Great place to stay if you want to be near the international airport. Rooms are clean, beds are soft, bathrooms are very clean. My issue is that I left at 5:00 am to the airport which is 5 min away and the airport shuttle starts after 7 pm. No breakfast or coffee prior to 6 am. It would have been very nice if i was told that there are reputable taxi drivers waiting outside the lobby and I would have use them rather than asking someone to recommend a trusted taxi driver and paying double.

The hotel exceeded our expectations . We really enjoyed the warm and friendly ambiance. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool with our baby. The food is also delicious.

I travel a lot for business including five star hotels around the world. The service at the hotel for a western traveler is exceptional. They are kind and helpful and will help and facilitate to travel. It really doesn't get much better than this than the service people.

Stayed for two days before flying out of the airport. $10 taxi to the airport, great massages, small gym available

Installations look great, the bird cage in front of the hotel with a dozen big parrots and tucanes in it does not. A room for $100 does give you a dripping AC, one bar of Wifi so you get disconnected every minute, no fridge, no coffee maker, lipstick on the provided glasses in the room, no breakfast included and no dispenser for filtered water anywhere to find. The woman at check in was very friendly, the lady at check out seemed to be bothered making her work. The pool could be cleaner. There might be better options around. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has a 5 star rating. You’ll find better service and amenities in 3 star hotels.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was deeply disappointed by the service. The staff had an apathetic demeanor and served with a noticeable sense of disdain (namely the guy serving coffee at the breakfast who didn't have tact to ask for our room number). Except the gentleman at the reception, it felt as though the workers were indifferent to the guests and uninterested in providing a pleasant experience. The lack of warmth and hospitality was evident throughout my stay, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and comfortable environment.
