I can not get over this salon! Friendliest staff, not too pushy and not too annoying. Products are so top quality and staff are very gentle with scalp and hair. Really fair prices for quality of what you leave with. Always offering water/coffee. Great team dynamic. Highly recommend for all tourist and locals.

The photos truly speak for themselves. Keratin treatment by Yoni has me walking differently - in the best way 😂 friends and family prepare to be sick of me swishing my hair. Only problem is I'm going to have to come back to Bali on a 6 monthly basis now.

You can tell he is super passionate about what he does and, on top of that, we had such a laugh together. Here’s hoping we can meet again :)

The worst salon experience of my life. I booked an appointment for balayage with Vika. Initially I tried to book with Yuni because of all of his good reviews but he was on holiday at the time so they suggested I book with Vika, a “senior stylist.” Having my hair done by Vika was the worst mistake I have made in my life, she completely destroyed my hair. A week prior to my appointment I messaged Vika on Instagram, I showed her my hair and gave her my inspo pics just to make sure that my expectations for this appointment were realistic. She assured me that we could achieve the color/balayage that I desired. Upon arrival at the salon we had another consultation and went over the plan once again. I wanted a darker, brunette balayage. Since I am a natural brunette, I was tired of bleaching my hair for a blonde balayage. So I wanted a darker balayage, keeping my natural color as a base with more honey, light brown highlights. I suggested a warmer color as a transition between my natural color and the highlights. We agreed on a plan and everything seemed to be fine. Vika started by bleaching and creating the highlights but then she colored my whole head a horrible red color. Once the dye was removed and she began drying, I saw that my whole hair was bright red and there were no highlights at all. This was nothing like we agreed. Vika panicked and put color remover on my hair - this is what completely damaged and ruined my hair. Once she washed out the color remover I felt the texture of my hair, I never felt my hair like this. It was so dry and dead and dull. I was crying, sobbing. I worked so hard for years to keep my hair healthy and just like that, it was all completely ruined. My hair was multiple shared of red, blonde and orange. It was also completely dry and permanently damaged. This was one of the worst days of my life, I cried for hours and hours. The salon offered some repair treatments but at that point the damage had already been done, it was irreparable. The following day I went to another salon and they did a color correction but my hair is still permanently damaged. Due to Vikas mistakes, I ended up with a completely different color than I wanted. it will take years to get my hair back to a healthy state. This was the worst salon experience and I don’t recommend it at all. On a more positive note, I also had nails, pedicure, wax and lashes done which were all done well. The salon handled the situation somewhat well, they didn’t charge me for the hair service and offered 20% off the rest of the treatments. At the end of the day, I didn’t care about money. I just wanted my hair back.

Yoni was amazing! He gave great colour advice to freshen up my hair and change tone. Fresh haircut and kept me informed the whole way through. Quick and easy to book through WhatsApp, modern and clean location with Chic vibe. BF had a sports massage while I was there. Love it and thanks Yoni and team!

I got a keratin treatment at Glo Day Spa done by Yoni and I’m so incredibly happy with how it turned out. It’s been a few days now and I love my hair! My hair has been through it as I was blonde for a year but Yoni saved my hair, I am so grateful. Will be coming back here in the future for sure!!!

First time visiting Glo Day Spa, yet it was one of the best decisions I made here in Bali. Yoni and his assistant did such a good job in providing the keratine treatment. I will come and visit again next time! 100/10 💯
