"The Glenn Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Downtown, conveniently located across the street from Philips Arena and Centennial Olympic Park. Classy, sexy, and fun. Head up to the rooftop for drinks, delicious food, and a great view of this special city we call the A." - Flags of Origin

"Maybe it’s the lemongrass mojito that greets you upon arrival, or the organic Lather products that await in the bathrooms, but Glenn Hotel feels like a stylish oasis hidden in plain sight among its more boisterous neighbors—Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, and CNN Center, to name a few.Housed in a 1923 limestone building that is part of the National Register of Historic Places, the boutique-style lodging blends a contemporary aesthetic with references to the past: witness the brass postal service letterbox that appears alongside agate-clad walls and sleek leather armchairs in the lobby bar. Fair-trade linens top the beds in 110 rooms, and a designated personal host can arrange everything from dinner reservations (there’s an on-site restaurant but other options abound nearby) to private tickets to sporting events. Before you venture out, be sure to ride the elevator up to the rooftop SkyLounge for an unparalleled 360-degree view of Atlanta at sunset."

Glenn Hotel, Autograph Collection

"Set the scene for us.When it was built in 1923, the 10-story Glenn Building—now Glenn Hotel—was considered a skyscraper. Its name was a nod to former Atlanta Mayor Thomas Kearney Glenn, and its straight lines, limestone facade, and terra cotta detailing make it a solid example of Modern Classic architecture. The historic building is a rarity in this bustling downtown corridor, home to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and CNN Center. In the lobby, history takes a backseat to modernity: Contemporary light fixtures, abstract art, and leather couches accented with bright-orange pillows give the place a polished, clubby vibe. You’ll find occasional nods to the past, such as an old U.S. Postal Service letterbox adhered to a wall, but the overall feel is decidedly contemporary. Nice. What are the other guests like?Sports fans in town for a game, young professionals, girls on a getaway. The good stuff: Tell us about your room.Small but comfortable, my Superior King room had a full-sized desk and chair and a bed with crisp white linens. When I open the flowing orange curtains, I was greeted by views of CNN Center. Overall, the room is pretty standard except for one glaring oddity: Inside the shower stall, a large peekaboo window looks into the bedroom, obscured only by a curtain of metal beads. Kind of awkward if you’re traveling with your mother-in-law. Any little details we should know about? Not only is the Wi-Fi complimentary (hooray!), but the desk is quite large and the HermanMiller chair is ergonomic. Which means I basically have no excuse to ditch my work. Sigh. What should we order via room service?Little nibbles such as bacon-wrapped dates are delicious, and the Tuscan kale salad with blue cheese and Georgia apples makes a delightful and healthy little meal. What else is going on at the hotel? The Glenn’s claim to fame is SkyLounge, the year-round rooftop bar with 360-degree views of the city. Order the Glenntini, made with vodka, cucumber, mint, lime, and sugar, and watch the nearby Skyview carousel circle ’round and ’round. Like most hotel restaurants in Atlanta, the one at the Glenn (Glenn’s Kitchen) is only worth trying if you’re pressed for time. The shrimp and grits are fine enough, but in this food-focused city, this restaurant isn’t really a place you want to waste a meal on. Bottom line: worth it, and why?If convenience and a cool building are your priorities, this is a great choice. If rooms and restaurants are more your thing, skip it." - Allison Weiss Entrekin

Birdie at Valet and Sebastian at the front desk made my stay great right upon arrival. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the two other gentlemen at the front desk were just as friendly and professional. It really felt like everyone cared about creating a great experience. The hotel itself was classy and well-maintained, with a comfortable, upscale vibe that made it easy to relax after a long day. I was in town for just one night on business, but everything—from the service to the atmosphere—left a strong impression. I also ordered room service for dinner, and the food was excellent. Quick, delicious, and exactly what I needed after a long day. Definitely planning to stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta. Thank you Glenn Hotel!

Google
We stayed here on a Friday night just for dinner and a night out. We throughly enjoyed the hotel. It felt and looked very clean overall. The staff was super friendly. The rooftop bar was really nice with great views. I will say the alcohol selection was a little slim. They have all the basics but don’t expect anything above middle shelf. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Google
Very good option for staying in the downtown area. Close to attractions/events. Stayed for a Sunday soccer match with the kids at Mercedes and twas an easy walk over. Hotel itself has a moody vibe, some darker colors that are well done. Seems to be in an older building that was renovated, some spaces feel small but again it’s a more moody and intimate vibe here so it works. Would return and stay again without a doubt. Friendly staff from valet, front desk, and restaurant staff 👍🏼

Google
This experience exceeded every expectation. When greeted upon arrival by the valet to our well maintained rooms, this is a wonderful place to spend your time. The staff are enthusiastic in their service and it's a very charming establishment. It was very convenient for the Georgia World Conference Center event we were attending. Highly recommend. Especially after having a very negative Hilton experience, cannot recommend Marriott enough.

As a platinum, I travel all over the world for work weekly. Had stayed at rhe Glenn Hotel 3 years ago and was NOT impressed. My wife and I decided to give it another try and was impressed how the hotel had improved. It starts with the front desk where you are greeted by Travis, the front desk manager. He is passionate about customer service and his excitement is contagious. He is engaging, outgoing and thorough. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. This hotel has improved over the last 3 years 1000% and I highly recommend this boutique hotel for your business and personal travel lodging.

Google
We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the stadium but it ended up being do much more. Miguel and Craig started our stay off by being so engaging and helpful. The front desk staff was extremely helpful as well. We enjoyed lunch at the hotel and it was delish!! The room wasn’t large but it was a really great space - clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we come to Atlanta

Google
Adorable hotel! Very clean, accommodating and right in the heart of the city. We could walk to almost every major attraction (aquarium, cocoa cola museum, etc). |Our valet, Miguel was AWESOME! Super friendly, suggested tons of great restaurants and just an all-around amazing guy!

Google
The location is incredible. We were able to walk to Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, and the Mercedes Benz Stadium to see a game. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stunning. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking. The hotel was family friendly, but I do wish there were more amenities especially for the price. The restaurant on site is mediocre at best. Breakfast was our best meal, but the prices let much to be desired. I would recommend this hotel, and will stay here again but will walk to nearby restaurants instead of utilizing the restaurant on property.

Yelp
The Glenn isn't new go to when in Atlanta! All flights were delayed and this seemed to be the last hotel available in the entire city. Not only were they a life saver, the hotel is amazing! The staff excellent, breakfast simple and delicious and not price gouging! I definitely recommend and definitely will stay here again!!!!

Yelp
You can tell by the reviews, that this hotel is a must-experience. From the moment I interacted with the valet to the moment I left, I was treated with respect and great care. The hotel is exceptionally cool and calming. While checking in, we were handmade complimentary cocktails. The lion and upscale man cave vibes were working for me. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The rooftop offers a nice view of Atlanta and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen offered reasonably priced and great tasting breakfast. Ideal location if attending a game or concert. Valet charges are on par, I'm not a fan, but you can't escape it in the city. The only negative, is if you plan to utilize your late checkout as a high tier Marriott Bonvoy member, be prepared to pay even more for your valet, as they charge an additional $25 if you check out after 2p. That is outrageous. Other than the forced valet situation, I would love to stay here again and again.

Yelp
Glenn Hotel is a cute boutique style hotel from Marriott's Autograph Collection. I've stayed here a couple of times for business and leisure, and every stay was enjoyable. In the lobby, there is a sign that reads, "There is a lion in every southern heart." With this in mind, you'll notice the décor throughout the hotel paying homage to lions. The décor is unique, but posh. After checking in, you're greeted by a bar and spacious sitting area to chit chat or partake in happy hour. The rooms are spacious and clean. The views aren't so great -- overlooks the city and depending which side you're on, you may get a view of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (home of the Atlanta Falcons). The Glenn is conveniently located near lots of shops, restaurants, stores, and attractions -- Centennial Park is walking distance. Lastly, there is valet parking for $45 per day. I think this is pricey for Atlanta. I would expect that price and up for NYC and DC, but I guess Atlanta is serious about being the up and coming metro area; and the prices must align!

Yelp
Came here for cocktails after an event. The service was excellent and I loved the decor in the lobby. Its located in a walkable area of downtown Atlanta so I could see myself doing a stay-cation here one day.

Yelp
The Glenn Hotel is a cool, chic boutique hotel within Marriott's Autograph Collection in downtown ATL. Had opportunity to stay here a few nights during recent trip for conference at the Georgia World Congress Center. Great proximity to the World Congress Center (5-10 min nice walk) in addition to other attractions within downtown (Centennial park, Mercedes Benz stadium, etc). Also easy walk to many other downtown hotels which was nice during conference. The Glenn Kitchen (restaurant of the hotel) was great to have on site (see separate review of restaurant). Front desk staff were great. Nice and welcoming. Provided great info. Loved the brief history of the hotel and the check in specialty cocktail! Room on 10th floor was amazing. Smaller but pretty good size for a boutique hotel. Clean. Great decor. Bed is super comfortable. I usually don't get a good nights sleep at many hotels, but this one I did!! Shower had great water pressure and was good size with bathroom overall being great. Good size television with streaming content available through Netflix, Amazon, Max, etc. Fast free WiFi. Overall a very comfortable stay and would both recommend and personally return for next visit.

Yelp
Glenn Hotel Atlanta, where there is a lion in every southern heart.  This stunning, ornate boutique hotel began as a 1920s landmark that is "guarded" by 39 lions atop the building. To pay homage, lion artwork is prevalent throughout the entire space from the lobby, in the elevator, and even in the rooms! Warm, inviting, casual yet charming, opulent, manicured while lavish, The Glenn Hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown and where everyone is welcome. It's the perfect place for a vacation, staycation, or even a weekender! As the elevator says when you get to the 10th floor, "wow!"  You're greeted in the lobby with Glenn art deco tilework on the ground and follow it to the left to the large, sweeping bar filled with touches of metal, green velvet, and opulent marble. There is a lounge area around it filled with velvet chairs, booths and a large couch. If you come in from the valet area, you'll immediately see a beautiful bookcase filled with books, "there is a lion in every southern heart" sign to the right, and to the left the check-in. The check-in just as beautiful with hints of marble, lion artwork, and modern metal. It all ties together into a medley of modern and sleek without overpowering the character and charm of the traditional elements of the building. Did you know that the Glenn Hotel Atlanta was built as an office in 1923 and was named for a former Atlanta Mayor? THE PENTHOUSE! Not only is it extravagant, but it's also functional and calming. Inside you're greeted with a desk and a powder room, yes, a second bathroom! Beyond that you walk into the living space with a large blue velvet couch and round dining table, functional and stylish! In the bedroom suite, the bathroom and bedroom meld into one breathtaking room. Dual vanities, sauna and spa like shower, while the restroom has its own "room" with fun animal print wallpaper. Standing out is the soaker tub positioned in the middle of the room only separated from the bed with a glass wall. On the other side of the glass wall, the large, king bed is gorgeously flanked by two glowing pendant lights and right in the middle of a green accent wall adorned with a gold and black lion mirror. WOW! Plus, throw open all the drapes, because you can't skip the view! Being on the corner you have the same view as the Skylounge the floor above you, with 180 views or more from Mercedes Benz stadium all the way over to the Westin.  On top of the extravagace of the hotel, the staff is top notch! Impeccable service from all servers, bar tenders, and especially the manager of the bar and restaurant. The best! The location also can't be beat if you're going to a game or one of the downtown Atlanta attactions.

Yelp
While visiting ATL for House in The Park in Grant Park over Labor Day weekend, my partner and I had amazing accommodations at The Glenn. The boutique hotel is in a prime location, accessible to everything. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and personable host. As Platinum Elites, we were upgraded to a King Suite which was amazing. The interior is stunning; old meets new. And while we didn't have a chance to eat at the hotel, we did visit the rooftop bar. What an amazing view. The beds were super comfy and everythjng was very clean. Everyone greeted you with a smile and you feel welcome. When back in ATL, The Glenn will certainly be our choice for accommodations!

Yelp
Very nice! We were part of a wedding party for our stay. It was comfortable, clean, and accommodating. The restaurant was nice for breakfast - we all eat chicken sausage and their menu had selections with that particular item. We wanted to do some sightseeing; several attractions are within walking distance just the other side of Olympic Park. They allowed us to keep our suitcases there after we checked out to accommodate our needs.

Yelp
Booked this place with my Marriott points so that my wife and I could attend a sporting event at the stadium. Got to the hotel a little early so when they told us our room wasn't ready yet we weren't too concerned. Went to the bar and grabbed some food while we waited. While eating we say several people checking in to their rooms. They told us it would be ready in about 30mins so when I went back up there after an hour or so I was surprised when they told us the only rooms they had available didn't have air conditioning. This is late June in Atlanta. My guess is they knew this the whole time but wanted to waste our time for some reason. They said the only thing they could do was get a room at another hotel. So to sum it all up. Booked this place with my rewards for a nice night out, got our time wasted by this hotel, had to change hotels last min and barely make it to our game in time, then the new room cost me $240. Also, I'm disabled so I wanted to stay at this place since it's so close to the stadium but the new hotel was further away. I don't know what the rooms look but I know their customer service is terrible.

Yelp
Stayed here for a work trip - the hotel staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect proximity to all major locations and near many restaurants! Housekeeping was great and they came by each day to clean my unit (although I kept it very tidy!) and changed out towels, bedsheets, etc. I absolutely adored the rustic charm of the hotel - it used to be a bank! The room was perfect for me :)

Yelp
This is a late post, my stay here was earlier this month...from 5/3 - 6/5/2022. Loved this historical hotel...loved the decor and especially loved the staff. There were all so kind, friendly and accommodating. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that the rooms are very small, but given that it is an older hotel...I get it. I stayed in 2 rooms, one on the 9th floor and one on the 10th, just for a day. And I will say...that I don't suggest the 10th floor on the weekends, as it is up against the Sky Lounge...and music until 1am...if you don't mind not sleeping...then no worries. Our company had a block of rooms here, and we actually held an event on the rooftop lounge, so everything about the planning and execution, was amazing. The staff again, was amazing and accommodating and made the event and our stay amazing! The bar was set very high as a result of, our guests at the event were impressed! The staff, I don't remember all their names, and I don't want to single any one out as the all were amazing...from the breakfast staff to the bar staff and everyone in between. I'm hoping we get to come back next year, but if not, I will return for sure. Perfect location...loved being close to Centennial Park and the ferris wheel. Thank you so much for all you do!

Yelp
Nice hotel in a good location. We had a quick weekend stay here for a friend's wedding in April. The hotel is conveniently located near touristy spots - Centennial Park, World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, National Center for Civil + Human Rights were all a quick 7-10 minute walk away. The lobby is kind of weirdly located in the hotel but it was well attended and the employees couldn't have been more gracious - Angelique went above and beyond in making us comfortable. Though the rooms are small, they are comfortable and eccentrically decorated. We didn't have a chance to check out the rooftop lounge (it's only open Fridays and Saturdays and Friday they were closed for a private event) or the restaurants downstairs but it was buzzing at random hours. Overall a nice stay in ATL and a great way to be treated to southern hospitality.

Yelp
I liked my experience here. I stayed 4 nights. In terms of amenities, it's pretty much the usual. The room was a little cramped. But the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. I've probably had the best sleep in a hotel in that bed. They have a fridge but no microwave. The reception is nice. The bar and restaurant on the first floor are open for breakfast and dinner. The bar on the rooftop is open at night and you get decent views of the downtown Atlanta area. Everything has a vintage boutique feel, which is characteristic of the Autograph Collection. I think the hotel is pricy for the amenities offered. I didn't park the car but paid parking. So based on everything, I give it 3.5 stars.

Yelp
I'm just reviewing the bar, but based on how awesome it and the food & drinks were here, I'd stay at the cute, quirky hotel if I was in the area again! A group of old and new friends and I took over some tables in the bar and ordered food and drinks throughout the eventing. It was delicious and the wait staff were awesome-we stayed through a shift change and the transition was seamless! Also, not that big a deal for some, but as a huge iced tea fan...they nailed it!

Jerry W.

Yelp
Booked a room as we planned to head to Augusta early for the Masters. Stayed on 9th floor to avoid street noise. Private party booked on 11th floor with live band. Was not informed of this ahead of time. Lousy music at best. Told it was a separate management situation. Had to listen to it until 11:00pm. Seriously not happy. Staff is nice but I'd avoid the place

Yelp
Tomas was our server and he was amazing! He gave us excellent service while also managing several other patrons and a group from a volleyball tournament. The drinks were strong and tasty and he kept them coming. He recommended that rooftop bar which we will definitely check out in the future. ThI vibe and ambiance is really nice and I'm looking forward to coming back!

Yelp
PRIVACY BREACH, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- UNSAFE HOTEL! I am posting this review in efforts to have management reach out to me since the front desk refuses to provide any contact information. I checked into the hotel and received my room key at around 5pm and around 7pm another party ENTERED MY ROOM WHILE I WAS NOT APPROPRIATE. I was completely stunned and screamed which prompted them to leave. I immediately called front desk to inform them what happened and ask why would they release my key to another party . The front desk agent responded and basically invalidated my whole experience and put me on hold. I stayed on hold, didn't get a call back or anything. The front desk sent a breakfast coupon an hour and half later... I then went downstairs to speak to them in person. I asked to get contact info for the manager which prompted the front desk agent, "Maqsoud?" to ask me for my room #. He starts giggling and tells me that the room privacy breach wasn't their fault it was a glitch in the system that sent a virtual room key to another party. I WAS SPEECHLESS. I immediately told him that this was not funny and how traumatizing that was for me. He kept smirking as he tries to continue to blame the system. Completely disgusted, I asked again for the mgr # he calls his coworker to come down. I honestly waited like 3 min and left very upset. I stay almost stay exclusively with Marriott and their brands so I am shocked to have experienced the most horrible hotel experience. The worst part is the response from "trained" hotel staff.

Yelp
The whole point of having room service is to allow the guest to stay in the room and have food delivered to them. But no, you have to go down to the bar for room service. Rooms are very small. Phone handset doesn't work, only speakerphone. Laundry only on MWF. Tomorrow is Tuesday, so I'm screwed.

Yelp
We stayed here for 2 nights over the winter holidays while in Atlanta. Happened to be in the prime location for the Peach Bowl game with Michigan state against Pittsburgh too. Nice comfortable bed and had a city view. So close to Olympic park, Coca Cola, and the aquarium. We didn't have to pay for parking since we did not have a car, so saved money there. Got to see the sky lounge in the rain but it was closed during our stay.

Michael A.

Yelp
As a large conference hotel, I expected busy receptions. Limited time to explore amenities, but found all 8 elevators efficient. Accommodated early check-in at 9 AM. Enjoyed top restaurant, clean 16th-floor room. Convenient to Atlanta attractions. Overall, positive experience; would stay again.
google avatar

Alexis D.

Yelp
I'd give this a zero star if I could. Stayed here for my anniversary, never again. First the room is itty bitty. Second you can hear almost everything in the next room. So no privacy. The sky lounge was closed for a private event which is fine.... if they let you know when you book the hotel. One of the reason we booked was for the sky lounge. Also, even tho it looks like a nice hotel, the area near is not. We passed an addiction clinic like a minute away. We paid a bit of money for a small room overlooking a parking garage and dirty sign. Just stay far away.

Yelp
Top notch. Came for 1 day but stayed here for 3 days, john upgraded me to a suite. Fell in love with the boutique hotel. Hotel Staff is great Hospitality crew - efficient Dining - breakfast - traditional eggs, etc.. SERVED HOT Server(s) attention to detail, good energy, and knowledgeable Offer Valet service - pricey but who wants to park across the street and walk to save 10-15 bucks. Only setback is in the downtown area restaurants close @ 9:00 pm. Other than this I'd def' come back. Overall I recommend the Glenn Collection --

Yelp
Top notch as always!!! Great stay!!! This is the really the only hotel we stay at in the A. Great location for easy access to the interstate. Valet parking is great also. Always a delight to stay there. Never any issue with this location love this hotel

Yelp
Our entire experience from the time we entered the parking garage...Miguel greeted us with such professionalism and grace. Travis checked us in and made our first experience there amazing by ensuring we had the best view...the bartenders Matt and Angel were phenomenal and the drinks were so refreshing with a kick...The food was hands down the best I've had in a hotel...Mitchell (Michael with 2 L's, insider) was very attentive to his staff. The customer service and everything about this experience was amazing. My family and I will return in the future. Thanks Glenn Hotel!!!

Yelp
Our stay was great, the hotel room was beautiful. The whole hotel and room was so artsy, unique, luxurious & with amazing service. Our room was a 1 queen, very small room, it was hard to fit our bassinet into the room but it was so beautiful inside the size didn't bother us. It would be really beneficial if they had a white noise in the rooms because the walls are thin and you can sadly hear everything.. also the parking was $45 a day, but it was worth the availability of having our car right outside the hotel doors. The sky lounge was beautiful, with live music, amazing drinks & a beautiful view. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel was phenomenal & so convenient! Can't wait to stay here again.

Yelp
I've been trying to get information as to why my credit card was charged $1,233.94 when my invoice shows $0. I have sent a screenshot of the charge as requested, called 4 times to get information, left 3 messages to accounting. Carolyn keeps telling me accounting will call me right away, yet no calls and don't have time for this run around. Maybe my credit card company can settle this.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my overnight stay here. The staff were so pleasant and helpful, it genuinely seemed like they cared about helping me. We used the valet parking because we really couldn't find another option--wish we would've realized that ahead of time but $40/night is standard in the area so oh well. The valets were so friendly and prompt. The room was really cute. We booked a queen room through my Bonvoy account and thought it was very fair for the rate. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains were helpful in the morning. Our room overlooked the corner of centennial park and we woke up to the Publix marathon in full-swing right underneath our window! I would recommend this hotel to a friend and book it again if needed.

Yelp
Nice boutique hotel. Walking distance to so many attractions. State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, CNN Center, McCormick & Schmidt's and so many nearby restaurants, Sky View Ferris Wheel etc. The hotel has a bar & restaurant as well as a Skylounge with a really nice skyline view. On my visit the Skylounge had live music and serves cocktails and light snacks. Cons: kitchen closes early and no room service. However there are close restaurants nearby within walking distance. Both Thomas and Matt took care of me in the bar next to the hotel lobby. Glenn Hotel has been around and a staple boutique hotel in the area for a number of years. It is now a Marriott Autograph collection hotel which represents Marriott's suite of boutique hotels. The rooms were nice with a vintage flare. My room was a junior suite style with a separated living area, kings size bed, upgraded shower, bathroom has a pocket door. I would recommend a visit.

Yelp
Overall, I think staying at the Glenn Hotel was a pretty good experience. I booked this hotel at the last minute since I was evacuating Florida from the unknowing path of Hurricane Irma. I was terrified I would not have a place to stay since I knew that Atlanta was packed with Floridians to the max. Our room had a queen bed in it as well as a long desk, closet, cooler(not fridge), and bathroom. It was a bit cramped, but that was okay for the two of us. The bed and pillows in the room were very comfortable. The room was clean and decorated nicely, and quite modern. I had a nice view of the Ferris Wheel. The hotel all around had a zen type feel to it. It was a historic building that had been renovated quite nicely. When you first walk in, you will see a small check in area, a bar, restaurant, and they have a sky view lounge upstairs.(We didn't get to check it out) The happy hour with free wine and cupcakes was a nice touch. It was located conveniently next to the Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Network, and the College Football Hall of Fame. For being a first timer in Atlanta, this was very convenient. The park was quite lively as well as the area when I was there. There was also some restaurants that one could walk to. The front desk working were mostly pleasant. One was a bit short, but that was fine, the others made up for it. The parking is quite expensive - $35. We did try to look for parking in the area, but seeing that it was downtown the public parking we found was not for overnight stay. It was a pretty good experience, and it served it's purpose of getting away and getting my mind off the hurricane a bit, and seeing some sites in Atlanta. If you are looking for a place that is close by to Downtown by Phillips Arena, CNN Network, Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, and World of Coca-Cola. This is a good option for you.

Yelp
A lovely space right in the heart of downtown Atlanta - with extremely friendly service. We were greeted warmly from the moment we deposited our vehicle, thru check-in, and every time we wandered in and out during our 4 night stay. Our room was comfortable and we had a nice view of the oversized ferris wheel across the way. I will say that Friday and Saturday evenings are a bit loud on the street. If that bothers you, ask for a higher room. We weren't bothered a bit!!

Yelp
Nice boutique hotel in a great location. 1) The front desk committed fraud. Upon check-in, they asked for my credit card for incidentals. Then, they charge $988 on my card. 2) Management stinks. They don't return phone calls and ignore emails. John Johnson was the General Manager. He did call me back one time and was rude. 3). The Glenn Hotel asked me to file my complaint with Marriott corporate. Marriott asked me to deal with the Glenn Hotel

Yelp
This hotel is hands down beautiful. The decor is absolutely my favorite and it was what kept us coming back. Sadly, the the first time we stayed it was for an event. I called to assure that the rooftop lounge would be open prior to booking. I was assured that evening it was open. We invited our friends and family to meet us there for a celebration. Upon check-in I again confirmed that the rooftop was open that night And I was told yes. We checked into our rooms and got ready for our celebration and waited for friends and family in the lobby. When everyone arrived we went to the front desk to go up to the rooftop and we were told that it was closed. This was very disappointing as it was the only reason we booked this hotel. I checked prior to booking and upon heck-in. Although it is an absolutely beautiful hotel the customer service and communication here is lacking. Although the rooftop being the biggest disappointment, the customer service was lacking throughout. It wasn't much of an experience and we felt as if we were bothering those who worked there. I used to be a supervisor at a hotel for five years. Hotels are not just about the beautiful decor but about the experience. If you're traveling for business and want a beautiful spot this place is great but if you have high hopes for a great experience I wouldn't recommend.

Yelp
Quick highlights : Pros: Great location to State Farm Arena (you walk next door) Cons: At check in, we requested extra pillows and blanket. They were never delivered. No mini bar in king room Room service was called 20 (yes 20) times and went to busy signal every single time. Tried calling the front desk and that was busy too. Gave up and went to bed hungry. That's it in a nutshell. Sadly, not my favorite...

Yelp
Excellent amenities and the staff was outstanding. Jay R took care of our every need. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Atlanta.

Yelp
I loved this Hotel. Small rooms, but sophisticated appointments. Discreet bar area with complimentary waters, walk in shower (don't splash) with no doors and fresh, cotton robe waiting when you step out of the shower. Complimentary wine happy hour on the rooftop patio, but I tipped $5 after enjoying 3 glasses with the best view! Last but far from least, the BED! I'm still trying to find out what it is...guess I should have stripped the bed and looked. The best night's sleep in a hotel EVER!!!

Yelp
the worst hotel in service I have ever been to. They do not even take out the garbage with the excuse of COVID. On Sundays and Mondays they don't open the kitchen so you have to find what to eat when you find it open. I do not recommend terrible experience for what it costs. Very misleading promise. Es una estafa el peor Hotel no hay comida y tampoco limpieza! No botes tu dinero

Yelp
Ideal location. Many things within easy walking distance. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the staff is outstanding. When we go back to Atlanta, we will stay at this property and would highly recommend.

Yelp
Stayed here for a college football game and it was great ! Got put in a handicap room so beds were low and so was thar shower head but it's ok I appreciate the attention to detail with the chair in the shower-- so comfy ! Room was charming and I loved the lion theme had a great view of Mercedes Benz stadium and the camera aimed at me from the red Ford in the parking garage super close to Merceds bens which was super duper the restaurants food and service were great and the sky lounge had an awesome view of the ATL the folks there for the LGBT convention made me feel all warm and cuddly offering hugs and snuggles at any moment Brandon in the lobby gave me a free drink voucher which was super nice only complaint was a weird smell in hallway

Yelp
Concert weekend Atlanta...hotel is great location for events @ Mercedes Benz stadium and surrounding/State Farm arena/CNN Center, etc... As long time Platinum Elite member, expect the "Autograph" properties to be old, small rooms, etc...what is glaring at the Glenn, attention to details! Rooms lacking attention to cleanliness, linens need to be thrown out, towels are car wash quality. The bar area has decent service, go to restaurant and it is a disaster in service! Full on lack of management in the food services area...staff has no idea what tables they're trying to serve, nothing come out complete, be prepared to wait, and be disappointed. Management wake up!!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. The lobby and Sky lounge are very nice but I was most concerned about the quality of the room. I am happy to report the room was clean. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: there are updates needed in the rooms - mine had a scratched and yellow looking toilet seat although the toilet was pure white and there were marks on the bathroom door. The room is pretty small compared to other rooms I've stayed in but it felt cozy. My room was right outside a parking lot and I could hear car alarms going off and folks could see right into the room if blinds were up. There was also construction going on Sunday morning!! WTH? But overall not my worst stay. Most importantly the bed and sheets looked and felt clean. It kind of felt like sleeping in your grandparents' den. Cozy but old furniture ( the desk, chair and desk lamp were likely antiques). But again I think that's the decor they were going for and it was clean and cozy so I'd likely stay here again.

Yelp
Front desk was super courteous but my room is subpar. Dirty sheets and old ceiling. Dust and debris fell when I closed the door. Room could use some attention to detail. Paint marks on the curtains, peeling and stains. I may check out in the morning and stay elsewhere.

Yelp
A hotel in desperate need of updates. I stay at a ton of Marriott hotels, and I've come to realize that "Autograph Collection" means dated, boutique hotel with low standards. This place has a great lobby. Fine restaurant. And passable roof bar.... but the rooms are rough, and need a lot of help: Small, cramped, and dank (a feeling of wetness and humidity pervades.) I've stayed here 2 times at this point and won't stay a third... it's not worth the money, the frustration, or the time. Room service is a total bust... called at 10 pm, when hours are posted to 11, no one picks up. Multiple calls and apologies from front desk, but nothing. I expect better from Marriott.

Yelp
An all around fantastic place in the heart of Atlanta . Room was charming and spotless ,noise level was very low ( we were 4th floor street side) . Cherry and Brandon at the front desk were all about making sure you had a great stay ! When we are back in town this will be our only choice to stay .

Yelp
A fine hotel, some neat perks like a welcome drink, but the actual rooms and building feel old. It is nice that it is nearby the Arena and stadiums though, so I would highly recommend it as a basic choice for events there. I got a good rate and it was around $250 for one night.

Yelp
The Glenn Hotel was lovely, the lounge and whatnot were very nice. Our room was quite small but serviceable. We were very surprised that we did not have an in-room fridge. That was a disappointment. We were in town for a concert and afterward as many patrons were returning to the hotel, the elevators decided they no longer liked to operate properly and the stairs were locked to upward traffic. Overall, it was a lovely place and a wonderful location, but the Holiday Inn would have been better - at leas they provide a fridge!

Yelp
This was the "Absolute worst Birthday Ever"!!! I came here for a staycation. Arrived after 11pm, couldn't find adequate parking, was not told about additional options. Was told it's "Standard" to pay $45.00 a night for Valet. The bar was closed, they were not serving food in the Hotel on Sunday. If I knew that, I would not have stayed here!!! The sky lounge was closed, so you are jacked for something to do inside the Hotel. Furthermore they ran out of microwaves, so I have food from Stoney River that cost $15.00 that could not be reheated. Had to keep eating out to have hot food. I spent excess additional money on food and threw away food because their was no way to reheat it!!! The pictures and in-person do not compare. This was the worst experience I have had in my life, plus it was my 45th Birthday!!! I could have stayed home, parked for free, been able to not waste food, money and have a better experience and space at home!!! This place sucks!!! This website less, bate and hook. The website says breakfast etc and half the Shit other isn't true. My bedroom is bigger at home than the entire room period. Read the Reviews and go get you a Motel 6 & save $$$ The Birthday weekend was ruined!!!

Yelp
Soooo the Good ole Glenn restaurant. Valentines night and my husband and I are seated for dinner on this quiet Valentines night! As we sit here for over 10 minutes and NO ONE has come to serve us! We have to address the attention to the host in order to be served!! Where is the communication between host and servers??? Get it together Glenn!!!!
