Great location shame about all the roads dug up with all the streets blocked off in town |Did like the fact we where in unit 8 and our higher car was out the back

Visiting our son in Adelaide we needed a base with easy links to the city, a good range of restaurants and a local supermarket. The Glenelg Gateway Apartments fit the bill perfectly. We found our unit comfortable and airy with a spacious, recently fitted shower room. The unit was well cared for by the manager Connie. Parking was not an issue but we think the spaces should be clearly marked out. We would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment and location was perfect for our stay in Adelaide to watch the Australian national u15 boys & girls Lacrosse tournament. ||Located in the heart of central Glenelg, within easy walk of a supermarket and loads of high street shops. ||The apartment itself was very well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay including a well appointed kitchen with elements and microwave and full size fridge/freezer. ||The lounge area was exactly what was needed for relaxing at the end of a long day, one small thing was the couch wasn't the most comfortable but not a huge thing.||The bathroom was a good size too, with toilet and good size shower. Again a small issue with no shower curtain so easy enough to splash water everywhere but again just a minor thing.||Communal laundry and washing line was a bonus and meant easier to get clothes washed and dried.||Off street parking (as long as guests park properly) for each apartment was great too.||Only other small issue we found and this is no fault of the accommodation, is that location of apartments on Brighton Rd proved a challenge for Menulog delivery driver to find (our dinner was 30mins late) but UberEats was a lot better.

It was a perfect one bed apartment in close proximity to Glenelg shops and restaurants, and tram to the city. It was very clean and comfortable. Connie, the owner was very friendly and obliging. We stayed for 3 weeks and on no occasion did we find a need to complain about anything. It was fabulous and we will return one day

We have just spent nine days there, this being our third time. It’s a great spot for a couple, with a nice little kitchen,on site parking, supermarket nearby, with all the attractions of Jetty Road and the tram to the city right on the doorstep.|It is well priced and Connie is a most pleasant lady to deal with. Overall it is an ideal base for an Adelaide stay.

Clean and neat Units. Well presented. Ideally located in Glenelg SA. Good off street car parking. Units have all amenities in Kitchen. Close to many good Restaurants. ||Cosy and fairly quiet. Lighting in rooms - esp Bathroom could be better.||Recommended.

What a wonderful apartment we stayed in, every thing so clean and cosy. ||Everywhere easy to get too first time on a tram, and what an experience going into town. Shopping was easy. As for Adelaide what a wonderful clean state, and yes will be coming again and staying here again.

Close to supermarkets, fast food and restaurants, convenient to tram for the beach or into town.||Unit 1 was clean and comfortable. ||Downside: the heating is only a small-ish reverse cycle air conditioner in the living room. It does not seem to have enough power to heat the living room, much less the bedroom in winter. All floors are slate/stone tile, so you can't pad about in bare feet.||Minor points: no door or curtain on shower so half the bathroom floor gets wet. No soap dish in shower.||Would visit again in warmer weather.
