I booked at Glo Day Spa after checking out their reviews and I’m so glad I did! They were super fast and professional when I messaged them on WhatsApp —always quick to respond whenever I had questions. I was honestly a bit nervous at first because I had a bad salon experience last year in a diff salon, but this was completely different. The senior stylist director did my hair and he was amazing. He took the time to ask exactly what I wanted, explained every step, and made sure I was okay with it before doing anything. I really trusted him, and he nailed the blonde I wanted — super smooth, natural, and not brassy at all (which is hard with Asian hair in one session!). I also got my eyebrows threaded and the girl who did it was so detailed and professional. They even took me into a room with LED lights to check everything — I’ve never seen that before and it made the whole thing feel super clean and precise. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Overall, such a good experience. I’d definitely come back!

I can’t recommend Glo enough! They looked after myself, my bridesmaids, my mum, and my mother-in-law on my wedding day in Bali, and everything was absolutely perfect. A special mention to Kelly and Scott—not only were they professional and incredible at what they do, but they were so warm and friendly that it honestly felt like having mates with us while we were getting ready. They made the whole experience relaxed, fun and stress-free. I highly recommend this place. I had the best care and the staff are amazing. My hair dresser Yoni did a great job! I had to catch a flight the same day and had limited time. He worked so fast, and the outcome was amazing!

Thanks to Yoni for his honesty, good nature and staying true to his craft. Very honest colorist who won’t sacrifice your hair for money. I came in for help after a different salon damaged my hair. He didn’t just take the business but encouraged me to wait for more growth, to achieve what I want in the best way possible. I appreciate and respect that. Looking forward to come back in December.

Yoni Herijanto is literally the best hairdresser I've ever had my hair done by. I have no idea how he managed to take my hair to the blonde colour it is, from the dark brown/slightly reddish colour it was, in ONE sitting. The whole team at Glo was amazing, kind and got me in the same day I asked about an appointment, despite being fully booked. They gave me a shoulder massage while my hair was setting and hot tea the whole way through. Everyone was so nice and Yoni is an absolute professional with hair. He did a technique I've never heard of called airtouch balayage.. and wow, it's amazing. He took my hair from stressed, breaking and oily, to healthy, shiny and beautiful honey blonde. BEST EVER! I'd literally fly back to Bali just to get my hair done by Yoni again. Come here and you'll leave with amazing, healthy hair!!! 🥰 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I came in for hair extensions and color, and the results are absolutely stunning. The team was warm, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I even enjoyed a 60-minute foot massage while having my hair done — such a thoughtful and relaxing touch! Everyone was incredibly flexible and attentive (maybe I was just lucky, but it felt like perfect timing!). The quality of their work is outstanding — you can really tell they care about every detail. It is a little on the pricey side, but honestly, the service and results are completely worth it. Thank you to the whole team for the amazing care and beautiful work! 💇‍♀️💆‍♀️✨

Great service, very friendly and kind staff, I was taken care of throughout the whole service and it was a very inviting and welcoming environment Yoni did my hair colouring and he was so amazing and friendly throughout it all, constantly consulting me throughout and asking for my input throughout the process. 10/10
