Glance Hotel In Florence

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop pool is so relaxing with great views, it provides the perfect break from the busy tourist streets downstairs. The breakfast highlight was the pistachio croissant. The location is perfect, close to the station, the food market and the Cathedral. We were very happy with our stay here.

This hotel was such a great experience. The location of the hotel is a short walk from shopping, restaurants, markets, and tourist sights. The hotel itself is very elegant and modern, the rooms were very clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Sheets, towels, waters, etc were tended to daily. The breakfast and cafe were both very impressive. The rooftop pool is very relaxing with great drinks from the bar and incredible views of the city. Above all was the staff. They were all exceptional and truly made our visit above and beyond. Before our arrival they were extremely helpful with any questions we had and always responded promptly. Upon arrival and during our stay they were all so friendly and accommodating to anything we could need. Ricky the bartender upstairs was a highlight of our trip as well. We are so grateful for the staff and this hotel for such a memorable experience.

Rooms were quiet, comfortable and modern. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts. The real gem is the rooftop pool and bar with wonderful views. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The air con was particularly useful due to the high temperatures when visiting. Will stay again on my return to Florence next year.

Here’s the deal friends, this is the hotel to stay at in Florence. You are a 7 min walk from the train station so extremely convenient. The rooftop pool is so much better than the pictures look and maybe the best place to catch sunset in town. Amazing complimentary breakfast with meats cheeses cappuccino and other stuff (not your holiday inn). Clean rooms, nice showers. You need a pool here when it’s hot. You won’t do better for your money. If I had to pick nits the beds aren’t the most comfortable but pool scene trumps all. I promise you.

We chose The Glance with the hope of having a comfortable place to relax during the hot afternoons—and it absolutely delivered. After walking 4–5 miles each morning exploring Florence, we spent every afternoon unwinding by the rooftop pool, where ample shaded areas provided a perfect escape from the sun.||||The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and one block from a lively market and expansive food court featuring around 25 food stalls with a wide variety of options, open late every night.||||The front desk staff were incredibly helpful in arranging taxis and securing dinner reservations. They even managed to get us into fully booked restaurants—and in some cases, seated in cooler, quieter areas reserved for those with reservations rather than walk-ins.||||Highly recommend for both convenience and comfort during your stay in Florence.

We were very happy with our choice. Clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast and outdoor seating areas were special — including the rooftop pool and bar area. And we could walk from the train station, which we used multiple times during our stay.

Four day stay at this great boutique hotel with central location, amazing breakfast and great service. Rooms are very modern, bath products are very nice, TV cable package has great selection of international and local channels. A/C is very powerful and overall a superb experience at a good price. Will go back any time!!!

I can’t say enough good things about glance. The location was perfect, the rooms were modern and clean. Beyond that the staff were so helpful. We mostly dealt with Flavio and he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Great hotel and service was even better.
