Global Citizen

I'm writing you cause I've been to the Global Citizen Festival in NYC on the 23th of september, from Italy, and I'm really disappointed on the organization of the event. We arrived in the afternoon during the Jung Kook concert. Under the pouring rain we reached half of the geneal admission area surpised to see the division that was not signaled in all the info about the concert and on the map of the event. After Kook's concert end almost all of the people in the front stage area went away cause not interested maybe in the next singers leaving our area full of people really far away from the stage, while under the stage it was embty. I've never experienced such a bad organization, we and many others asked to the security if there was going to be a opening to fill the front area and nobody knows anything. At the end so we watched all the concert from far away on the side screen and under the rain. The worst event in my entire life, and we've come from Italy to watch it. Would never participate in another event organized by Global Citizen
