Came across these guys whilst looking for some whisky tumblers for my father’s birthday. I’d left it abit late and the lead time for the engraving was cutting it close but they got them done and shipped out sooner than originally estimated. The tumblers are lovely and the engraving is perfect, they box they’re in is a lovely touch too I’m sure he’ll love them. They were very well packaged and shipped via dpd which I find are the most reliable couriers. Altogether a great experience 👍

Their cufflinks and lapel pin are also top quality, adding a very dapper touch to ones appearance. Incredible service! I ordered a gift set with engraving for a 30th birthday of a friend. We had only limited time to receive it and I called the Glencairn team to ask if they can expedite the order for less than 14 days. They were so kind on the phone and so lovely!!! Not only they organised everything, but they also did not want me to pay anything extra! 100% recommend them, they were wonderful! The gift came on time and was amazing! Thank you!

I was looking for a glass plate to be engraved for my 3rd granddaughter one year on. Jullie was able to show me the plates they had available via email then in person when I called in to their shop. I was able to discuss with her the engraving I wanted and how it would be related to my previous orders . Thank you Julie for giving up your valuable time for me.
