The shop is beautiful, spacious, well organised, has a wide variety of products, and the two professionals who served me spoke English, which made it easier for me, as I am still learning German. The service was excellent, I felt very comfortable and took the time I needed to choose and leave satisfied. Congratulations to the team. 22/12/25- Unfortunately, when I picked up the product to use it, I noticed that it has a manufacturing defect or that the quality of the finish is not what I expected for the price I paid for it. That's why I took away the 5 stars and gave only 2.

Expensive but good value for money. For all outdoor fans, this is the spot to get your clothing and gear. Kids sizes are also available. The hidden gem is the bike (work)shop in the basement, which does repairs if you are lucky enough to get a spot in their busy schedule.

Great atmosphere and lots of choices but they didn’t have many Gore-Tex products. I loved however the many souvenirs and gadgets well displayed from the many places around the world

The staff member working in the Fjällräven section on the ground floor – I believe his name was Laurients, though I’m not entirely sure – was excellent. He answered all my questions thoroughly and fulfilled my requests professionally and quickly, allowing me to finish up and leave efficiently. Similarly, the team at the checkout was friendly and professional. My favorite Globetrotter store in Germany is definitely the one in Stuttgart. Best regards.

The globetrotter team wears green shirts to identify themselves. You can walk right up, tell them what activity you are shopping for and they will walk you around, make recommendations and even determine the right size/fit for gear if you are unsure.

Vast showroom and extensive collection. An alpine dream for the restless legs. Every conceivable outdoor product for all budgets. Must visit. Be ready to spend a couple of hours.

Great selection but whoo-ey, the prices are high! The store is multiple stories and has literally anything you need when it comes to outdoor sports. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when it came to checking their online stock as they were out of stuff in their store.

I give this location 3 stars, as in terms of choice of merchandise and having what I need, it has always been more than adequate. Most staff are usually quite helpful and offer to assist you in English if you do not speak German. My complaints pertain to closing time and the atrocious service by the gentleman on the cash register during my last visit. The store closes at 7pm, and even if it is 6.55pm, good luck finding anyone to assist you - the whole atmosphere turns very rushed and it is very clear they want you out ASAP. This is where I had an issue- my last visit I checked out at 7pm, and I guess Pascal wanted to go home. No greeting, no thank you, just attitude from start to finish. In my opinion he was very rude and perhaps would be better placed in a non-customer facing role.

This review is for their travel clinic. They have zero consideration for working women! I got yelled at by the doctor because I arrived at 635, he was in with a patient. There were 2 women already there and one that came after me and he allowed her to stay for same shot! Local German of course. He said I have to come earlier. I said I work and don't have luxury of leaving when I want. He didn't care. He said he would already have to be here til 8pm because of the other 3 women one who arrived after me! I told him he knows what he has to do, one shot which only take a minute. He said no come back on Monday even though he's the one who said I had to keep the dates of a series of 4 vaccines. He has no business being in any type of medical profession. I can't believe what a terrible person this man is. He was more concerned with his time than providing medical service. I will try to report him for denying me a vaccine because I didn't show up at whatever time he thought was good even though they close at 7pm and I was there by 635pn. Sadly this is more re of the schwabian hatred towards Americans we experience in so many of the stores, doctors offices and restaurants. So many other parts of Germany don't act like this.
