"Glen Edith Coffee Roasters, Nota by Truth Collective. Need a quiet, caffeinated destination to recharge in peace or have room to spread out your books and laptop to plow through studying or work? Look no further than Glen Edith Coffee Roasters. The well-appointed Elton Street location is bathed in natural light and seemingly always offers a mellow vibe for the patrons there to connect or meet a deadline. The baristas produce well-balanced espresso drinks from their exquisite Slayer. Lately we’ve been enjoying the Mocha Kick! — a chile-infused mocha latte. Not your thang? No worries… Glen Edith roasts all their coffee to exacting standards to promote socially responsible, flavor-full cups of coffee."

Google
Top notch coffee. The Cortado was perfectly made. A decent variety of pastries (croissants, cronuts, muffins, savory options). I tried the chocolate croissant and Parmesan leak.. they were good but not as flavorful and crispy. Although I read waffles online, there were none at this location. Still this space is beautiful and gives good vibes. Clean and tastefully decorated. Friendly and calm service. Parking was a bit limited on a Saturday morning. Clutch cafe.

Google
Looks like a really solid cafe. Seemed like the obvious choice for Roc. Really appealing aesthetic. Cortado had a bit of a roasted flavor to it but not bitter at all. The little churro bite was a nice addition! Three star mainly for slightly over priced drinks as well as a much longer than necessary wait. But not a bad place to work on the Mac for a while.

Google
One of my favorite coffee places. They do expertly crafted pour-over coffees, as well as espresso drinks. Their food is also really spectacular, though the vegan options are limited (but they do exist!). Pictured is A Toast of Green Envy (their avocado toast, vegan). This was taken on their outdoor seating area, which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, for being right off busy Park Ave.

One of the best coffee shops in Rochester! A great little spot to either get coffee solo and work, or meet up with a friend. You can get your drinks to go or for dining in, which is great and more rare these days. I love the lavender-cardamom as well as the rosebud lattes. Wish they came in bigger sizes! Great addition to The Roc.

Visited here Saturday Mar 14th. There is a very small parking lot and another parking lot for a plaza across the coffeehouse. I parked in that plaza parking lot even though technically we were allowed! From their instagram I believe this business is still open for takeout! Their instagram is @glenedithcoffee!! Anyways, I’ve always heard of great things about Glen Edith and Glen Edith’s name is a staple rochester local business. I had the mocha kick latte and the lumber long john sandwich. The mocha definitely had a kick to it, I found that most of the spiciness was at the top of the drink but honestly gave me more time to recover with the rest of the drink. I don’t usually prefer spicy drinks but I wanted something with capsaicin to honestly kill any bad things in my body just in case with this whole pandemic 😅 As for the sandwich it was very tasty and I tell my friends this all the that pesto is the besto! Highly Recommend! At the time when they had dine in options still allowed in NYS, Glen Edith was taking extra precautions and using all disposable cups and plates which was a great precaution that they were taking at the time. I hope the dine in options will get better in NYS soon because this is an excellent place to chill and do work at!

Google
Always enjoy their delicious coffee and food. I like the ambiance of this cafe as it is bright and open. Everyone here is friendly and knows well about the coffee they serve. If you can't choose what to order, ask for a recommendation and go with it!

Google
While visiting town, I decided to try out this coffee spot. I ordered an americano and a cortado - really great blend of beans and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I will def go back there next time I am in town.

Google
Loved it. My espresso was great. The staff was personable and quick. The feel of the place is incredibly chill. Set here with friends for a couple hours and could of stayed longer if it wasn't closing. I will be coming back! Edit: Just wanted to say I've been back here many many times since this review. My drink is perfect EVERY SINGLE TIME! I will keep coming back!

Yelp
*Update: Glen Edith Coffee Roasters has been sold as will be operating as Pearson's. Will still be serving Glen Edith coffee, but will now have an expanded menu and additional seating available upstairs as well. I've been coming back here every few days to sit and study as I sip on delicious coffee. They have free WiFi and plenty of seating, with windows that allow for natural light flowing into the space. There's always a good playlist playing music, which makes it a great place to study, read a book, or catch up with a friend. The baristas are always friendly and fast with their service. Come and grab a cup of coffee and a pastry and you won't regret it!

Carrie P.

Yelp
Probably the best expresso I've ever had and the most delicious cranberry muffin. So flavorful. Service was okay, but not fast. I asked for my order to go, and then waited 15 min for the muffin to be warmed while others who ordered to stay had their food warmed first. No biggie, worth the stop!

David S.

Yelp
I have been all over the world from 'Merica to Aussie to China/Korea (中国/hanguk) to Mexico and the Caribbean and I gotta tell u this joint is phenomenal! They make an absolute killer Rosebud latte, I took one sip and I was like "damnnnnnnn this is bomb as hell!" Jajajjajjajaj if u are in the neighborhood u gotta stop by! Get urself a nice latte of some sort. It is quiet w light music, perfect for working! Really great vibe, great pastries, great coffee drinks/non coffee drinks like matcha baby! Git er done! Stop by and vive la vida loco baby! Best of luck to this awesome place:)))))))))))

Yelp
One of the best coffee spot I've found in Rochester. Loved the cozy atmosphere here. Great place for meeting someone for a coffee or just to sit down and relax or study. We ordered macchiato and lavender latte, both are deliciously made. Baristas are friendly and welcoming. Parking was difficult around the area, but was able to find a spot blocks away about a minute walk. I will go back there next time while I am in town.

Kelly S.

Yelp
Stylish, hip and very cool cafe scene. Really loved the atmosphere, lots of long tables and seats for everyone. Comfortable and roomy is always inviting. I ordered a iced coffee and one of their delicious cookies... took it to go but would definitely be back to sit and chill here in the future. Menu looked amazing with lots of food and drink options, great place in the Park ave area.

Lisa X.

Yelp
I love coming here in the mornings. Easy parking lot right in front of the cafe. Plenty of tables and seating. The interior is usually sun-drenched because of all the big windows. Usually, people are studying on their laptops or chatting with friends. Love the ambiance. Perfect place for a first date since its also walkable to nearby shops on park ave. Perfect place to study since they have wifi! Oh and the coffee is no-brainer delicious!

Sara Z.

Yelp
I love the coffee here. I used to frequent it all the time when I lived here. The coffee is excellent, and so is the food. The waffles are incredible, as are their pastries. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in Rochester.

Yelp
Fantastic coffee and pastries!! They heat up the croissants for you which is super nice - my favorite was the pistachio croissant - it wasn't overwhelming and just had the perfect amount of cream and sweetness. Interior was also really nice as a cafe to work in

Joanne R.

Yelp
Needed some caffeine on our recent visit to Rochester and this place was suggested. My husband and I both ordered a medium roast. The place has a cool vibe but we had to wait about 10 minutes for our coffee because they ran out of beans or had to make more coffee it wasn't clear. When my husband asked for creamer because it was empty it didn't lightened up the coffee which normally only happens with a dark roast? Anyway thankfully the coffee was not bitter. Although not the worst coffee that I've had it was not the best either.

Grace R.

Yelp
Coffee was good, though a bit on the expensive side (lattes $5-6). Plenty of seating and looks like a good place to do work, grab coffee with friends.

Adham H.

Yelp
Nice little local quiet coffee shop in the neighborhood. A bit pricey but it's a nice spot to have a conversation with a friend over a delicious cup of coffee. Or just to be alone to read a book or some newspaper.

Lea H.

Yelp
During the current pandemic, Glen Edith is still working with limited hours and you need a mask. I preordered a case of nitro coffee. And was able to pick it up a week later as they roast and can it fresh. I did have to reach out to get an estimated date that my order would be ready. But no big deal. An automated email stating this might be a good idea.

Melissa C.

Yelp
I was really interested in buying some coffee beans from a local roaster in Rochester, sadly they didn't have any of their beans in stock at the store, but the barista mentioned they had beans at the local wegmans. But she did mention if I comeback Friday they'll have more in stock, hopefully. I ordered a vanilla bean latte with oat milk! It was lovely not too sweet and just the right hint of vanilla bean. I wish I noticed the pumpkin spice latte but I'd try any of their lattes next time. Environment was a chill, cozy vibe. They have enough tables to work for the day or have a casual coffee date. I'll be back for another latte, and if I need to get out of the house I'd come here to work.

Jenna R.

Yelp
I thought the service was awful here, but then the coffee was a comforting hug. Was so lovely and smooth. It was not busy when I went in but can only imagine it gets busy. Will try again.

David C.

Yelp
The best matcha latte I have ever had. People who work here are super friendly, even let us stay a few minutes after they closed to wrap up a meeting. Ambience is great. Biggest problem is they haven't franchised yet and there isn't a location closer to home.

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
Update: it's there. 5 stars of delicious coffees now with delicious latte flavors, good wifi for working, and friendly staff. I used to feel like Glen Edith was a little stuffy and cold, but now I feel a sense of warmth and serenity. Absolutely love this place.

Ariana S.

Yelp
Vanilla Bean....yes please! Love this place they really do it right, from the aesthetic ambience to the satisfying flavors. This place definitely caught my eye just walking on Park Ave because of how unique it is. It would be the perfect place to study because it is super quiet and clean, there are no distractions. I am a huge fan of their espresso so all of the drinks on the menu taste good to me!

Megan C.

Yelp
Took some time to work at this location after being unable to find an outlet at Cafe Sasso. I always always opt for the Elton St location because I love it so much and always have a wonderful experience there. Every time I am at Somerton, something always seems to go awry - my most recent trip included! Some thoughts: 1) The outlets are pushed very far back from a number of the tables and I have to go on all fours (knocking my head into a fellow diners table) to get plugged in. I know how ridiculous I sound but I can't tell you how inconvenient this is. 2) Not a ton of menu/drink options that are in a reasonable price range. I don't feel I face this at the Elton location but I feel like there's less on the menu at a higher cost here. I went with a beet root latte that tasted like the ground (which was maybe the point) that set me back $7 with tip. To drink something that was pink and tasted like...again the ground. 3) The vibe here has been really, really stuffy in each of my last few visits. There's no lightness or humor and it is always scary quiet. I wouldn't recommend this spot if you like to work from coffee shops for the bustle. The Glen Edith brand of coffee will always be top notch and I know even the staff switches between both locations. This won't be a spot I frequent but I am glad to support GE in it's other location!

Brandon N.

Yelp
Popped over to Glen Edith Coffee Roasters on 23 Somerton St off of Park Ave. In a great area filled with the smell of fresh lilac blowing around in the light breeze is home to a locals favorite coffee shop. Rumor has it that it also has beer options as well. Went in for my first coffee at this location and I picked up a Cold Brew Nitro. Absolutely delicious and the employees were very friendly. Branding for this shop is cool it really makes you feel like this place was here since the beginning and has those perfect Park Ave vibes. Slightly pricy but for the fresh pour rich coffee you can't beat it. Will definitely be back!

Sab C.

Yelp
The cardamom latte is my favorite!!! I prefer the University Ave location over Park Ave one. University is easier to access with parking.

David D.

Yelp
I have been an infrequent traveler to Rochester and am only now becoming aware of the coffee scene here in town. Being a hot summer day, I couldn't see myself having a hot coffee beverage. I'm very impressed with their cold brew. Excellently brewed. Super smooth and a very nice round mouthfeel. One of the best cold brews I've had this year. I'm excited to try their Nicaraguan coffee later today, but I am super happy to see this open for my future travels.

Yelp
Cute coffee shop with a great vibe. This place is actually a bit tucked in from the main street so at first, it was easy to confuse this with the other coffee shop that's more visible. There are no menus on the walls or physical menus you can look at, so if it's the first time for you here, it can be a bit hectic! They have a menu taped on the counter of the cashier where the pastry cases are, and thankfully our line took a bit of time, so we got to look at it pretty closely. Make sure you checkin BEFORE you order so that you get your 10% off on a drink! We ordered a Mocha Kick Latte, Golden Latte with almond milk, and a chocolate chip muffin. The muffin was given to us immediately, but we had to wait for our drinks for about ten minutes. The Golden Latte doesn't have caffiene and was super rich. Loved it! The muffin wasn't too bad, but a bit on the dry side. The Mocha Kick isn't too sweet, but wasn't my cup of coffee. Overall a great place to work, spend time with friends, or just come for coffee. :)

Yelp
I love discovering different coffee shops around Rochester. Most of them are great and have their own unique vibes/styles. This place is fantastic. It is spacious, has great internet, and has cool hipster decor. I didn't want to drink coffee too late so I got the waffles. They are AMAZING. They have a unique awesome flavor. When you combine it with the butter and maple syrup it is to die for. I definitely intend to come here more often to try their savory food and coffee items!

Neven F.

Yelp
I went here on two separate occasions in two days. First time was with a friend after we decided to get a coffee after a bike ride where we randomly stumbled upon one another. We both opted for the cold brew nitro coffee which after a long day on the bike on a sunny day, it hit the spot. The following day, I stopped by for another coffee, this time a cappuccino, but Importantly my primary mission was a chocolate chip cookie. The cappuccino was great, milky, smooth with a nice punch to it. Onwards to the cookie. The size of the cookie was manageable. A bit thicker than most cookies, it was almost a meal in and of itself. The aroma was fresh, not too over powering, not too much butter coming off of it either. It had a chewy texture and the chocolate chip ratio was great. The cookie did a good job of being a cookie, but I would've liked to see a bit more contrast with the dough and the chips. Every bite was the same flavor consistency, which is good, but there should be a noticeable difference in flavors between the cookie itself, and the chocolate chips. It lacked in that department BUT, that's not to say that this is a bad cookie. This is a solid 4/5 cookie and I will definitely be getting more of these if I stop in here after a ride and I'm in the neighborhood. Overall good cookie, even better coffee shop. The atmosphere is calm, quiet and very respectful of others around. Clean, modern and the sleek. The cookie only gets a 4/5 but the shop gets a 5/5

Jessie T.

Yelp
Nice quiet coffeeshop! This was a great place to work for a few hours for a change of scenery during the work week. Latte and peach turnover were very good. The turnover would have been better if it was warmed up. Very friendly staff!

James S.

Yelp
Came through town four years ago and stumbled upon Glen Edith. Returning four years later, it was a must drop in! The cardamom lavender latte was perfect! Did not disappoint a second time!

Andrew P.

Yelp
Coffee shops are multiplying like rabbits here in Rochester. Not that I really mind, but I lose sight of what really stands out and I lose motivation to travel around looking for them. Thanks to the determination of my fellow Yelper, I caved in and finally checked out Glen Edith. What a nice experience! The strong matcha latte I had was great to sip on; they didn't hold back on the tea and it turned my lips green while drinking. No regrets! They already won me with the hot chocolate doughnut, but I fell in love with their waffles. Sliced up in large quarters, they were firm on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and had a savory bread-saltiness and buttery finish. These will definitely be my go-to next time I hang out here! This place is off of park ave, and its seating size is as limited as their parking options, but Glen Edith is definitely worth the trek to feel Warm on a Cold Night. With that being said: warm ambiance, warm greetings, warm waffles and warm drinks are the combo that keeps me committed.

Kenya M.

Yelp
Just checking out a new coffee shop. Well, the coffee shop is not new. It's just a new to me coffee shop. I tried the ice- pressed coffee? I think. A guy explained it to me: the water soaks with the beans? I don't remember. He was very nice. I also got the cranberry muffin which was tasty.

Breanna B.

Yelp
My review was due for an update! I've been coming here since they opened the Somerton location. It's my favorite place to go for a coffee shop workday. There's the right about of background noise, but nothing too distracting and the light is good. It helps seeing other people hard at work on their laptops to keep you motivated, too. They roast their beans in house. You'll find Glen Edith coffee available at several local restaurants too. The staff are always warm and welcoming so it makes for a good start to the day when you walk in. Things that make it such an accessible work-away-from-home/the office spot: - The wifi works and the coffee is fresh. - There's a self-serve giant jug of water so you stay hydrated. - I go for the pour over brew and pick whatever bean is recommended by the barista. Guatemala and Colombia are usually my faves. They serve it in a carafe (it stays hot) and you'll get about 2 mugs full of coffee. - They have food! The waffles are super fluffy and delicious. The Lumber Long John and the BLT are my standard picks. - If I'm all coffee'd out, I'll go for a Kilogram Tea. Either breakfast blend or jasmine. - Saratoga Springs mineral water is fab too!

Andrea H.

Yelp
Since my last review, this place has evolved their handling of the current situation a bit. They do have at least a bit of outdoor seating, though it is limited and usually not available. As it is getting colder, unfortunately this will be less and less of a thing, but in case you were looking on one of the last warm days they do seem to have at least one outdoor table. They have opened up indoor seating as well, with fairly decent space between tables. I see that they do now have at least some food available. I do wish they would get a few dairy-free options food-wise, but their selection of non-dairy kinds of milk for coffee is great! One of the few places around here that offers oat milk, which is my preference now that I am at least temporarily avoiding dairy for health reasons. Service has continued to be fast and friendly, and their coffee is the best quality in the Park Avenue area, in my opinion. Check them out! Sit inside, or sit on one of the nearby benches. If you see someone on the non-toppled bench (across from the sad toppled bench) that looks like me, say hi! I'm there often enough that I am kinda claiming that as "my bench." (Third spaces are hard to come by but still important in 2020.)

Yelp
I returned for the millionth time to Glen Edith for coffee this morning after a particularly rough job interview. I decided to get breakfast too. I have been on the Keto diet since January so I asked if I could have the breakfast burrito sans the tortilla. The girl working at the counter said sure and accommodated me. What I ended up with was 3 scrambled eggs, guacamole and feta with peppers and onions and it was excellent! So 5 for the food, 5 for the coffee (which is the smoothest and best around), and 5 for the excellent and accommodating service. Love Glen Edith. It deserves your business!

Ali M.

Yelp
Delicious drinks, good pastries. Very quiet and nice place to sit and work for a while. I love that you can ask for your drinks or pastries for in house and they will make them in glasswear so you can be more environmentally friendly.

Hannah M.

Yelp
I had originally wanted to go to a coffee shop that's near this one but the line was wrapped around the corner so I stumbled upon this place. It was cozy, very minimalist, with a good selection of classic coffees and coffee drinks. I had a lavender latte which was very good. There were tables and plentiful outlets. I was able to get some school work done in here and sit for a few hours. They have free WiFi, but I had to ask for the password. Parking is difficult based on the location but I was able to find some a few blocks away on a residential side street.

Jenna R.

Yelp
First off thank you to all my fellow Yelpers for recommending the Lavender Cardamom, I knew you guys wouldn't let me down. I love trying unique espresso drinks and this one definitely hit the spot. It also came with a complementary donut hole from Boxcar - yum! I came here for a few hours to get some work done and there was a good amount of people there for it being a Tuesday afternoon. For the space being small, there was an adequate amount of seating. There's also free WiFi that was fast and efficient. Definitely a great low key place to get into the zone and get some work done. Everyone around me was also on their laptops getting things done, which for sure helps as motivation! Glad I stopped in and I'll sure I'll be back soon!

Laur H.

Yelp
I've already raved about the Elton St. location of Glen Edith, but I want to reiterate how much I love this place, so here we are again! All of the coffee here is wonderful. Of course, the lavender cardamom latte is a classic, but I would also recommend the pour-over or the cortado. In the end, you literally cannot go wrong. (I love this coffee so much that I bought three bags of beans before I left Rochester so that I can make Glen Edith-style coffee in my own home. It is THAT GOOD.) The BFF BLT sandwich is solid, nothing special but the spicy mayo was a nice touch. Atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, and service is great too. I've spent a considerable amount of time here doing work, and often choose to sit at the bar. As a result I've interacted with quite a few different baristas, all of whom are not only incredibly nice, but also seem to really enjoy the work environment, which says a lot. One thing to note is that parking can be tough...the Glen Edith lot is almost always full, and the businesses across the way don't look kindly on customers parking in their lot. The best thing to do is park on Park Ave. and walk!

Alanna W.

Yelp
I really enjoy Glen Edith. Unless it's a Sunday afternoon, I can almost always find a table, and there are outlets available--great if you are looking for a work space, like I usually am. I love spending a morning or afternoon here working on my dissertation! Coffee is pretty good--I really enjoy their lavender latte and rosemary latte. Their flavored lattes aren't too sweet, which I love. They also have a variety of things on draft, including kombucha. I like to do half sparkling water, half kombucha, which isn't on the menu, but is lovely and refreshing, especially if I need a break from coffee. They have a variety of sandwiches that are yummy, although the bread is sometimes dry. They also have a variety of baked goods. On Sundays, they have doughnuts from Boxcar--love! I also really appreciate that they have a rewards program connected to your phone number. We like buying their beans to take home, however we have stopped doing so, as we are trying to cut down on the plastic we consume. I asked the barista if it would be possible to have them fill up my mason jar with beans directly, to bypass the packaging, but they said this wasn't possible. I would really love if there was a thought toward sustainability, and making this package-free option available. Until they do, we unfortunately won't be buying their beans. (please also ditch the plastic straws! bamboo or biodegradeable, please!)

Prescott W.

Yelp
Fantastic place to sit and do work on a laptop while sipping on coffee. I can imagine this is a good fit for students, remote workers, etc. The Cortada and espresso beverages are nice. Skip the turmeric tea it is quite sweet

Carolyn N.

Yelp
I went here with my boyfriend the other day and, while I've been past it a time or two, I've never gone in. Let me tell you, I'm really glad we did! The coffee was, expectedly, fantastic. Personally, I'm not a big coffee snob, but my boyfriend is. He really enjoyed the carafe he got (I think it was Ethiopian?) and spent a lot of time talking about the different flavor notes they got out of the roast. I got a maple latte, which was also super delicious! A lot of lattes are VERY sweet and overdone with the flavor syrups, or bitter and unpleasant to drink (for me). This one was very balanced, I could taste the espresso without me feeling like it was a chore to drink. We also got some food here too! We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I don't remember what we got now, we kind of just glanced and pointed at the menu (we felt adventurous ) but we will definitely be going back again!

Blair S.

Yelp
Great coffee, good food, friendly people. What more could I ask for? I had a large cappuccino and enjoyed every drop. The price was pretty standard, at least compared to national prices. Props for having alternatives to milk without added sugar, including plain almond milk. There is a nice variety of seating, reasonably priced and fresh-made sandwiches, tasty waffles, and a great ambiance. Two people, two espresso based drinks, and the waffles plus sandwich were under $22 before tip. Stop by for lunch or breakfast and enjoy the buzz from both the coffee and the crowd. Though busy, it wasn't too loud, so it's still a great place for conversation and reading, or in my case to fuel up for a long drive to Pittsburgh.

Ava V.

Yelp
This place was amazing! To start, the coffee was so smooth & delicious! I got an almond milk cappuccino. :) Second, the service was amazing! Our barista was so kind and helpful, she even hooked me up with the wifi password! My sister and I hung around the shop for three hours working on homework and drinking our coffee. The workers did not care that we stayed so long either, they seemed happy about it! Highly recommend this place. Follow my instagram: @avavescovi :)

Yelp
Glen Edith is my go to coffee shop in Rochester. Drinks are always consistent and I especially like their seasonal lattes. A bit pricey, but the quality make is worth it. I recently tried the cranberry honey latte, which may sound unorthodox, but thought it was a really interesting combination of tartness from the coffee and cranberry and sweetness from the honey. Not as cozy as some coffee shops (Cafe Sasso is better for catching up with friends), but definitely in my rotation for quality coffee.

Amber L.

Yelp
Glen Edith hands-down has the best coffees we've EVER had. We have traveled to coffee houses in multiple states and all around several cities. Nothing has come close. Nothing. Their food is absolutely wonderful. It's made with some locally resourced foods, and homemade recipes with the highest quality in mind. I found all of this out by talking to a few baristas over the course of the last 5/6 years. I have given this company many 5 star reviews on the square feedback app. This is my happy place! I love the ambiance too!

Tomas C.

Yelp
I'm not a coffee snob. I actually think coffee at Dunkin' donuts is passably good. Nonetheless I have to declare that Glen Edith is the best coffee I've had since I last traveled to Milan. it is precisely made, properly served (no 20 oz cups here) and it tastes like it came from the center of the earth-- rich, aromatic and unhindered by anything you put in it. The shop is sparse, and they don't offer endless refills, so don't go there expecting to write a novel. You will be inspired to write however, by the fantastically good coffee.

Yelp
I truly enjoy Glen Edith Coffee, but the the toilets at both locations always have shit splatters all over them. WTF. Yeah, I know coffee makes you poop, but still!

Yelp
Look how perfectly shaped this donut is! I went there on a Saturday evening! It had very little people and it was really quiet and chill place to get some work/reading done. We got the glazed donut (picture below) and also waffles. All their stuff is made from organic products. Their waffles were airy and it was pretty good tbh. It comes with a small maple syrup side (not pictured here). It had a more rustic, urban interiors and don't be fooled by its exterior look. Parking was a little difficult around the area, so we just parked on the side of the streets instead of the parking area in from of Edith (apparently you need some kind of pass to park on the parking spot in opposite of the restaurant) and the customer parking was full! I would say check this place out if you haven't. It was a cool spot!

Yelp
Service was fast & friendly! Their food and drink options are all tempting choices. My boyfriend got the Lumber Jill & said it was very good! (It looks and smells good for sure). We both got Vanilla Bean Lattes (mine with soy milk) both were very delicious. This was a great way to start our Sunday morning! Hoping to be back soon :)

Yelp
While in town visiting, I decided to find the best coffee shop for me. Rochester has a lot of coffee roasters and I tried a half a dozen before I ended up here. While everybody's taste pallette is different, my taste veers towards Glen Edith Coffee Roasters. Mainly, my preference is a natural processed varietal, as opposed to a washed. Tried an Ethiopian natural processed espresso, both as an americano and a straight shot. The espresso was bright, with good acidity, and a great pick me up. As with my favorite Southern California roaster, the shot comes with a bit of club soda to cleanse the taste buds. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Reminded me of home. Highly recommend.
