Glenelg Motel

My husband and I stayed here only for a night because we had to be at the airport early in the morning. The room was affordable!! $150 AUD/night and it was super clean. The bed was comfortable with lots of natural light. We stayed in room number 2. Instead of having a sofa, we got an extra bed which we didn’t need but might be great for family. Highly recommended and the reception lady was friendly. Thank you.

The room is nice and clean. Only issue is with filling the kettle from the bathroom tap which was very low and therefore it was difficult getting the kettle out from under the tap without having to spill half the amount of water out. Location wise it was a 15mins walk to the Glenelg jetty (beach)

The rooms at this motel have enjoyed a makeover. It was a very pleasant and affordable two night stay for us. The room we had is very well appointed. Comfy bed. Thick towels and everything else that we needed. Very close to a very popular ' Carlton like' coffee establishment on Tapleys Hill Rd and not far from all of Glenelg's attractions and eateries. Don't overlook this motel when checking out Glenelg.

Yes...The building is dated but has had a good makeover. Yes...Rooms are clean...beds comfy...Microwave, kettle and table and chairs. Yes...Price was great...afterhours checking good...locked gate for security great. Yes...Parked right outside room. No negatives. Yes...Will stay again

Great location. The room was clean. Friendly staff. Good room size for 3 people. 5 minute walk to the beach. Good value for money.||I highly recommend this place.

This motel is an excellent choice for all travellers to and through Adelaide. The renovated rooms offer a convenient layout including a comfortable working desk, a dining table, a well-sized fridge and microwave etc. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Glenelg and The Airport, just 10 minutes.||Entering and exiting is not a problem after hours, and overall, the property and setup offer a functional, practical and secure place to self-cater and rest with minimal hassles or noise. The motel is operated by a helpful team and the management knows what they're doing, catering for a range of visitors.

We had an excellent stay! Wonderful location! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property was in great condition, with fantastic amenities and outstanding cleanliness.

We've stayed at Glenelg Motel many times over the years and have always appreciated the friendly service, clean rooms, and affordable price. Its been a reliable and comfortable place to return to, and the staff have always made us feel right at home. On our recent visit, we were especially impressed to see that some of the rooms have been renovated, and the changes are fantastic. The new decor is modern, tasteful, and really adds a fresh, relaxing feel to the space. Its clear a lot of thought went into the updates, and it truly enhanced our stay. Its always been a great place to stay, but the renovations have made it even better. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Hey this motel is awesome me and my wife stayed for a couple of nights between xmas and new year 2017 and it was very comfortable and clean e had a deluxe spa suite The restaurant is great we had breakfast there both mornings and it is a great price and food portion was great Staff were friendly and helpfull We will stay again when the need arrises
