GLAMP Smoky Mountains

Absolutely perfect!! The dome and location itself was perfect, but the service from the team exceeded 5 star luxury hotels!! They made sure we had everything we needed, and truly cared!! We loved our secluded private outdoor area with great view and sound of the creek, while enjoying the fire pit area, and the grill exceeded expectations!! The dome was beautiful and amazingly clean, And they thought of every amenity needed! Thank you!!! 😊

Since I had just finished chemotherapy infusions, my husband and I really needed a good getaway, but something different. I found this after some research And took a chance on a Glamping experience. Upon arrival we found that we had some issues with the front door. I contacted the person I had been in contact with since I booked the stay she was amazing. Cha Text me from the time that I registered to after I checked out. You never ever hear about a company that takes care of you from the time you book it to the time you leave it she did. She had somebody out there the next day Andy he was a local carpenter, amazingly fix the door while we were there had no problems after that. It is in the middle of nowhere. It is so peaceful. I believe there might be eight domes out there, but we didn’t know it. Take a chance on them and book you a stay you’ll be more than happy 30 minutes to Gatlinburg 15 minutes to a supermarket. There’s also a little market right down the road but everybody is great. The Dome was amazing. We loved it and we want to stay there again. We stayed in Lucy in the sky. They had a king size bed, where they huge clear window in front of the king size bed a big skylight up at the top. Really cool, hippie designs hanging from the ceiling. It was just a getaway that we needed. as I said, please give them a try stay with them check them out you won’t regret it. What you will regret is staying in Gatlinburg or pigeon Forge, where there is 1 million people stepping on top of you and being on top of you next-door in a room, yelling and shouting, and you can’t find a seat and you can’t get any sleep. They had a projector screen, and you could get Netflix and if you had any other streaming service, you could certainly login and get it. Wi-Fi is a lot more decent than they told me it was going to be. Check them out and let us know💕 we did stay and I think the smallest one that they have it sleeps three there’s a trundle bed under the king-size bed that you just pull out and you can move into the dining room area and fix all the mattresses were amazingly comfortable, which is very weird to encounter while you’re On vacation, full-size refrigerator, full size kitchen full size bathroom a very nice outside deck and the most relaxing fire pit. You will ever sit around and enjoy in the evening and the Smoky Mountains. We took along the colorful little blocks that you throw in the fire that makes all the fire colorful… I’m sorry this was so long, but I am just so excited to go back.

If you are like me, that me and critters are never in good terms! But want to experience the whole camping thing! This is your place to be! It has all the “In home” accommodations. Fridge, full bathroom, kitchen, heat, the most comfortable memory foam mattress! Perfect to rest comfortably after your all day activities. The hot tub, is right outside the dome, giving you enough privacy, to enjoy and relax while enjoying the amazing view and stars! The staff working there do an AMAZING JOB! Keeping the domes and property clean and safe. Our host was checking in, making sure everything was good and we didn’t need anything. We stayed in STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN from 10/30 - 11/2. I seen many people complaining about the cellphone signal. For us, without the WiFi we got pretty decent reception and once we connected to the WiFi it was at 100 percent. The temperature was amazing, at night it does get a bit cold, but they provide electric blankets making it all warm and cozy! This was our first time doing something like this and it WAS AMAZING!! We will most definitely return! Definitely recommend! Don’t think about it no more, go ahead and book your stay, you won’t regret it!

We love domes and have stayed in a few around the country but I will say that these were a large disappointment. We stayed in Night Fever and it just felt overall in a bit of rough condition, but the thing that seemed unacceptable to me is that it wasn’t properly sealed for rain and when it rained one night, it got through the escape window in the top of the dome that wasn’t sealed and dripped down to the main bedroom, soaking both the end of bed in the loft and ALL of our clothes and bags underneath. When we reached out to report the issue, they didn’t seem surprised which is insane to me that they are aware the inside of their domes leak significantly in the rain and gave no notice to put our bags elsewhere despite having texted to check in on us earlier that day. They offered rain rugs, which were towels AFTER I reported that our stuff was soaked… but our whole dome was damp during our stay. We also bought the s’mores package for $75 which wouldn’t recommend - it is literally just a bag of marshmallows, some Chocolate bars, and a few packs of marshmallows with 2 small logs of firewood. I would definitely recommend just bringing your own. On top of that, we were given 2 faulty lighters during our stay making both the nights we wanted to make a fire difficult. They did provide heated blankets but one of the heaters in our unit was broken in the main area and smelled like smoke and made loud noise when we turned it on. The globes are also extremely close together so it didn’t feel as excluded as I typically would expect from an experience like this and the pictures on the website. The WiFi also only worked about half the time, which isn’t wildly surprising but just added to the frustrating experience and made it difficult to communicate with the Glamp Minty team. Overall, while our family loves a glamping experience, we were very disappointed by our stay here and didn’t feel that the solution offered to the rain issue was sufficient given the amount of water that entered the dome (forming puddles on the floor under our bags and clothes).

It was a lovely property and it had more amenities than I expected. Everything was as described. It was easy check in and easy check out. I will and have recommended to my friends. My children want to make this a yearly tradition.

Beautiful location, close to lots of hiking. Dome was everything we expected from the photos and as this was our first experience, we are looking forward to doing it again. If you need anything, there’s a very attentive staff to help. Amnesties of the kitchen, bathroom and shower as well as AC and heat make it “glamping” for sure and at my age, it’s nice!

This trip was absolutely wonderful! The staff was extremely nice, They were running a little behind for our regular 4 PM check-in, but they definitely made up for it with a few accommodations! They checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was good. Hands-down, one of the most peaceful weekends

Everything about my Glamp stay was absolutely wonderful—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was beautiful, everything was so clean and well prepared, and it truly felt like the perfect getaway. I especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and waking up to the peaceful views! Overall, I had such a great time and will definitely be recommending Stay Minty!
