Consistently the best schnitties/parmies I ever have anywhere. Seriously, there’s something going on here. Have heard the technique has remained unchanged for decades.
Also, someone in the kitchen really knows what they’re doing. Crocodile tail tacos with lime aioli on Australia Day were next level.
Aneisha is awesome, she did really great service tonight. Shout outs to Sharn, Pia, Sarah, Will, Andrew, Max, Mel and Ethan who all do fantastic hospitality.
Don’t think the owners appreciate these guys enough, if at all. Staff probably won’t even see this review. But that’s hospo, we just do what we do regardless.
