I made a booking online & paid the full amount.. <10mins after booking - I receive a call (from reception) - informing me that they wanted me to pay another $100 (on top of the listed price).. after speaking to my partner we decided to just request a refund - due to the fact that the extra $100 deposit would mean we’d be wasting money that we would rather not spend whilst saving for our family plans… But this is what done it for me - to be typing this, was - not only were we refused a refund; we were also told that we had a time-window of only 12 MINUTES - by the receptionist (from the Globe hotel) to organise the second payment in order to not forfeit our first payment... what a joke. After stressing about this & organising the $100 - the manager called me & cancelled our booking & said we would receive our refund when the bank transfers the money. I would rather sleep anywhere than be spoken to in such a way

The apartment was clean, spacious and quite impressive. Nothing appeared to be overlooked from laundry detergent to tea and coffee to can openers. The location was brilliant. BUT, the building is old and the creaking floor would have you think a herd of elephants had hired the room above. This is a problem if that herd likes late nights. I also had an issue with staff communication but I now have been contacted by the owner and the issue has been rectified, and a promise made that he will improve their training.

I stay here as well as the club motel on a regular basis as im permanently working down here. As for the Globe, .. my stays there have been great , cannot say enough good about it . After a hard week on the road , coming back to a well equipped unit .comfortable beds ,Warm and cosy. Top quality appliances throughout.ie washer, dryer full kitchen dining room equipped with high quality appliances. Everything you need. The people running these two motels are lovely, cannot do enough for me . Helpful all the time. Looking forward to bringing my family down for a stay in future when Ive got holidays

Very bad; we have sent an email to the hotel for a request to cancel because my family member has a severe illness, and we have already canceled the whole trip. We sent an email before starting our journey late of July but the hotel still can't accept to cancel our booking.

A bit pricey, the units are old. There’s nothing in the kitchen at all. However I did enjoy the washing machine and dryer. We stayed in apartment one and you could hear the people walking above us. Love that you get 10% off at cafe jardin and sushi

Our family of 3 adults stayed for 2 nights on Unit 2. The apartments are conveniently located one block back from the main St.|The bedrooms were spacious enough. The beds comfortable and the shower hot. The kitchen is well equipped with a good size fridge. The bathroom was quite small, but certainly adequate for our needs. We didn't have a car, but there is a gated carport out the back. There is slso an undercover BBQ area. I would certainly stay there again.

From the Gold Coast Qld, we recently stayed 3 nights for our Daughters Match-Out parade at Kapooka. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Gorgeous quaint and homely, clean and comfortable apartment. Everything supplied for a longer stay. Excellent friendly customer service from Keeley and her team, always only a phone call away! Thanks again Keeley for rearranging our booking. Our family now has a wonderful memory of our Daughters special day, our welcoming stay at the Globe apartments and Wagga Wagga overall. If we are ever down that way again, we will definitely be booking with you. For anyone reading this review you will love this place! ❤️

We stayed in Apartment #2 (2 bedroom) for our son’s Kapooka March out. |The location is great - just one street back from the main street. We pretty much parked the car (in the secured parking lot) and walked everywhere. |Lauren was really helpful with our booking and responded quickly to my many emails. |Check in was at another location but very friendly and quick. |The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us (queen bed in one room, 2x singles in the other). |Kitchen was well equipped with a decent size fridge - although we ate out most meals. |The bathroom is small and doubles as a laundry. It was ok but not flash. |My only complaints would be:|1. There is only one couch and a very uncomfortable (although stylish looking) red chair in the lounge room. When our recruit was visiting, one of us ended up sitting on the floor. There are extra chairs in the kitchen but nothing to relax on. I noticed a previous review stated the same thing. A second couch (would fit against the closed-in fireplace) would be really beneficial. | 2. Please, please either install ceiling fans or at least have a pedestal fan available. Our guest in the second bedroom said he nearly cooked overnight. It wasn’t that hot the weekend we were there - in fact it poured but the apartment was a little stuffy. There is aircon in the lounge and master bedroom but fans would be great. |3. We couldn’t find the switch for the exterior lights (entry from carpark and side courtyard) and so didn’t sleep well. Apologies if there’s an obvious switch but we couldn’t find it. |There’s a large outdoor bbq area that is undercover that would be suitable for groups but we didn’t use it. |The apartments are well priced and very clean. We would stay here again.
