we stayed at one of their chalets while hiking in the area. the biggest perk is definitely the ideal location in the heart of Cairngorm national park with beautiful scenery wherever you look. however, there are a few things that I just cant leave out. the chalet was spacious for our small family, had its own patio and it was wonderfully quiet, but it was, and I hate to say this, somewhat neglected. there were cobwebs and dust in every corner, the bedsheets had hair from other people in many, many places (yikes), the oven didn't work (at all), the wifi almost never worked (and there was no phone signal to begin with), the shower was moldy in many places and the front door would only shut with great force (or it would open again with the next breeze, which made our first night slightly scary). we still enjoyed our stay. the park is gorgeous, the fridge worked, we drove to Aviemore for dinner every night and had drinks at the Glenmore Lodge main building after (which can be reached on foot from the chalets), but I wouldn't stay here again under these conditions.
