The young lady took her time to remove them as gently as possible. She took her time to help me pick out a new set that was not too over the top. She took her time and replaced them with these super super soft and light lashes. I don't even feel like nothing is on my eyes at all. As I was leaving she was sure to give me a brush for my lashes along with a small care package and some easy to follow instructions on how to care for the lashes. I am super impressed by the service I received. I will be a forever customer!

I purchased the Groupon deal for 90 piece mink lashes because I wanted them done for my wedding anniversary; nothing long term or beyond 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the outcome. I didn’t inspect my lashes in the salon because I trusted the technician to perform the service correctly. However, when I got home, I noticed that one of my eyes is much fuller than the other. I’ve also had a decent amount of fall out although I’ve completely avoided applying water to my lashes and gently cleanse at night. I did not want to go back to have them fixed, as I felt like it’s not worth my time. Additionally, during the service, the technician paused to attend to a customer beside me and left me unattended for several minutes. This was frustrating, as leaving in the middle of a service can cause the technician to lose track of how many lashes were applied, and it was also an inconvenience to my time. Anyways, I tipped what I deemed was appropriate for the service I received, but it didn’t seem to impress the technician when she snatched the money. Also beware that they don’t use the mink lashes shown on their lash chart, the ones I received are super thin probably .10mm thickness as opposed to the .15mm they have displayed. Not sure why they would change the thickness from what’s advertised without asking.

I absolutely love this lash studio! The environment is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The lash artist is incredibly skilled, gentle, and pays close attention to detail. My lashes come out looking full, natural, and perfectly shaped. I've received so many compliments! The retention is also amazing my extensions last 3 weeks without needing a touch-up. Highly recommend this place.

This is my preferred location for lashes . I usually do lashes before any vacation and I always get the exact look I want. You choose the number, shape and length of lashes. They are quick and the place is always clean and never crowded. Take cash and save $$ or you will have to pay the taxes if you use a card .

Def highly recommend! I have very sensitive skin and have went to many places to get my eyelash done and by far this was the best place! The service was the best they really did an outstanding job as well as they were patient. I literally fell asleep on the bed and didn't feel no burning sensation. I got complimented by all my coworkers which was nice. Overall, the team was great. They gave me exactly what I choose and even gave me advice which would look better because of my eye shape. The lashes lasted for more than 2.5 weeks and again my coworkers were shocked. I definitely recommend to everyone at my job to come by. We work nearby so it's convenient for us. Thank you ladies for your service! I highly recommend this place!

My 3rd visit was a disaster.I was given another technician which they didn't notify me about. Second another girl was getting her lashes done but was yapping constantly on the phone, this is also supposed to be relaxing right? And lastly it's only 2wks in and my lashes look horrible!

I'm writing this review as I sit in the car after my appointment. I think this is the most disappointed I have ever felt after a lash extension. I purchased the 90 piece mink set via Groupon and paid for the silk upgrade (C curl, Glamorous, Size 12). I've always stuck to 80-90 pieces per eye and my lashes have NEVER looked like this. It looks so dysfunctional and sparse (This is how I usually look 2-3 weeks in). I was tearing throughout the session and my technician was struggling to wipe my tears the whole time (not her fault but I have never teared doing my lashes before). Also, other things I did not appreciate - the two technicians were whispering/conversing with each other throughout the session and it was a bit loud with her working right besides my ears. And I'm pretty sure they spoke freely knowing their customers didn't speak their language, but I understand very minimal amounts, enough to know I was a subject to their conversation a few times. After my extensions were done, I woke up to a different technician so I'm not even sure who did majority of my lashes. She asked me if it's ok and honestly it wasn't but I just said it's ok and tipped and left because I was thankful she squeezed me in for a 6pm appointment when they close at 7pm. They give you a 10% coupon for refills but I don't see myself ever going back. It's unfortunate because the place is really clean, the ladies are nice, and I live right around the block. I'll continue to make the trip to Flushing for my lashes. First time I wasn't feeling myself after an appointment and I can't even get it fixed because I have a flight in the morning. Sad!!

Jenny is great, Love my lashes she takes her time very gentle. Before your get your lashes you sit for a consultation. The facility is very nice and clean. They social distance between each customer.

I got a Groupon to try out their lash extensions when I needed something fresh for my honeymoon portraits in Turks & Caicos. I got them done on October 15, went on vacation October 22-29, and I've got to say- my lashes are still doing very well. I have a wedding to attend November 5th, so I will be returning for a lash fill in. I upgraded the mink lashes to silk as I wanted a softer and more natural feel to them. I was seated quite quickly as I was half an hour early for my appointment. I went with the "Glamorous" look in a 'C' curl, 11mm. I wanted my lashes to pop for my honeymoon portraits. The technician was quite fast as I only laid down on the table for about an hour. The only issue I felt was that the glue burned in my eye, and my biological functions made problems worse as my eye was tearing. Therefore, the glue was most likely adhering itself to the moisture! The technician though was most patient in helping me clean the glue off and making sure I was able to open my eye properly. The salon was clean and service was quick and gentle. Make an appointment to come in and park in the shopping area parking lot.

This salon is super clean and offers quality extensions at reasonable pricing I've been going for over a year and I love Jenny and Staff. They are very professional.

I was referred here by my co-worker & happily surprised by the Groupon offer. It was worth the drive from Brooklyn! Jenny greeted me, walked me through a consultation & ultimately helped me decide on the natural 90 piece silk set. She was super gentle and considerate of me being in my 2nd trimester; offered me a pillow for my side and let me reposition myself throughout the install. I will definitely be back! P.S Cash is preferred. I wish they included this in the confirmation text so that I would have been better prepared but otherwise excellent service.

Tried out glam lash after deciding to get eye lash extensions again. They were very quick to seat me down. The lady who did my lashes was very gentle and informative when helping me decide what was best for a natural look. I usually go for C curl but decided to try B curl upon her recommendation and I think it looks even better on my eyes. After the lash appointment felt no discomfort so far. Will see how long they last. Prices are reasonable I think it was around 50-60 for my 70 pieces natural look. Appointments are made by calling or texting their business number. The area was clean and there is a lot of street parking nearby.

I bought a Groupon for 70 pcs natural lashes per eye. I asked for the natural look in 13C and wow am I amazed. I love how natural and soft my lashes are. I didn't feel the need to upgrade to the silk lashes so I just went with the mink lashes included in the groupon deal. Hopefully these lashes will last a while.

I purchased a Groupon for natural 70 pcs mink lash extensions. When I got there, the lady at the front desk told me to have a seat because I got there early. I first went to use the restroom to prevent any discomfort later on and then I went to look at the lash descriptions, services and price list (photos attached). I showed the lady a photo of how I wanted my lashes to look and she suggested I get 10 mm and C curl for a classic natural look. I also wanted softer lashes so I upgraded to silk instead of mink with an additional $20. Before I laid down, I told the lash artist that I have really sensitive eyes and that she would need to use sensitive lash glue. She responded saying that she uses sensitive lash glue with everyone. I listened to a podcast while she worked on my lashes. The lash artist was very gentle and it did not hurt at all, which I was very relieved about because is was not the case for me during my last experience elsewhere. After she finished, the lash glue burned a little bit in one eye so she took a small electric fan and blew at the glue to dry it and she also took a q-tip to soak up my tears. My eye did not hurt anymore afterwards. I am so glad that this was a good experience! After I paid for the service, the lady at the front desk gave me a card with aftercare instructions and an eyelash spoolie. I would recommend others who are interested in lash extensions to come here.

Absolutely love this place. Their customer service is great. I can tell they really cater and care about their customers. I've been getting my lashes done here and I love that they have a parking lot and their location is big and very cute in there. My first time they took their time in showing me the styles of lashes they offer and made sure to ask questions on my preference. I'm constantly getting compliments on my lashes and I always recommend this place to everyone!

I've been coming to Jenny and her staff for about 6 months now after finding them on Groupon and i recommend this salon to everyone who compliments me on my lashes! Lol I get a ton of compliments and i love getting my lashes here. The salon is nice and spotless and which is important. Jenny and the other lash techs are super nice, helpful and talented. I don't have any complaints about this place and highly recommend you give them a shot.

Extremely love how my eyelash extensions come out, the technician did a phenomenal job, the environment is very clean, I feel very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back for my eyelash extensions.

I purchased the Groupon for a 70 pieces on each eye mink set. The salon is nice and clean and the people who work there are very friendly. However, this was the worst lash experience that i've ever had. The technician laid the paper IN my eyes which was very uncomfortable and I let her know and she took them out and laid them down again, slightly in my eyes again. At this point I just accepted my fate and decided to suck it up and deal with it. About an hour into the session the pain became unbearable and I let her know that my eyes were hurting and burning a lot and she fanned them for about 30 seconds, not asking me if that helped, which it didn't, then carried on. She then took another 30 minutes to finish up, totaling the appointment time to 1.5 hours that usually takes 45 minutes at other places i've been to. Throughout the session she also pulled out about 4 of my real lashes which was obviously extremely painful. The actual job ended up being okay but a lot of lashes were glued higher than others and it looked a bit messy. In addition, a lot of the lashes are glued onto my real lashes and not onto my eyelid so they are just hanging on. My eyes were in pain and swollen for hours after my appointment. In addition, lashes started falling out that same day and I had to come home and remove some lashes that were way out of place like on the inside of my eyelid for example. Overall, I think other techs at the salon may do a great job and this one might have been new but I would not go back here.
