We celebrated my son’s 9th birthday at Glitch Arabia, and even though we were only there for a few hours, he still said it was the best birthday ever. He even tried activities he’s usually scared of — especially anything involving heights — and it was amazing to see him enjoy and be brave for the first time. I also loved how convenient the place was for us parents. Since Glitch is right next to the food court, feeding the kids (and the adults!) was super easy. You can bring in outside food without any extra fees or hassle, which made the whole setup so much smoother. A huge shoutout to Cean, who went above and beyond with the décor. I’m extremely particular about colors and details, and he made sure everything I asked for was available and perfectly matched. And Shibam took such good care of the kids, organized, patient, and on top of everything, which really let me relax and enjoy the moment. If you’re planning a fun, smooth, and memorable birthday celebration, I genuinely recommend Glitch Arabia. They made a short few hours feel like a truly special day for my son, and an easy one for me! 🎉

We celebrated my son’s 7th birthday here, and it was honestly the best decision we could have made. All our guests—both kids and parents—had an amazing time. There are games for everyone, so no one gets bored. The kids’ food was McDonald’s, which they all loved, and we were able to bring in our own catering for the parents, which was very convenient. Shubham was fantastic—he was our host, coordinator, and event planner all in one. He helped with every request, answered all our questions, and took care of every little detail, making the whole experience completely stress-free. It was fun and memorable for all ages. Highly recommended!

Great venue for team bonding and activities with friends. All staff are friendly and helpful.. Angelo, Ronnel, Marbelo and Rich Anne have always been awesome! They take care of us everytime we play here. Highly recommended place!

We celebrated our son - Nihit’s 5th birthday in Glitch Arabia Al Ghurair center on 9th Jan 2026 & that was my best decision ever in choosing this venue as kids enjoyed the games so much and my each & every guest had so much fun .. my party was super hit & for that a very big thank you to Shubham their event manager he was constantly in touch regarding party arrangements since the time I decided to book with them & he was fabulous with kids he handled their tantrums, request & demands with such ease & so much cheer with his jolly nature.. a thank you Shubham for taking care of minute details of our party & even helping in last minute request for disposables & other small arrangements..!!
