Lovely hotel, excellent warm and welcoming service. Rooms of good standard and breakfast is varied and plentiful. Location is perfect for the old city sites and we really enjoyed the Christmas vibes all around. WI-FI good and although limited there is parking. Definitely plan on returning.

Very disappointed have been traveling for about a week now. Got here, it says that the hotel has air conditioning. The humidity here is crazy. I haven't been able to sleep more than a couple hours a night since I got here. They will not turn on the air conditioning. I've asked for a fan anything to help cool off the room they just simply treat you like your stupid for kneading it to cool down. Tell you to open your window which I have tried to do. It's just to much heat and humidity I have a hard time sleeping, and there's about 20 people. In the group with most of them have said that they need the air conditioners. I can't sleep and they will not turn on their conditioning. Very disappointed in the service, if you're not going to offer air conditioning, then don't have us pay for it. It's not like I'm asking for something that I didn't pay for the website, says. It has air conditioning. The room has air conditioning controls that they have locked out. They just won't allow us to use it. And no help finding a solution will not stay here again unless something gets fixed. And we try to solve the problem. And treat us like we paid for a service that they advertised and not treat us like were inconveniencing them because we asked for it.

What an absolute delight! The staff truly have servants hearts....looking out for your every need! The food was so fresh, so yummy!!! And what an amazing location...a perfect stay in the Old City of Jerusalem! We could easily walk to everything, and we loved the hustle and bustle of "life". We happened to be there to witness the Shavuot holiday which added so much! Thank you, dear Gloria Hotel, for an unforgettable stay!

Wonderful hotel inside the wall of the Old City (by Jaffa Gate). The perfect balance of modern conveniences in an authentic and charming, family-run hotel. Super convenient to everything - sites, restaurants, shopping - and the owners and employees went out of their way to make us feel at home. Excellent breakfast, convenient lounge, great views from the room, fast wi-fi, and very comfortable and clean accommodations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Jerusalem, especially if you are planning to spend time in the Old City.

This place is beautiful. The staff are rude. Very uncomfortable feeling with staff. One freaked out because I got coffee at 6:25am and the breakfast opens at 6:30am. Very unpleasant people. Another creepy staff member sang to a girl as she shut her door to her room. The buses are near by so that's great. Great location and a beautiful building full of history and art. The rooms ac went out 5 of the 12 days we stayed. The David Hallelujah nights is loud every night but a really cool show to see and not far at all.

We loved this hotel. We spent two weeks in Israel and one of our biggest regrets was only staying here one night! It was beautiful, clean, and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room had a great view of the Old City wall. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was convenient. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a terrific stay in the Gloria Hotel. I cannot think of a better location for exploring the Old City - there is no substitute for being within the city walls. Staff were very attentive, the rooms were spotless, and it has one of the best breakfasts in the city. You can enjoy all the amenities of a world class hotel in a beautiful structure that evokes the history of your surroundings. From our room we also enjoyed a great view of the Old City walls and Jerusalem beyond.

Staff rude won't turn on the AC not appreciating the lack of AC or that they aren't willing to turn on instead they tell us to just open a window isn't cutting it.
