Great location 10 mins walk from Piazza del Duomo. Clean. Nice room. Calm atmosphere. Excellent reception staff. Breakfast was a good range of items and fresh coffee. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. The major downside was the piped music in the corridor that went on quite late at night and which we could hear from our beds...

We had such a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet at Glance Hotel Florence, thanks to the amazing service from Salvatore and the lovely lady working alongside him (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name!). Both of them were incredibly cheerful, attentive, and genuinely helpful every single morning. I noticed how they greeted every guest with a big smile and made the effort to chat with everyone, creating such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. They really made us feel at home. What touched me the most was when they asked if we wanted a family photo, a small gesture but something I truly appreciated, especially since we came to Florence to make beautiful memories. Their kindness and positive energy made our mornings extra special. Glance Hotel is very lucky to have them. Highly recommended!

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars! I rarely write reviews, but I am writing one for Glance Hotel because they were absolutely FANTASTIC! If you are unsure if you should book this hotel, read this review. My husband and I were originally staying at a different hotel in Florence but when the original hotel didn’t work out, we ended up getting a last-minute room at Glance Hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Flavio who made sure we had a fantastic stay the entire trip, he literally saved our trip with his knowledge and help - thank you! Flavio showed us the room we were going to stay in and made sure our stay was comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The hotel was very modern, clean and well maintained! We stayed in the Comfort Room which included breakfast. The room was very quiet which was nice to have, especially for a hotel located in the city center of Florence! The hotel is walking distance to most sites in Florence since the city is very walkable. We stayed in the Comfort Room, which is one of the smaller rooms, but it has plenty of room for two adults and luggage - honestly, good sized for a city in Europe! We typically are indifferent about breakfast at hotels, but Glance Hotel had the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. The morning breakfast staff were friendly with an excellent assortment of fresh pastries, eggs, breakfast meats, fruit, etc. Salvatore was helpful in making sure our espresso and breakfast were perfect every morning. Great service! The rooftop bar was absolutely beautiful; we were lucky enough to have a few great days to lay by the pool on the rooftop deck. A glass of wine with a gorgeous rooftop sunset over Tuscany is a lifetime memory! We will definitely recommend Glance Hotel to our friends and family and we’re looking forward to future visits!

Location is absolutely perfect , right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo, the train station, and all major attractions. You couldn’t ask for a better base to explore the city. Warm, elegant, and contemporary with a true Florentine charm. The lobby and common areas have such a relaxing vibe that you immediately feel at ease. Rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds are excellent, the design is stylish, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. Outstanding quality of the service, comfort, and amenities far exceeds expectations for the price. You truly get five-star treatment at great value. Impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the rooms to the rooftop terrace, is spotless and well maintained. Surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep right in the city center. Exceptional staff , kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They make you feel at home from the first moment and are always ready to help with a smile. The rooftop pool and bar are a highlight, offering breathtaking views of Florence. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and all facilities are modern and well equipped. Glance Hotel Florence captures the best of hospitality I felt more welcomed here in my hometown than in my own home. A truly unforgettable stay!

We stayed at the Glance Hotel for two weeks in November 2025 during my first trip to Florence. The hotel is very well located: close to museums, the Duomo, train station and airport tram, neighborhood restaurants, and the central market (which offers delicious quick snacks day and night, and dinner at 3pm for a jet-lagged American in a “food court” atmosphere). Hotel staff was lovely and efficient. Rooms clean and dust-free — I have asthma. The breakfast is, beyond a doubt, the best ever. Do not miss the 6th floor deck at sunset.

Close to the train station but not too close where you hear the trains. Centrally located to many restaurants, shops, churches. Has a rooftop pool and bar with a stellar view. Rooms were fantastic. Air conditioning year round for us spoiled and non-acclimated foreigners. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll be coming back here when I return to Firenze. Grazi a tutti allo staff. Friends who read this review, please do not stay at this hotel. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in terms of service and facilities. We booked a standard room at this hotel for €300 per night. However, the housekeeping staff only cleaned our room on the first day. The second and third days were completely unattended. It's unbelievable that even a one-star hotel would at least clean the rooms every day.

Stayed here for 2 nights when visiting my student attending LDM for a semester, 3 of us in a room. Walkable to the sights and close to my student's apartment. Easy access from the airport via tram and short walk. Very kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist with an early morning departure for a flight. Clean, updated and modern hotel.
