We went for Christmas dinner and loved it! Our server was sweet, the kids enjoyed chef’s kid options, and our older two were adventurous! The bar special Manhattan was a hit with my hubby. Make reservations if you will be in town! Tiramisu was exceptional.

Google
Fine dining done at a high level. It’s a nice intimate venue with very limited space. We had an 8pm reservation and the place was very busy. The entire wait team was on top of their game. Our head waitress was very attentive and took time to go over the entire menu to cover any concerns. We enjoyed a Cesar salad and I ordered the bison as my main course. The meal was bookended with a delicious and perfectly sized dessert.

Google
very nice place, came with friends on their recommendation. service was at a high level, we were served by Doma, very nice and kind waitress. all dishes were delicious, an acquired taste. Recommend that place!

Google
So good! We had a lovely dinner here. Service was excellent from start to finish. We ordered drinks from the extensive beer, wine, and cocktail menu. My husband and I both ordered the Idaho Red Trout, served with potatoes and asparagus and a lovely lemon burre Blanc. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked, and the entire dish was packed with flavor. We split the Chocolate Budino for dessert, so delicious! Perfect dinner!

Google
Our only regret is not making reservations! But that's OK - they sat us immediately outside and it was a cute area with people watching. All of the pasta dishes were hand made and were lighter with smaller (normal, really) portions - so, so perfect! Pasta dishes are Tagliatelle (black pepper light cream sauce and truffle oil) and Fustille Gigante (spicy pork sausage and vodka sauce - wasn't spicy to me but I'm from Texas). The trout was fantastic and the asparagus was great. Average of each dish was $30. Desert . . . Tiramisu (said to be the best ever had), polenta olive oil cake (lemon and blue berry, GF) and vanilla bean Panna cotta. All made in house and very good! Deserts were $10-$14. Our server was top notch as well.

Google
Very dissapointed. Have never ate at an Italian restaurant that couldn’t accommodate no seed oils / pre-made in such cheap oil blends (“Soybean oil is used to make renewable diesel, a fuel that's chemically identical to petroleum diesel, lubricate machinery, clean tires”). We said olive oil or butter only, but everything they do is premade in soybean oil mix (basically poison). The best they could offer us was spaghetti with butter, to which we asked for him to literally put anything in, mushrooms/ lemon/ anything. Even tried ordering the fish, which should be fresh? Nope - Premixed with this cheap oil blend. Everything is apparently. Even their pomodoro or their “light lemon and wine pasta." It’s premade sauces. They serve us noodles and butter. The worst part is the chef didnt even make some kind of substitute (I know their kitchen has cheese and pepper you could’ve just done that or thrown an egg on top like their other dishes). Or put a lemon on it or veggies. Zero effort. And this was at 9:15 p.m. when the restaurant was quieter. It was almost like a joke that that was sent out versus coming to talk to us. Anyway, no quality Italian does cheap oils, but not giving them the star for that, but how they handled it. We eat all around the world and have never been not accommodated. You would think a high-end Italian restaurant would have pure olive oil and not fake blends, but nope. Anyways, beware. EDITED: Pls see photo for alternatives offered. It is a joke.

Google
Food is great. Atmosphere sucks. We walked into a dimmed diner blaring Elvis during the dinner. Hardly any lights in an attempt to make it more intimate but that's as far as they took the effort. You are greeted by a closet-sized coat room / check-in which opens to the dining area which also shares the bar and kitchen (like a 50's diner). $30-$40 for a pasta plate, which was delicious, but hard to really enjoy over "Hound Dog" blasting at 10k decibels.

Joel Stratton

Google
Very overrated for subpar food and service. For a 27 dollar plate of store bought pasta you would hope at least the flavor wouldn't disappoint but that too wasn't great. My wife and I also made sure to make a reservation and the bar seating was only available. Which was fine except throughout our stay there were empty tables surrounding us.

Jenn W.

Yelp
My daughter and I had a lovely dinner at Glorietta recently. We started with the Crostini appetizer, along with a bottle of wine. We loved the ricotta & truffle honey that were covering the crisp crostini. For our entrees, I chose the pappardelle, which has a white wine & lemon sauce. My daughter had the fusilli, which she loved. She's a big fan of vodka sauces & said this one was amazing. All in all, a great experience!

Michael A.

Yelp
Unorganized situation. Told by door crew we could stand out of the way & have drinks. Stools were shortly opening up. While. Standing server with her arms full of food comes by to question why we were there & how did we get past door people. We explained we had spoken to them. She couldn't seem to wrap her head around this , asked us two more times & then made a face while expressing her displeasure. We left. Here to visit family who work and live in JH. Not for us I guess, we like people to be happy to see us

Lynn T.

Yelp
First I would like to say thank you Glorietta for the amazing hospitality and serving us. Food was really good. Pasta texture was perfect, you could taste the wood grill for the trout dish which was delicious (probably some of the best asparagus I've ever had), and thank you to the bartender for suggesting the polenta olive oil cake. The dessert was my favorite dish, not too sweet and a great mix of flavors!

Jacob S.

Yelp
We were fortunate enough to get a reservation tonight at Glorietta Trattoria tonight. What an amazing experience. The food was stunning and cooked to perfection. Our server,Annabelle, was attentive and made the overall experience superb. This is one of the best dining experiences we've had in Jackson. The menu is incredible and well designed. There is attention to detail at every level. As one who spent years in the food services industry, I can appreciate the little things that amazing chefs and staff do to make the experience special.

Angie E.

Yelp
My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner. We made reservations at the bar because that was the only available slot online. However when we got there and throughout our dinner there was plenty of tables available. The prices were very high for the amount of food/drinks you get. The menu was hard to read and the staff wasn't particularly friendly or inviting. Not too sure what the hype is and probably won't return.

Alex M.

Yelp
I always enjoy the cuisine and cocktails at Glorietta although prices have gone up significantly in the past 3 years. Figure in $150 per person including alcohol and tip I was quite shocked to discover that the corkage fee is now an astronomical $50! Never seen it that high anywhere.

Yelp
TLDR: One of my favorite spots in Jackson! Really delicious food and my pasta was INCREDIBLE. Service was quick and upscale. Only thing is that the restaurant didn't feel cozy in the winter -- I kept my big coat on since we were seated by the door and a gust of wind could come in at any moment. ------ FOOD: 1. [MUST TRY] Cassarecci (5/5) - The best pasta dish I've had in Jackson. The pasta itself is cooked perfectly, and this dish comes with delicious bits of sausage and kale to balance out the carbs from the pasta. The sage and ricotta weren't overpowering flavors and they complemented the dish nicely. I can't believe I forgot to take a picture of it! 2. Prime NY Strip (5/5) - I don't even like steak but this medium rare steak was done beautifully. Not too tough, great balance of lean mean and fat, and the truffle butter was a great touch. I loved this. 3. Braised Winter Greens (5/5) - So much flavor, a fantastic side. Get this and thank me later. 4. Meatballs (5/5) - Delicious meatballs where you can tell they use high quality meat. Very well seasoned. 5. Sturgeon (4/5) - The real star of this dish was the sauce and the beans, which soaked up all the flavor from the dish and just felt hearty and nourishing. The fish was tender but had a bit of a fishy taste which is why it wasn't a 5/5. 6. Classic Caesar (4/5) - Huge portion size. A little heavier on the dressing so beware if you're not a big dressing person. Delicious homemade croutons that are really crunchy. 7. Giardiniera & Olives (4/5) - Great appetizer to open the palette We also got the butternut squash soup, burrata, and citrus salad, but I didn't personally try them so I haven't rated them. That being said, those individuals cleared their plates so I'm sur they were good as well! The marinated citrus salad was a small portion size. ------ SERVICE: * I thought service was good and the appetizers came out quickly. Main courses took a little longer and they actually served two of us before the other two's entrees were ready, but that's not an end all be all * They wiped down the table in between apps and entrees, which was a nice touch * At the end they asked us if we wanted dessert and when we passed, they already had the check pre-dessert ready. ------ ENVIRONMENT / AMBIANCE: * It's a cute little restaurant tucked into a side street of Jackson. Parking on the street and in back. * The restaurant is dimly lit so it's a more intimate vibe * My only suggestion would be to turn up the heat so it's cozier inside and so everyone will take off their coats and jackets. That would add a lot to the ambiance!

JJ G.

Yelp
Better than some of the other restaurants in the area. Prices and portions are about average for the area as well. We thought the portions were a little small, but this is a very affluent town and people eat less or they do 2-3 courses. We pretty much just do one main course sometimes an appetizer usually always a salad service was good.

Kellie F.

Yelp
Best meal we have had in Jackson! Memorable food, excellent service and wine all in a quaint setting. The smell of the wood fire grill is charming, make sure you watch them cooking on it! My husband wasn't a big Italian food fan but he changed his opinion after our meal here.

Lida D.

Yelp
Wow!!!! The best meal we had the whole time we were in Jackson Hole, you have to make a reservation but wow the pasta was to die for. We had the Crostini which was good and something I had never had before. We also got a caesar salad to go with our pastas. We ordered family style so we could taste 3 different kinds of pasta. We got the spaghetti, fusilli gigante and the rye cavatelli which were all so flavor and great in a different way. Such a cute vibe as well with a great ambiance. This will be my first stop back when we return!

Rachel A.

Yelp
I was very excited to try this place and booked the reservation for my birthday dinner after reading all the great reviews. The night started off great service at first was fast and then went downhill unfortunately. The whipped ricotta toast, crudo and elk bolognese were the highlights of the night. I do not recommend getting the bison filet it was very very dry my sides also never came with the main and the food ended up getting cold. The waiter was nice and took it off the bill but I still expected more after all the great reviews and I had high hopes as I spent my birthday dinner here and it didn't feel special at all. The donuts were heavy, thick and came with an apple cider vinegar sauce that was sour not sweet I don't recommend. Ratings below; Drinks 6/10 Caesar salad 7/10 (too heavy on dressing but portion size was excellent) Crudo 9/10 (very well balanced and actually good quality fish) Whipped ricotta 10/10 (this was excellent!!!!) Elk bolognese 8.5/10 (pasta tasted fresh very nicely done) Bison filet 2/10 (very very dry not pleasant to eat at all) Donuts 2/10 (very bad I wouldn't order dessert here)

Marissa M.

Yelp
Best dinner we had in Jackson. It was warm and intimidate. We had the meatballs, ricotta crostini and Caesar salad to start. Phenomenal Then we each got a pasta dish. It was just the right portion size. Service was excellent. A definite must go - make your reservation in advance!

Meg M.

Yelp
Cozy atmosphere! Nice seat at the bar facing an open kitchen. Speaking of the bar the friendly bartender makes a selection of cocktails. Tasty food! Many Italian favorites. Great Caesar salad ! The N.Y. Strip was prepared deliciously! Outstanding service! The manager Tyler, from Miami, knows how to bring it!

Alice Z.

Yelp
This is a an amazing dinner spot if you love Italian. Tried the creste de gallo and elk cavatelli for dinner - both really good- flavorful and creamy. Appetizers- eggplant, meatballs, and vegetable salad were all perfect. Server was really enthusiastic and nice. Had a lot of fun overall!

Trey N.

Yelp
Being from NYC, the best compliment I can give is that this place would fit right in with some of the better Italian spots in New York. We were very impressed with the pastas - ordered the vodka fusilli and the elk bolognese cavatelli. The caeser was a huge portion and big enough to split for at least four people.

Ashley C.

Yelp
Cannot sing enough praise. Was in Jackson, WY for five days. First visit to Glorietta was on the day we arrived, and made a second reservation for the last day of the trip right after we finished because we loved it so much. Solid cocktail menu. Pastas were amazing. Grilled items (like the pork chop) were cooked to perfection. Dessert also good!

Peter K.

Yelp
Food was awesome and my server was super friendly and helpful. A small place, but a great ambiance.

Nikki L.

Yelp
Absolutely loved! Still dreaming about that ricotta toast, trout and pastas (truffle, basil and egg one) were amazing. Loved the staff! Salmon crudo was very good and summer salad.

Morgan R.

Yelp
A meal to remember! Our server, Daniel, fit the vibe. He was kind, attentive, just exceptional. He recommended a delicious bottle of wine (Tricerchi brunello) to pair with our pasta. The family style approach worked well - we ordered the crostini app, two salads, and all five pastas for the table. The coolest part? Everyone had different favorites and there wasn't an average dish on the table. Highlights for me were the creste di gallo and rye cavatelli (elk bolognese). I would have snagged a few pics of the pasta, but the food was too appetizing for this hungry bunch. The best way to carb up before a morning hike if you are staying in Jackson Hole.

Bria G.

Yelp
Food is AMAZING!! And I've been to Italy. The pasta was so rich and flavorful. Loved my experience there. However, I unfortunately do not recommend the Reggiano Gin cocktail. If you have a more refined palette than I do, you might like it. Just a lot of different, unique flavors, especially with cracked black pepper on top. This was a risky move for me anyways. I see the vision! I overall highly recommend this restaurant.

Jade K.

Yelp
You're a stranger here but once Glorietta for the win with my first dinner in Jackson Hole. Serving up handmade pasta, fresh ricotta, and a classy vibrant ambiance, what more could you ask for in an upscale Italian trattoria? Here's everything I dined & wined on : 1 Whipped ricotta & truffle honey crostini 2 Yellowtail crudo 3 Spaghetti with a poached farm egg La Miraja Ruche' Di Castagnole Monferrato 2022 Obviously this food was just as good as it looks. It was the smoothest ricotta and the truffle not too much within the honey. The crudo was fresh and as a lemon lover, I was obsessed with the meyer lemon topping. Spaghetti + leeks = my new jammy jam. That plus the egg gave the pasta a luxurious texture. @gloriettajackson is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants in Jackson Hole Save this post for anytime you're in JH and you won't be disappointed! #gloriettatrattoria #usafoodie #jacksonhole #italianfood #jacksonwyoming #spaghettilover

Yelp
OVERVIEW: a group of girls and I were traveling in Wyoming and we saw this restaurant online that got high reviews. Definitely not wrong! We loved our experience here. The service was great and our new server, Bogdan, was fantastic! It was his first day and he gave such great recommendations for our appetizer and wine pairings. The best service we received on our whole trip. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice dinner around town LOCATION: I loved the location as it's not in the main square of Jackson Hole. It did not feel touristy and it was in a great spot. The patio was big and the main room was very spatulas. FOOD: BEST FOOD THE WHOLE TRIP! The pasta was outstanding. If you want something more basic, the vodka pasta was absolutely delicious and had such great flavor. The spaghetti is a fun twist and more like a carbonara with a runny egg on the top. The drinks were fun and creative.

Beargrease S.

Yelp
Our Grand Finale in Jackson! My family enjoyed a 2-week stay in Jackson Hole and based on the great reviews, decided to save Glorietta's for last. We were so incredibly glad we did as out of ALL of the great restaurants in Jackson, Glorietta's was by far and away the best. Our waitress (Victoria?) was fantastic, very attentive, understanding of our two young children and exceeded every expectation. I had the NY Strip, which was honestly one of the best steaks I've ever had. My wife had a salad and one of their many amazing pastas and was not disappointed. The cocktails were also on point - classic whiskey sour and old fashioned that were the best in town. Book well in advance, this place is worth it.

Steve G.

Yelp
Everything was first class. Service, drinks and food quality on point Best Italian food in Jackson Hole Need to go here if your visiting

Liz A.

Yelp
Our favorite spot we ate at in Jackson! The food was incredible - definitely recommend the vodka sauce pasta. Cocktails and drinks were also great and everything was well worth the money. The inside was so cute - was a mixed of modern and a little diner. Very classy and a fun date night. Must make a reservation but so worth it. The staff was so friendly and quick - we loved this place!

Miguel C.

Yelp
This place was absolutely delicious from the drinks to the desserts to the digestives after dessert. We ordered the meatballs as an appetizer. It was pretty good. I ordered the bison steak cooked medium rare, the seasoning and quality the meat was very good. Only thing I would add is if they could include a side with it not just arugula for dessert we had tiramisu which was delicious and a couple macchiatos.

Pierce R.

Yelp
The grass widow drink is an unexpected delight!! Also the first pasta on the menu, I can't remember the name but it's Devine and it has sausage and kale !!

Tiffany P.

Yelp
Ambiance: cozy, warm, inviting (not a stuffy fancy place, more like a cute date spot or a place to catch up with friends) Service: breath of fresh air from the snotty bored staff at LA's trendy restaurants - our server was friendly and professional, and courses were timed perfectly. We didn't feel rushed at all. Food: everything was delicious. The ricotta hazelnut honey crostini has been done before, but it never disappoints. The fusilli was yummy with the right amount of kick - the portion looks small but it's a hearty pasta. Mushrooms were amazing. The only slight miss for me was the wagyu with the charred coating and dry/bland polenta fries, but my husband was happy with this dish. Cocktails: inventive and tasty. Bartender looked like he was having fun behind the bar.

Yanyan H.

Yelp
Had a lovely romantic dinner at Glorietta on my week-long trip to Jackson Hole. My friend had the pheasant pasta and I had the grilled rabbit. Both were divine! Rabbit was nicely charred on the outside with many mouthfuls of tender meat on the bones. Pheasant had been slow-cooked for hours and worked nicely with the wavy pasta. 5 stars!

Tiffany M.

Yelp
This place is amazing. We went to dinner here twice. The first night we ordered pasta. We tried all their pastas over the two occasions with the exception of their pasta with seafood. We would recommend ALL of them. The portions look small but the pasta is made in house and is more dense than typical noodles. Our last night we decided to splurge and order the wagyu. It was cooked perfectly and presentation was impressive. All the red wines are on the dry side FYI. We regret that we didn't take pictures but we both agreed this was the best pasta we have had in the US outside of Italy. We will be sure to come here whenever we are in Jackson Hole Also you MUST make a reservation ahead of time to dine here

T D.

Yelp
Friendly, attentive staff. But overpriced for small portions meals. Reserved at Tock app, and it showed no availability in dining area so we opted to dine at bar (chairs are flimsy). But we got there, the dining area wasn't even busy. This was a Friday night.

Amy D.

Yelp
One of the fancier dinners we treated ourselves to on our recent trip and it was reasonably good. The portions are small and some dishes did not quite live up to our expectations. The spring pasta (creste de Gallo) with snap peas was delicious, al dente, and had the beautiful shape of a octopus tentacle (or I guess rooster crown). Eggplant carbonara was OK. Meatballs alla nonna were great and hearty. The wild mushroom side was yummy but very pickled. As much as we love acid- we wish we could have tasted more of the mushroom itself.

Tammy L.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious comforting handmade pastas, warm environment, great service. Every dish we ordered was great. Broccolini was simple but so good. Best meal not just in Jackson, but entire 2 week trip.

Nit P.

Yelp
Second time here in about 3 years...we're not local. Next time we're in Jackson, we'll be back. Duck and Yulian were the perfect hosts. Nice service but not interrupting nor hovering. We really enjoyed our meal and our conversation. I had a rum Old Fashioned (first time) which was a well-made cocktail. Next time I'll try one of their signature cocktails. Our group had the meatball appetizer and the spaghetti. Both were delicious and recommended by locals. The spaghetti had a poached egg on top which was interesting but good. For dessert, I had the house olive oil gelato. I tried because it was different but I was skeptical. However, it was really good. The olive oil taste was very subtle. The mens room was clean and had hot water.

Zoe A.

Yelp
Great service and cute set up. We sat at the bar - definitely try to get a reservation if you can! The food was decent but small portions.

Morgan B.

Yelp
Food was somewhat decent, we asked our server to give us advice on what he recommends to eat at this restaurant. He simply told my husband and I, that we did not belong here due to an ingredient we did not like. The server was also drinking wine behind the bar while on the clock, we did not get refills on water until we got our check. Service here and waiters need to be improved on.

Joe J.

Yelp
Amazing experience and highly recommend this place. You cannot go wrong as everything is fresh and delicious. I had the Rye Cavatelli which was superb. Server, Bogdan, was well versed in everything and the ambiance was fantastic. Finished off with some gelato! Love, love, love!

Eric T.

Yelp
Had dinner here for my 40th. Really enjoyed it! We got 2 apps and 2 mains. Everything was delicious. The Fusili Gigante was great. The server was super friendly as well. The gelato was everything we were hoping for.

Keith T.

Yelp
What an amazing meal. Food was incredible, the service was very attentive and perfectly paced and the environment was cozy.

Lexi F.

Yelp
This restaurant was by far the best food i've ever ever out, the caesar salad was amazing and blew everyone away! the yellowtail was so fresh and so good! we got spaghetti & meatballs and the spicy vodka pasta and all of them were so delicious, you didn't want to leave anything on your plate. worth the money!! the service was so something else, they were so attentive and nice. Forest was our server and he was great! The ambiance is what you make it, business casual, casual, date night fancy or fancy! solid 10!

Ian K.

Yelp
Located a little North of the center of Jackson Hole, good location. Definitely higher end so take a look at the menu so you are prepared. You do get what you pay for as the food and service were excellent. Winter truffle ricotta (see photo) was impressive.

Patrick K.

Yelp
We found this place while researching our trip to see the Grand Tetons and we were not disappointed. Everything was excellent - from our cocktails and wine, to appetizers, to our main meal. The service was great and our server (Duck) was great, especially with our three-month old daughter at the table. We started with cocktails - the Negroni Bianco and the Long Rider. My wife loves a Negroni and she raved about this one. The Long Rider was really interesting, with sake and green chartreuse really standing out to me. Next, we ordered the bresaola (cured Italian beef with part and horseradish), yellowtail crudo, and tuscan white bean dip. The beef was awesome, the crudo was super fresh, and the bread + white bean combo was delicious. Lastly, we ordered the Rye cavatelli (elk bolognese) and the local mushrooms (cooked in brown butter and sherry vinegar) - these were our favorites. The flavor is impossible to describe, but we wanted more! Really loved this meal. I finished the evening with another cocktail - the Rum and Hyde. It was incredible. The bartender even came to the table and talked me through how he made the drink. We totally recommend this place to anyone.

Jessica P.

Yelp
Wow this place is definitely a must try in Jackson! I would rate it as my favorite restaurant that I enjoyed while visiting from LA. The staff we're all so pleasant and have such good recommendations. Their cocktails were excellent. Honestly my bf and I had such a difficult time choose what to eat because everything sounded so delicious. This was also one of the best tiramisus I've ever had and I even took it to- go. Highly recommend to put in your list!!!

John S.

Yelp
Overrated. I'm from NY and live in Florida. Much better options there. Actually lived in Des Moines Iowa. Very disappointed as this was highly rated. Sorry, overrated and costly for what we had.

Nina P.

Yelp
Great atmosphere & even better service! Our waiter Bogdan did an amazing job at providing an exceptional experience ! Food came quick and it was delicious! We recommend the Fusilli Gigante and Tiramisu! Make sure to secure a reservation!

Sydney N.

Yelp
We were going to eat here but decided against it after looking at the menu. I only eat seafood and most of their dishes were meat based. The menu is also pretty small and expensive! We decided just to grab a drink at the bar. This is definitely one of those trendy-style cocktail bars so don't expect a cheap cocktail. I opted for the Negroni on tap and I loved it! Our service was great and we really enjoyed the ambiance. It's definitely more of a date night place, wouldn't bring kids here.

Tatiana C.

Yelp
Lives up to its excellent reviews. Loved the Spaghetti (ordered two as family style) and the mushrooms! Accompanied by the Bison (a delicious med rare) and palate cleansing Yellowtail Crudo. The comforting ambience made it easy for us to enjoy our meal, and the decor is reminiscent of trattorias in Italy. We had the best waitress, Jazzi! Apps, main courses, sides and desert (chocolate budini and gelato) - Everything was delicious, would recommend for anyone visiting Jackson Hole, Wyoming! Thanks for accommodating our family in tonight's service!

Ross L.

Yelp
Called to make reservation... no one would answer..we decided to stop in and order.. said No take out and something about an app...they were barely 1/4 full. Order was for 6 people...you lost $$.. and your diva of a hostess was beyond rude. Used to be a favorite place to eat....WAS a loyal customer.

Mike D.

Yelp
My partner and I came to Glorietta on a quick trip to Jackson. The service was prompt and food was lovely. Our pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, balanced in flavor, and well portioned. The atmosphere was casual and classy. We would definitely return for an upscale, tasty dining experience.
