I can’t recommend Glo enough! They looked after myself, my bridesmaids, my mum, and my mother-in-law on my wedding day in Bali, and everything was absolutely perfect. A special mention to Kelly and Scott—not only were they professional and incredible at what they do, but they were so warm and friendly that it honestly felt like having mates with us while we were getting ready. They made the whole experience relaxed, fun and stress-free. I booked at Glo Day Spa after checking out their reviews and I’m so glad I did! They were super fast and professional when I messaged them on WhatsApp —always quick to respond whenever I had questions. I was honestly a bit nervous at first because I had a bad salon experience last year in a diff salon, but this was completely different. The senior stylist director did my hair and he was amazing. He took the time to ask exactly what I wanted, explained every step, and made sure I was okay with it before doing anything. I really trusted him, and he nailed the blonde I wanted — super smooth, natural, and not brassy at all (which is hard with Asian hair in one session!). I also got my eyebrows threaded and the girl who did it was so detailed and professional. They even took me into a room with LED lights to check everything — I’ve never seen that before and it made the whole thing feel super clean and precise. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Overall, such a good experience. I’d definitely come back!

I had the pleasure of having my hair coloured by the wonderful Vika who made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. My expectations were completely exceeded and I am in love with my new hair. I couldn’t recommend this salon highly enough! Thank you so much !!

Yoni Herijanto is literally the best hairdresser I've ever had my hair done by. I have no idea how he managed to take my hair to the blonde colour it is, from the dark brown/slightly reddish colour it was, in ONE sitting. The whole team at Glo was amazing, kind and got me in the same day I asked about an appointment, despite being fully booked. They gave me a shoulder massage while my hair was setting and hot tea the whole way through. Everyone was so nice and Yoni is an absolute professional with hair. He did a technique I've never heard of called airtouch balayage.. and wow, it's amazing. He took my hair from stressed, breaking and oily, to healthy, shiny and beautiful honey blonde. BEST EVER! I'd literally fly back to Bali just to get my hair done by Yoni again. Come here and you'll leave with amazing, healthy hair!!! 🥰 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Edit: I got in touch with the salon again after my experience and no effort was made to resolve the issue. And no answers to my email anymore either. - The story of how I paid 400$ for something I didn’t ask for, that turned out horrible. The results speak for themselves. Came in the salon and asked for „bronde“ (brown/ blonde) and to make my natural dark blonde color pop more. Walked out looking like a Barbie with bright blonde hair. After washing it once it’s yellow, dry, the cut is uneven and my hair is more damaged than it was when I walked in the salon. It looked “okay” at the salon when he was done. Still absolutely not what I asked for and way too bright. But after washing it it’s now yellow and frizzy? Im so disappointed. I had beautiful hair when I walked in the salon. My inspo pictures got completely ignored obviously.

The salon here is very friendly and highly skilled at perms. You have a consultation with your stylist beforehand and they give you detailed explanations and advice. Yoni the stylist is a great stylist and I will be back here again. Thank you so much.

Had a wonderful experience yesterday at Glo spa and can highly recommend. The attention to detail, precision and flawless finish to my colour was beyond what I have experienced in Australia. My son also had a haircut, pedi and mani and had a fabulous time. The facial was also thoroughly enjoyable and left my skin feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommend

Great service, very friendly and kind staff, I was taken care of throughout the whole service and it was a very inviting and welcoming environment Yoni did my hair colouring and he was so amazing and friendly throughout it all, constantly consulting me throughout and asking for my input throughout the process. 10/10
