Incredible experience. Worth every euro spent. To be in the hot tube in the morning or at night. To admire the view around. To be in the beautifully designed tiny house. More than recommended!

Great place – clean and beautifully designed. Everything in the house is thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended! The location is a bit remote, which makes it a perfect spot if you’re looking for privacy. There was another cabin nearby, but the layout was well thought out, and we couldn’t see our neighbors at all. The hot tub was warm and a great bonus to the stay. The host was polite, responsive, and provided excellent instructions and local recommendations.

Staying at the Glass Cottages was pure magic. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a fairytale. The setting is breathtaking—wide open Icelandic landscapes, total serenity, and a front-row seat to the sky that literally never goes to sleep. (We were brushing our teeth at 2 AM and it looked like noon. Time? Irrelevant. Sleep? Optional.) What made it even more special was the handwritten note waiting for us, congratulating us on our recent marriage. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made us feel celebrated and welcomed in the sweetest way. The cottage itself is beautifully designed—sleek, cozy, and perfectly minimalist, with everything you need and nothing you don’t. But the real showstopper? That private hot tub. We spent hours soaking, sipping wine, and watching the never-ending golden hour stretch across the sky. Romantic doesn’t even begin to cover it. We made coffee in the morning, listened to the birds, sat in silence, laughed a lot, and felt like we were the only people in the world. It was peaceful, surreal, and completely unforgettable. If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime kind of stay in Iceland—this is it. We’ll never forget our time here, and we’re already planning a return trip… maybe in winter, just to see if the stars do come out eventually.

This is a spectacular place to stay. All around us was endless snow. Our cottage had huge glass panels with a great view of sunset and a river. The decor is really cool and it is a beautiful place to hang out. Hot tub was amazing too. Can't recommend it highly enough. There is a great restaurant to eat in 10 mins drive away but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere.

We stayed for 1 night during our time in iceland and were very happy with the cabin. Check in was easy, the location was not hard to get to, the hot tub was lovely, and we saw a beautiful rainbow and got a glimpse of the northern lights. This is a great relaxing stop during your trip!

We loved our stay at the glass cottages! Cottage was clean with everything you could need. The details were adorable (branded chocolate, mini sweater keychain, aurora themed wool blankets). Our evening stay coincided with a very violent wind/snow storm. The cabin was extremely safe and we had amazing views (couldn’t use the hot tub due to the high winds)

We had an amazing stay over Christmas & NY. The cottage has been beautifully designed to a very high standard and has been fitted with everything you'd need. It's situated in a very private location and is very clean. Ari the owner helped us (when we had a slight issue that was my fault). He was very easy to communicate with and provided a great service.
