Fun for kids and the whole family. We went here with my 2-year-old son and he enjoyed playing in the soft play area as well as the arcade games. We will come back again soon. I would also like to raise concern about the floor area in front of the soft play entrance, the floor is too slippery and I slipped on the floor while trying to get my shoes. Kindly address this issue due to safety hazards. I even see lots of kids running and deliberately sliding and playing on this floor.

Glitch is a great place to celebrate kids’ birthdays! 🎉 I recently attended my friend’s child’s birthday party here and it was full of fun and excitement. They had lots of games and activities for the children, including a really entertaining Squid Game challenge, along with dance sessions that kept everyone engaged. The staff were very supportive and made sure the kids had a safe and enjoyable time. Perfect spot for kids to have fun and parents to relax. Highly recommended for birthday celebrations!

We just visited Glitch Arabia yesterday with my 10-year-old son and we had so much fun! The activities were entertaining and enjoyable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Sushma for her outstanding care and attention to the children, that helped me as a parent. I highly recommend Glitch Arabia for a fun experience for both kids and adults!

This is a newly opened entertainment outlet at Al Ghurair Centre. While the prices are on the higher side, the overall experience is enjoyable. The laser tag arena is particularly engaging, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding to the positive vibe.

Absolutely brilliant place and team! We booked this place for our daughter's 7th birthday and we were thrilled (as was she)! After searching the whole of Dubai and visiting countless play areas and kids activities, we were losing hope. All of them end up being similar, boring, expensive and limited where staff are not friendly, nevermind kid friendly. Then we met Shaubham at Glitch. He is amazing with kids and the tour alone with his way and friendliness as well as professionalism sold us on the spot. He looked after us well and showed us around even letting our daughter have free playtime. His energy and enthusiasm is hard to find. He explained everything and kept in touch with us from the moment of booking, which isn't so common anymore. The big day was full of fun and excitement for the kids and adults were well looked after too. The whole team at Glitch are friendly and professional but Shaubham went the extra mile. He made sure each and every child was cared for, doing something they truly enjoyed, even kids with special needs within our party. Every attention to detail was perfect and the room setup was amazing. From VR to soft play, climbing walls, a zip line, bowling, air hockey, arcades, obstacle courses for younger and older kids and so much more - I couldn't recommend this place enough. If it wasn't for Shaubham we may not have booked, and I will be recommending him and Glitch to everyone with kids. A fantastic day and amazing venue with something for everyone! THANK YOU Glitch Arabia, for making my son’s 7th birthday one to remember! From our grand entrance welcomed and greeted by a stunning balloon arch themed with his favorite game Roblox and his favorite dance track Soda Pop on the red carpet to 6 hours of nonstop fun, everything was truly unforgettable! We enjoyed full access to all activities and attractions. Laser Tag duels, VR world adventures, Arcade madness, Zip Line thrills, Slides, Cloud Climbing, Ropes Course challenges and Soft Play. The adults had a blast too, playing games, billiards and bowling. Every moment was a glitchin’ good time! The VIP package was absolutely worth it! Special thanks to Mr. Samuel from the Sales & Events team for offering such an amazing package. To Shubham and his crew for coordinating everything and making sure the event went smoothly and a big shout out to our awesome hosts, Chad&Andy, who kept the kids entertained and glued to activities. It was the best celebration we could imagine and we’re so thankful to the entire team for giving my son the happiest 7th birthday ever!

Just had my son’s 9th birthday party there . We chose a Minecraft theme and they helped me customise our package. I was so hesitant at first as any parent would be . We received Shubham as our organiser and he didn’t fail to deliver in all aspects. From when we parked all the way till we left , the entire glitch team showed all 23 kids a spectacular experience. We opted for the laser tag , obstacle course and arcade package and it was perfect ! Thank you so much .

We celebrated my son Rayman's birthday at Glitch last Friday , and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience ! Everything was handled with such professionalism and care. The venue itself is fantastic; clean, vibrant, and full of exciting activities that kept the kids entertained throughout. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and the services provided. It felt like great value for money, especially with how smooth and fun everything turned out to be. A huge shoutout and special thanks to Cean and Cristine, who truly went above and beyond to make the party special. Their energy, enthusiasm, and attention to the kids were amazing, they kept everyone engaged and having fun the entire time. Rayman and his friends are still talking about it, and the parents were really impressed. Thank you, Glitch, for making this a birthday to remember. We’ll definitely be back for future celebrations.
